I had a very nice stay, everything was clean. Natalie at the front desk was very helpful. It’s about 10 minutes from downtown which is nice

Hope was very friendly and attentive at check in! After a long drive we were so comfortable with relaxing because of the cleanliness of this establishment. Will be back again in the future!

The young lady who helped us Natalie, was very helpful, nice and very sweet. Our room was very nice, comfortable and clean. The gym is well equipped, and the store carries a lot of snacks, cereal, chips and meals for you to choose from. We enjoyed ourselves

Natalie was wonderful when we checked in. She was helpful, friendly, and offered recommendations for restaurants. Setting up the shuttle was easy. Place smelled and looked clean. Nice snack selection for purchase. Well stocked room. Comfy bed. Thanks.

Martha was wonderful. So kind and friendly. She checked us in gave directions and was just overall kind and sweet. We have stayed at this hotel for COTA before but this time was so far much better. We stay on points and Martha was nice enough to make sure we got them all.

We had a long morning of cancelled flights. When we got to Candlewood Suites Austin Airport, the check in was the first smooth thing that happened that day—Martha made sure of this for us. The hotel is very clean and high quality. We’ve stayed in 5 different hotels on this extended trip, and this one is the nicest!

The customer service team is excellent. Rooms are very clean! I will be booking again. The staff was quite accommodating when it came to early check in, helping me a great deal when presented with being out of town and nowhere to land after appointments fell through.

We had a Great stay! Front desk staff was super friendly and provided good restaurant recommendations. They were even able to provide an upgrade based on our IHG status. Hotel was clean. Hotel was conveniently located off the highway. We would return based on our experience.
