A lot of noise in this hotel, was not able to sleep, outside noise is very annoying and in the room the AC is the old school type, so it will wake you up everytime it turns on.

You get what you pay for! Unsanitary, roach infested and outdated. Staff is rude. Sheets were stained and dirty. No toiletries in the bathroom as well as no door for privacy. Rust in tub from faucets, paint peeling in the tub and walls. Carpet smells like mildew. The only “ ok” thing is they provide free transportation to the airport every 30 minutes

Wonderful people on the desk. Easy check-in, swift service.
Breakfast ends at 9am sharp and even the water machine is cut off at that time.

Very clean and reasonably priced. Nice complimentary breakfast buffet. Friendly and helpful staff. The airport shuttle was great but limited hours.

Big parking lot located near the airport and close to the highways. i’d say it’s a great location to get around Austin .

The room as usual was clean. And, it is close to the airport. The only issue is that it is very loud from the airplanes landing and taking off. Still a decent place to stay for the price.

The only star I gave is because the front desk people were polite and useful. Our room (330) smelled cigarette, on the hall a horrible and strong smell of **** so we requested another floor . We were given room 524: we found and reported all these problems :the ac was not working it was soo cold! The first night was a nightmare.The phone room never worked and there were no hair dryer. Also we requested clean towels and shampoo, a tiny bottle for two people is not enough for 3 nights.HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
