Very good experience the moment we stepped in, the check-ins staff Xiao Lee (小李） is super helpful and friendly! We didn’t get all the rooms on the same floor but were promised to checked next day and at first I didn’t put too much hope but ended up she called and even help me to move room to same floor with others! Also the hotel is just 20 steps to the station entrance super convenient! The best thing is they even give daily supper and free mini bar drinks! Highly recommended !

Odanın ses yalıtımı harikaydı, pencereyi kapattığınızda dışarıdaki gürültüyü tamamen kesiyordu, akşamları sessiz ve huzurluydu. Fiyatı uygun ve üyeler birçok özel ayrıcalıktan faydalanabiliyor, bu da fiyat-performans oranını zirveye taşıyor. Bir dahaki sefere Shenzhen'e geldiğimde kesinlikle burada kalacağım.

We were so impressed of almost everything about this stay. I will recommend to my friends, and the my relatives to come and pay a visit. This package of a new renovated room plus Club Lounge access both are amazing.  Food is great. Service is amazing. The view is epic.  The room is built and designed well.  Gym room is big.  Especially our highlight is the customer service, my wife and I wanna point out the staff that serving us (入住服務大使) Mandy is very kind and helpful to us. Delight our stay. Also other staffs that served/helped us are very polite and kind. (Front desk: Perry etc.)  We couldn’t ask for more. Coz this is more than our expectation. I will recommend you to choose this.

Amazing place! Quite centrally located and has a lot of facilities and restaurants. About 20 minutes away from the airport and the train station. Reception is great and they help you keep your Taobaoparcels. I like the unique details that go into making each room amazing - for instance, their kettle has specific temperatures you can boil to, their shampoo has one for the day and one for the night (and super nice smelling!), they have conditioner, their hair dryer is very fast etc!!! It shows the effort they have to make sure each guest is happy. The only thing I don’t like is that the lift takes slightly longer as it seems to be shared with some office building

It was my anniversary with my partner. We had a good time and we were treated right. The hotel organized a nice romantic setup in our room. I enjoyed my stay. There are few things they can sort out like removing the carpet from the corridor it smells bad. I'd like to give a high 5 star ✨ review to Michelle she made every easy for us. I love how the water bottles are placed everywhere. The workers are everywhere cleaning the place.

Excellent staying experience. At the heart of Shenzhen this business hotel provides very comfortable and services as needed. There is even a laundry room for long stay people which is really convenient. The reception is warm and particular thanks to CC for upgrading for me, as a Hyatt member for more than 25 years this is definitely one of the recommended hotel.

An amazing stay from start to finish. Everything about this place was perfect — the service was excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even with the language difference. They really made us feel comfortable and taken care of. One of the highlights was the cute activities, especially feeding the llamas, which added such a unique and fun touch to the experience. The view is absolutely stunning, and the atmosphere feels like a true escape from the city noise. A peaceful, beautiful place that I would highly recommend. 🦙✨

The Mandarin Oriental, Shenzhen, belongs firmly and unequivocally in the latter category. From the moment I stepped into its soaring lobby, I knew this would be one of those stays that redefines what luxury hospitality means. Arrival and Reception First impressions matter, and the reception team at the Mandarin Oriental understands this with an almost intuitive grace. Jason Zhu greeted me with the kind of warmth that felt less like a rehearsed welcome and more like being received by an old friend who just happens to have impeccable professional instincts. His attention to detail was extraordinary — he had noted my preferences before I could voice them, and the check-in process was so seamless it barely registered as a process at all. Sicily and Marsh were equally outstanding, always present at just the right moments with a smile, a helpful suggestion, or a thoughtful gesture. Together, the three of them set a tone of effortless elegance that carried through every hour of my stay. In a city as fast-paced and forward-looking as Shenzhen, there is something deeply reassuring about a reception team that makes you feel as though time has slowed down just for you. The Club Skyline View Room If the lobby whispered luxury, the Club Skyline View Room declared it in full voice. Perched high above the glittering sprawl of Shenzhen, the room offered a panorama that genuinely stopped me in my tracks. Floor-to-ceiling windows framed the city's dazzling skyline — a forest of illuminated towers stretching toward the horizon, the lights of Futian and beyond shimmering like an earthbound constellation. I found myself drawn to the window repeatedly, at golden hour, at twilight, and again in the deep hours of the night, each time discovering a different mood and a different kind of beauty. The room itself was a masterclass in refined design. The palette was calm and sophisticated, with rich textures and thoughtful layering that felt contemporary yet timeless in the way the Mandarin Oriental has always done best. The bed was, simply put, superb — the kind of bed that makes you reconsider every mattress you have ever slept on and find them all wanting. Linens were crisp and impossibly soft. The bathroom was a sanctuary of marble and glass, generously appointed with the brand's signature amenities, and the soaking tub positioned near the window offered what might be one of the finest bathing experiences in southern China. Every detail, from the lighting controls to the turndown service to the quiet hum of climate perfection, spoke of a property that understands the difference between filling a room with expensive things and creating a genuine sense of place and comfort. The Mandarin Club Accessing the Mandarin Club elevated an already exceptional stay into something truly rarefied. The lounge itself is a beautifully curated space — serene, sophisticated, and blessed with those same sweeping skyline views that make this property so special. But what transforms the Club from a lovely room with good canapés into a genuinely memorable experience is its people. Chelsea Zhou is a revelation and deserves a special mention. Her hospitality instincts are pitch-perfect; she anticipated needs I hadn't yet articulated, and managed to be attentive without ever being intrusive — a balance that even the finest hotels in the world struggle to achieve. Priscilla Pang was equally impressive, radiating a genuine kindness and professionalism that made every interaction a pleasure. Whether it was the afternoon tea service, or the evening menu and cocktails, Chelsea and Priscilla ensured that every moment in the Club felt personal, polished, and quietly luxurious. I returned to the lounge far more often than I had planned, not just for the excellent food and drink,

The hotel has a peaceful location with beautiful views! A friendly, caring staff, the private beach was awesome (I wish there were sunbeds with umbrellas tho) and the food was great. The breakfast was a Chinese buffet so not really my thing but tasted really good! The room was small but perfectly clean and comfortable with all amenities as promised. I guess it gets more lively during the season as everything closed pretty early when I was there. Overall a great stay!
