"What a terrible experience all around. First, I booked a "lake side" view and got a view of the next building. Second, I was charged $28 a day plus tax for "Amenities". When I called to ask what those where some ignorant chick said "It's like paddle boarding, scooters, you know, every guest gets charged for it", and then she hung up on me. I didn't use the mini fridge, and they didn't even have basic muffins or juice for breakfast so the amenities are BS. The decor is marketing as some hip, eclectic "vide" but its just and old building. The elevator smelled disgusting, and the carpet was so worn out I don't think they've ever changed it."
