"Friendly and sincere hospitality for those who wish to experience the hotel in its old school charm. My elderly parents enjoyed the breakfast buffet spread. Dad needed something more continental while mom likes her Chinese style options. Lao Nanning and San Jie Liang Xiang were within minutes of walking and did not disappoint. Walmart and Parkson are just across from it too. Although some parts of the room or building felt a little dated, the good thing about Nanning Hotel is its somewhat landmark status among the locals who can direct you should you need help finding your way back after wandering through the streets. Definitely value for your money!"

"Convenient location beside Nannning station within few mins walk. Check-in was fast and requires a deposit. Room size is decent and basic amenities provided with 2 free bottled water. Bed is comfy and air conditioning works well. Good view of the window overseeing the highway. There is a convenient store located downstairs. Didi ride was RMB10 to three alley two street one way. Went for breakfast at the DimSum restaurant at Level 5 and food quality is good. Can tell this restaurant is preferred by elderly who will sit and enjoy tea for morning. Chose this hotel for the use of airport bus 9AM right beside the entrance. Can purchase ticket on the spot at the booth before boarding the bus. Note that international departure check in counter at NNG airport opens only 2 hours before departure time, which is different from other countries (3 hours). However plenty of time after check in as immigration is very near and not much queue."

"The location is great from the airport only for the 30min trip . nearby have a big shopping mall Wanda with lots of restaurants and food.Hotel room is really clean and very thankful that they let me check in early about 9am as I land early. "We had a wonderful stay and were truly impressed by how extremely service-oriented the staff were—everyone was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. A special mention goes to the lady who assisted us during check-in; unfortunately, we didn’t catch her name, but she made us feel very welcome right from the start.
The laundry service was a big plus and very convenient. Housekeeping also did an excellent job keeping the room clean and comfortable throughout our stay. On top of that, there was a very sweet cleaning lady in the lobby who proactively helped us with our luggage when we checked out, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
The breakfast spread was also really good, with plenty of variety and a great way to start the day. Overall, the level of service truly stood out and made our stay extra pleasant."

From the moment I walked in, I felt the warm hospitality and attention to detail that the hosts had put into this place.
First off, the location is superb. Situated on Minzu Avenue, this apartment is not only convenient but also offers easy access to many of the city’s main attractions and amenities. Whether you’re looking to explore local restaurants, hit up shopping districts, or simply enjoy a leisurely stroll around the area, you’ll find it all within close proximity. The convenience alone made my stay incredibly easy and stress-free.
Upon entering the apartment, I was immediately impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The hosts clearly take pride in ensuring the space is spotless and inviting. The decor is modern yet warm, with touches of local flair that give it a unique charm. The furniture is both stylish and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. My room was spacious and equipped with all the essentials I needed for a comfortable stay, including a very comfortable bed, which ensured I had restful sleep every night.
One of the highlights was the attention to detail in the amenities provided. From high-speed Wi-Fi and a well-equipped kitchen to thoughtful touches like bottled water, toiletries, and even some local snacks, it was evident that the hosts went out of their way to make guests feel at home. The kitchen area was well-stocked with basic utensils, which made it easy to prepare simple meals. This was a huge plus for me, as it offered a sense of flexibility and added comfort.

Kkylo kyloClean and conveniently located near shopping malls and restaurants. Stayed two nights while visiting friends in the area. Chose this hotel over Shangrila close by because we liked the decor of the hotel better. Nice and did the job. We stayed on the 70th floor but had to go up to the 80th and then change elevators to go back down to our level or ground floor each time. A bit mafan. Our ears popped each time too. Small city, so not much choice in luxury hotels. We will try the Sangrila next time.

QQueen Bee BakesWe booked for 5 days stay. I picked this room becos I really like the lollipop lamp as it is so cute! The location is superb, if you turn left going out at the entrance of the building, you will be at the famous “3 streets and 2 lanes” (三街二巷) which is a bustling tourist spot with a lot of good eating places, and shopping places. If you turn right, in a few minutes, you will reach Nanning Old Street (南宁老街），also filled with eating places and shopping places, and there is a night market there too!
The room is cosy and very clean. No unpleasant odours and there is a fridge and a washer in the room too. Toilet is clean and looks new, basic amenities like body wash, shampoo and conditioner are provided.
The room can be cleaned daily if needed and we requested for more bottled water on some days too. The owner is very friendly and very fast to act of request for extra water or to clear rubbish or tidy the room. Room is equipped with AI assistant, everything can be activated with voice commands (but I think you need to speak Chinese/Mandarin though). It took me a while to get used to speaking to 小爱同学 😜
It is very easy to get cabs from the building too. We also had no issues getting food and drinks delivered to us. I will definitely book this place again the next time I visit Nanning.
我们预订了5天的住宿。我选这个房间是因为我特别喜欢那个棒棒糖灯，它太可爱了！地理位置优越，从大楼入口出门左转，就到了著名的三街二巷，那里是一个繁华的旅游景点，有很多好吃的餐厅和购物场所。右转几分钟就到南宁老街了，那里也有很多餐饮和购物场所，还有夜市！
房间舒适干净，没有异味，房间里还有冰箱和洗衣机。卫生间干净整洁，看起来很新，提供沐浴露、洗发水和护发素等基本用品。
如有需要，房间可以每天打扫，我们有时也要求加瓶装水。老板非常友好，无论需要加水、清理垃圾还是整理房间，他都能迅速响应。房间配备了人工智能助手，所有功能都可以通过语音指令启动（不过我觉得你需要会说中文/普通话）。我花了一段时间才习惯和小爱同学说话 😜
从楼里打车也很方便。我们也顺利地订到了送来的食物和饮料。下次来南宁，我一定会再次预订这家酒店。

My stay extended one day, since cannot change the original booking (a 2 days stay), I made another one separately. Upon check in, reminded reception, and the gentleman did arranged my check in through out entire 3 days. Unfortunately, the assigned room at 19th floor (?) has bad smoke smell, thus I requested a change of room, at first the customer service lady on phone asked me to open window, and giving different kind of excuse and tried to refuse my request, after much request, she said she will arrange and will can me back. Which took 15-20mins and still no return call for updates, until I called again and finally got a change of room to 18th.
another 2 bad experience were :
1) after changed room to 18th, only 2 days being arranged and on the 3rd day when I returned to room, my card was disabled and I had to go down to reception and got my card reactivated, where the girl did challenged me about my booking, said it's no record showing that I have 3rd day booking...
2) my booking is executive room, with free lounge service, after being moved to 18th, I am not able to access 19th to enjoy the lounge, and, I had to go down to reception, again...
for the rest, overall service is OK, and the lounge is great.

HHRKOOWe booked the hotel again for our return trip after seeing great reviews and no regrets! Near junction of shopping street, very convenient. Can walk to 三街两巷. Service on the ground floor was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was basic local food. Overall stay was pleasant and like the huge space. The opposite park had people singing for both times we were there and they stopped at 10pm sharp. Felt the vibrant city and how the folks enjoy life! The night market behind Uniqlo had people offering good and cheap massage along the street. People on the streets were friendly too. There are a few hotels in the same building so look out for the correct check in lobby.

One thing , though, is that the breakfast has to be more varied and creative as, after staying 4 days, we were so afraid of eating the same old breakfast day after day. The night supper provided is simple yet good enough. Self service laundry is great and the tv is especially large and room is relatively large. Overall we give thumbs up for this hotel.

From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone I interacted with was a pleasure. The hotel's location is also a major plus. It's conveniently situated near [mention a landmark or area, e.g., the city center, public transport, popular attractions], making it easy to get around and explore the city.
However, the main issue for me was the state of the room's cleanliness. Upon entering, there was a slight, but noticeable, odour coming from the bed, which was quite off-putting. The carpet also appeared dirty and stained, which detracted from the overall feel of the room. While the sheets and towels seemed clean, these other issues made me feel less than comfortable during my stay.
In summary, if you're looking for a hotel with great service and a prime location, this could be a good option. However, if cleanliness is a top priority for you, you might want to consider other choices. MMisafir KullanıcıWe stayed at the Yeste International Hotel (Chaoyang Square District Government) for five nights in mid November. Here's the pros and cons:
Pros: 1) Good location. Within about 5 - 10 minutes walk, you will find yourself in the heart of one of Nanning's busiest shopping and dining district. 2) Good buns and vegetable dishes at breakfast. (If you'd like a piece of toast, however, there's no jam or butter. No cereals either. This is odd considering that the hotel markets itself as ”international”.)
Cons: 1) The Yeste we stayed at promoted itself as ”opened in 2019” but this is misleading! It had been operated as some other hotels before the Yeste brand ”opened” the property as its own. The rooms may have been renovated but many details are clearly worn out from yellow caulking, slow drainage, to moldy cracks. The bathrooms are excruciatingly small. You can't access the full countertop without cramming your legs against the toilet bowl. (We stayed at the ”super” room. Looking back at the online photos posted by the hotel, we couldn't believe that's actually the room we'd stayed at. The fisheye effect used in taking those photos are misleading.)
2) The property allows smoking in some areas. Even if you booked a ”non-smoking” room, chances are that you will ”enjoy” second-hand smoking in the elevator, hallways, even in your own room.
3) Security is non-existent. There is a lobby at the front, but through a side door, which is open 24/7, anyone and everyone can come and go at will. The hotel shares the building with other tenants (businesses). From food delivery, other tenants in the building, to patrons of different businesses, the entire building is an open book. With the push of a button, anyone can access your hotel floors anytime of the day.
Overall, if you are looking for a budget hotel to stay in the city, this property is okay. If you expect quality, security, or services, this is not the place to be.

WWan SuwanThe location of the apartment is great, plenty of restaurants, 24hrs convenient stores around the building, short walking distance to Mira Mall & Sheng's Tiandi where you can find good supermarket & lots of nice restaurants & good food places. MixC Mall, Hang Yang City & Convention & Exhibition Center are in short distance taking taxi is ~CNY10-15 & convenient, as taxi stand is just right in front of the walk way to the building.
The apartment building & the unit itself are old and don't have enough maintenance, they offer the kitchen but if staying less than a month, it's almost useless as they don't provide any of the kitchenware at all, except the electric kettle, not even the proper glasses nor utensils, only 2 daily paper cups in the bathroom.
Room facilities & many little things in the unit are all run down & don't have proper maintenance like door knobs, handles, shower, kitchen taps, table, etc, cleanliness is not good enough, however, the bed sheets & bedding stuff are clean enough with no smell. They offer the daily cleaning, but just floor clean, no change of anything, no drinking water provided. The amenities are very basic & few, most are disposable, better bring your own, anyhow, some requests are well responsive like we request to change the kettle, cause it is out of order, 1 additional chair as they provide only 1 chair in the unit & laundry detergent.
In overall, if you don't mind and can bare those run down facilities with not good enough maintenance, it is a value for money to stay in such location in good neighborhood.

Location:
The hotel’s location is fantastic, especially for travelers looking to explore the city. It’s just a short walk from Jinhu Square Metro Station, making it very easy to get around Nanning and access popular attractions. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants, and local markets in the surrounding area, which is incredibly convenient.
Check-in & Service:
The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff were friendly and spoke enough English to assist with any queries. They were always ready to offer directions or help with taxi arrangements, which made the stay even more hassle-free.
Room:
The room I stayed in was clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed was soft, and the pillows were just right for a good night’s sleep. The room was equipped with all the usual amenities like a flat-screen TV, minibar, free Wi-Fi, and an air conditioning unit that worked perfectly. The bathroom was spacious, with a good shower and all the necessary toiletries provided.
Facilities:
The hotel has a small but functional fitness center, which I used a couple of times during my stay. While it’s not a massive gym, it has enough equipment for a decent workout. There’s also a restaurant on-site, which serves a variety of Chinese dishes. The breakfast buffet was simple but tasty, offering a mix of local and continental options.
Value for Money:
Given its central location and the comfort of the facilities, Sanzan Hotel offers excellent value for money. The price is very reasonable, especially for a hotel that is so conveniently situated near a metro station.
