Little bit old but management has kept the property nicely.
Excellent breakfast options nice coffee. Comfortable bedding.

Comfy beds and pillow, high shower pressure, super clean, friendly staff, lots of amazing restaurants around and huge parking lot!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is popular and the staff gave me an upgrade when the smaller room I had reserved was taken. The breakfast was good and the early evening drinks and nibbles time was pleasant and popular. My son lives nearby and the staff made sure he was welcome at all activities.

Employees are very nice, however the hotel shows its age, needs some updating and the odor in the hallways and in my room was pretty bad, my room had a faint smell of stale cigarettes, luckily I carry a can of glade air freshener since I’m in hotels so often. Water pressure is pretty low as well

Very clean and quiet, and excellent value. Very good breakfast every morning and everyone from the check in staff to the maintenance man were friendly. A secure, well lit car park was another nice amenity. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Austin.
