Stay here frequently. Staff super friendly. Super comfy beds. Spacious rooms and good continental breakfast.

The breakfast was not up to standards I am used to seeing at this price level hotel. Biscuits, yes gravy, no. Fruit choices, not great. Bacon very good, sausage I would normt eat. Better than none at all, clean and convenient, but dissapointed compared to Hampton.

Nice Comfortable rooms but started out bad when we arrived, the front desk did not have computers up and running. System crashed so that delayed the check in process. I also forgot a charger and I called to hold it for me but they have not notified me of it. Telling me that somebody kept.

Worst experience at a holiday inn express ! Upon checkin the facility computer system was down took 45 minutes to get checked in to my room ! Also facility smelled like smoke ! Very disappointed

Front desk receptionist was incredibly nice and helpful. Housekeepers did a great job keeping everything sanitized and clean.

Took 10 minutes to check in while clerk talked on the phone, checked us in a room with no AC thus came back to front desk to wait again in line for another room. Had toilet issues and no maintenance on grounds. Room above our room very noisy! Horrible night rest. So if I would have not booked with 3rd party I We would have been compensated for our room.
