"Location is convenient, close to Futian metro station, a five minute walk after exiting station. Breakfast is from 0630 to 1000 on the sixth floor. Food selection was acceptable but I arrived at 0910 and unfortunately many selections were lacking. Even all the mugs were unavailable. I told the manager and his response was it is impossible. So I took a photo. He gave me transparent plastic cups instead ! Otherwise the lobby receptionists were all very helpful."

"Everything was great - the staff, the room, the laundry. Even had a gym, a pool table, and a library which made it a nice place to chill out and relax. The chef cooked up a great brunch. Plus the metro, Xiangxicun station, (line 9) was about 200 metres away. Taxis were close by and easy to catch."

MMpumilingsIt was my anniversary with my partner. We had a good time and we were treated right. The hotel organized a nice romantic setup in our room. I enjoyed my stay. There are few things they can sort out like removing the carpet from the corridor it smells bad. I'd like to give a high 5 star ✨ review to Michelle she made every easy for us. I love how the water bottles are placed everywhere. The workers are everywhere cleaning the place.

MMr CKSWe stayed nights at Noa, I love it. Value for money and implacably clean. The creative and industrial design is fantastic. This package of a new renovated room plus Club Lounge access both are amazing. Food is great. Service is amazing. The view is epic. The room is built and designed well. Gym room is big. Especially our highlight is the customer service, my wife and I wanna point out the staff that serving us (入住服務大使) Mandy is very kind and helpful to us. Delight our stay. Also other staffs that served/helped us are very polite and kind. (Front desk: Perry etc.) We couldn’t ask for more. Coz this is more than our expectation. I will recommend you to choose this.

DDonald Duck Can FlyAmazing place! Quite centrally located and has a lot of facilities and restaurants. About 20 minutes away from the airport and the train station. Reception is great and they help you keep your Taobaoparcels. I like the unique details that go into making each room amazing - for instance, their kettle has specific temperatures you can boil to, their shampoo has one for the day and one for the night (and super nice smelling!), they have conditioner, their hair dryer is very fast etc!!! It shows the effort they have to make sure each guest is happy. The only thing I don’t like is that the lift takes slightly longer as it seems to be shared with some office building

LLondiWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were clean and staff was very helpful. I highly recommend their dinner, it was a very reasonable price for the serving and the food was amazing. The photographer was also very patient with us and took such stunning photos of us. The pool area and bar accommodates both adults and children, a win! I would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the staff that attended to us promptly, very friendly staff.

Review of Mandarin Oriental, Shenzhen Reviewed yesterday There are hotels you visit, and then there are hotels that leave an imprint on your soul. The Mandarin Oriental, Shenzhen, belongs firmly and unequivocally in the latter category. From the moment I stepped into its soaring lobby, I knew this would be one of those stays that redefines what luxury hospitality means. Arrival and Reception First impressions matter, and the reception team at the Mandarin Oriental understands this with an almost intuitive grace. Jason Zhu greeted me with the kind of warmth that felt less like a rehearsed welcome and more like being received by an old friend who just happens to have impeccable professional instincts. His attention to detail was extraordinary — he had noted my preferences before I could voice them, and the check-in process was so seamless it barely registered as a process at all. Sicily and Marsh were equally outstanding, always present at just the right moments with a smile, a helpful suggestion, or a thoughtful gesture. Together, the three of them set a tone of effortless elegance that carried through every hour of my stay. In a city as fast-paced and forward-looking as Shenzhen, there is something deeply reassuring about a reception team that makes you feel as though time has slowed down just for you. The Club Skyline View Room If the lobby whispered luxury, the Club Skyline View Room declared it in full voice. Perched high above the glittering sprawl of Shenzhen, the room offered a panorama that genuinely stopped me in my tracks. Floor-to-ceiling windows framed the city's dazzling skyline — a forest of illuminated towers stretching toward the horizon, the lights of Futian and beyond shimmering like an earthbound constellation. I found myself drawn to the window repeatedly, at golden hour, at twilight, and again in the deep hours of the night, each time discovering a different mood and a different kind of beauty. The room itself was a masterclass in refined design. The palette was calm and sophisticated, with rich textures and thoughtful layering that felt contemporary yet timeless in the way the Mandarin Oriental has always done best. The bed was, simply put, superb — the kind of bed that makes you reconsider every mattress you have ever slept on and find them all wanting. Linens were crisp and impossibly soft. The bathroom was a sanctuary of marble and glass, generously appointed with the brand's signature amenities, and the soaking tub positioned near the window offered what might be one of the finest bathing experiences in southern China. Every detail, from the lighting controls to the turndown service to the quiet hum of climate perfection, spoke of a property that understands the difference between filling a room with expensive things and creating a genuine sense of place and comfort. The Mandarin Club Accessing the Mandarin Club elevated an already exceptional stay into something truly rarefied. The lounge itself is a beautifully curated space — serene, sophisticated, and blessed with those same sweeping skyline views that make this property so special. But what transforms the Club from a lovely room with good canapés into a genuinely memorable experience is its people. Chelsea Zhou is a revelation and deserves a special mention. Her hospitality instincts are pitch-perfect; she anticipated needs I hadn't yet articulated, and managed to be attentive without ever being intrusive — a balance that even the finest hotels in the world struggle to achieve. Priscilla Pang was equally impressive, radiating a genuine kindness and professionalism that made every interaction a pleasure. Whether it was the afternoon tea service, or the evening menu and cocktails, Chelsea and Priscilla ensured that every moment in the Club felt personal, polished, and quietly luxurious. I returned to the lounge far more often than I had planned, not just for the excellent food and drink,

A friendly, caring staff, the private beach was awesome (I wish there were sunbeds with umbrellas tho) and the food was great. The breakfast was a Chinese buffet so not really my thing but tasted really good! The room was small but perfectly clean and comfortable with all amenities as promised. I guess it gets more lively during the season as everything closed pretty early when I was there. Overall a great stay!

The hotel is extremely clean and very well maintained. Rooms and common areas were consistently in great condition, and everything felt well managed and organized. The location is one of the biggest advantages of this hotel. It sits right next to Windows of the World, which makes it an ideal choice for anyone planning to visit the theme park. If that attraction is on your itinerary, it is difficult to find a more convenient place to stay. The hotel is also connected to a shopping mall, which makes dining and shopping very easy without needing to travel far. On top of that, the property is located right at the exit of a metro station, so getting around Shenzhen is extremely convenient. Service throughout the stay was professional and efficient, and the amenities were exactly what you would expect from a well-run Westin property. Overall, this is a highly convenient and comfortable hotel, particularly for travelers who want easy access to Windows of the World and the surrounding Nanshan area.
