這次入住直接封神！民宿和圖片零差別，甚至更温馨治癒。房間一塵不染，床品柔軟得像裹着雲朵，隔音效果超棒，睡得格外安穩。房東響應超快，從路線指引到本地美食推薦都貼心周到，完全沒有陌生感。交通便利、設施齊全，性價比直接拉滿，已經推薦給朋友，下次來還住這兒！

Our family is very satisfied with the hotel's considerate service. The hotel's environment is clean and comfortable, and the waiters' enthusiasm and warm smiles make us feel at home, especially the butler Coke, who enthusiastically explains to us, making us happy! Give the Coke butler and other staff five stars!

We booked for 5 days stay. I picked this room becos I really like the lollipop lamp as it is so cute! The location is superb, if you turn left going out at the entrance of the building, you will be at the famous “3 streets and 2 lanes” (三街二巷) which is a bustling tourist spot with a lot of good eating places, and shopping places. If you turn right, in a few minutes, you will reach Nanning Old Street (南宁老街），also filled with eating places and shopping places, and there is a night market there too! The room is cosy and very clean. No unpleasant odours and there is a fridge and a washer in the room too. Toilet is clean and looks new, basic amenities like body wash, shampoo and conditioner are provided. The room can be cleaned daily if needed and we requested for more bottled water on some days too. The owner is very friendly and very fast to act of request for extra water or to clear rubbish or tidy the room. Room is equipped with AI assistant, everything can be activated with voice commands (but I think you need to speak Chinese/Mandarin though). It took me a while to get used to speaking to 小爱同学 😜 It is very easy to get cabs from the building too. We also had no issues getting food and drinks delivered to us. I will definitely book this place again the next time I visit Nanning. 我们预订了5天的住宿。我选这个房间是因为我特别喜欢那个棒棒糖灯，它太可爱了！地理位置优越，从大楼入口出门左转，就到了著名的三街二巷，那里是一个繁华的旅游景点，有很多好吃的餐厅和购物场所。右转几分钟就到南宁老街了，那里也有很多餐饮和购物场所，还有夜市！ 房间舒适干净，没有异味，房间里还有冰箱和洗衣机。卫生间干净整洁，看起来很新，提供沐浴露、洗发水和护发素等基本用品。 如有需要，房间可以每天打扫，我们有时也要求加瓶装水。老板非常友好，无论需要加水、清理垃圾还是整理房间，他都能迅速响应。房间配备了人工智能助手，所有功能都可以通过语音指令启动（不过我觉得你需要会说中文/普通话）。我花了一段时间才习惯和小爱同学说话 😜 从楼里打车也很方便。我们也顺利地订到了送来的食物和饮料。下次来南宁，我一定会再次预订这家酒店。

酒店打車去青秀山方便，門口也有多家共享電動車可以近距離去三街兩巷等景點。門頭顯著，工作人員服務態度好，比較周到。洗衣服務也很好。美中不足的是，房間洗漱枱燈關不上，住了兩晚必須拔卡才能熄燈睡覺。

辦理入住的時候前台小姐姐服務態度很熱情，還給我們升級了影音的房間，超級喜歡，而且性價比超高，而且前台和客房服務真的很棒，基本遇到的問題都可以及時解決，非常棒，非常推薦呀!

My first trip to China led me to the WANDA Realm Hotel, chosen amidst uncertainty. The hotel is amazing, Its prime location adjacent to a mall made shopping a breeze. The spacious, clean room and delightful Western breakfast added to the experience. Although I didn't capture any photos, I'd eagerly return for business or leisure. Overall, the experience, location, room quality, and staff were exceptional. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

Pro : Just beside MRT & main road , very convenience , downstairs got convenience shop , walking distance to ChanYang Shopping Mall which got Starbucks , Chagee & KFC etc , walking distance to 西关夜市。 May walk to 三街二巷 around 10-15 minutes . Con : Hotel was inside a condominium which inside condominium got a lot different hotel . Got around 31st floor but only got 2 old type lift , while check out time , need long q to wait lift or u choose to go up 1st then go down again only manage to get lift to go down .

The location of the apartment is great, plenty of restaurants, 24hrs convenient stores around the building, short walking distance to Mira Mall & Sheng's Tiandi where you can find good supermarket & lots of nice restaurants & good food places. MixC Mall, Hang Yang City & Convention & Exhibition Center are in short distance taking taxi is ~CNY10-15 & convenient, as taxi stand is just right in front of the walk way to the building. The apartment building & the unit itself are old and don't have enough maintenance, they offer the kitchen but if staying less than a month, it's almost useless as they don't provide any of the kitchenware at all, except the electric kettle, not even the proper glasses nor utensils, only 2 daily paper cups in the bathroom. Room facilities & many little things in the unit are all run down & don't have proper maintenance like door knobs, handles, shower, kitchen taps, table, etc, cleanliness is not good enough, however, the bed sheets & bedding stuff are clean enough with no smell. They offer the daily cleaning, but just floor clean, no change of anything, no drinking water provided. The amenities are very basic & few, most are disposable, better bring your own, anyhow, some requests are well responsive like we request to change the kettle, cause it is out of order, 1 additional chair as they provide only 1 chair in the unit & laundry detergent. In overall, if you don't mind and can bare those run down facilities with not good enough maintenance, it is a value for money to stay in such location in good neighborhood.

It was hard to find a hotel. When I came to the room, the owner met me and said that there was no lock in the door. It was very strange, but I didn't have the strength to look for another place and I was given a 30% discount. The shower hose had a hole, but the owner changed it for me 10 minutes later. The equipment of the room was already outdated, but in general everything was clean. The discounted price was already more adequate, but it seemed too much to me for this room.
