Might be one of the best stays we've ever experienced. The service is (without exaggeration) near-perfect and the views were nothing short of magical. Staff & villagers were more than accommodating and we felt sincerely welcomed and fully immersed. Im fact, we preferred our time here over our time spent at the senic park. Would also definitely recommend the horse riding (we got to do ours with 2 beautiful horses, Mo Cha & Red) and having a Tibetan-style dinner from the hotel's kitchen.

This hotel is new, well decorated with smart toilet and lighting. The bed is very comfortable with heating and clean bed sheet. The floor also has heating system which is very convenient in winter. The hot pool is our kids favourite in the evening because very relaxing hot spring after tiring sightseeing. Location is very strategic which is within walking distance to supermarket and restaurant. The best and most important thing is the hotel provides pick up and drop off service for free which is very convenient for our family. We highly recommended this hotel and we definitely will stay again for sure when we visit Jiuzhaigou again. Thanks a lot for your service and kindness.

We were touched by the warm hospitality the moment we stepped foot into the hotel. As this is our anniversary trip, Namu even decorated the room prior to our arrival. They are also very kind and thoughtful, offering to help us takeaway our breakfast on the day we leave and also kindly send us to the carpark for our bus back to Chengdu. The driver also ensured that we find our bus before leaving the carpark. Thank you for all the kindness shown to us during our stay ❤️

We recently completed our first family trip to Jiuzhaigou, and our stay at the Conrad Jiuzhaigou was an absolute highlight that contributed significantly to the magic of the experience. Our group included 5 people (2 were kids), and the hotel catered to all of us with warmth and efficiency. 🏞️ Stunning Views and Impeccable Cleanliness From the moment we arrived, we were left speechless by the stunning views surrounding the property. The scenery is simply breathtaking and left an unforgettable impression of both the Conrad and Jiuzhaigou itself. Beyond the views, the hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, ensuring a comfortable and reassuring environment throughout our stay. 💖 Outstanding Staff and Exceptional Hospitality The entire staff team at the Conrad Jiuzhaigou deserves immense praise for their incredibly helpful and professional service. They truly elevated our stay. We are especially grateful for their efforts in upgrading one of our rooms. This allowed all five family members to stay within the same block, which was highly appreciated and made our family logistics so much easier. Also, a standout service was the golf cart transportation required between our room and the main lobby. The staff were exceptionally attentive, ensuring we never had to wait in the freezing weather. The cars arrived almost instantly upon request, demonstrating remarkable efficiency and concern for guest comfort. A special shout-out must go to Ms. May who helped us check-in at the Reception counter. She took excellent care of us from the moment we stepped into the hotel, processing our check-in smoothly and efficiently. Her welcoming presence set a wonderful tone for the rest of our stay. 🍳 Delightful Dining Experience The breakfast at the Conrad was another major positive. The spread was wide and diverse, offering something for everyone in our group, and the taste and quality were truly excellent. It was the perfect start to our long days of sightseeing. In summary, the Conrad Jiuzhaigou is more than just a place to stay—it's a destination that offers comfort, luxury, and world-class hospitality. The combination of the stunning views, pristine environment, and the helpfulness of the entire staff (especially Ms. May) made this an unforgettable experience. My stay at Earth House was absolutely fantastic! The cabin was beautiful – spacious, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed with every comfort in mind. I loved the natural decor, which blended perfectly with the surrounding mountains. We even had a cozy BBQ session, making it ideal for those chilly nights. The location was perfect for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. Surrounded by nature, it offered a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, while still being conveniently close to the world-famous Jiuzhaigou. Overall, I had an amazing experience and would definitely stay again. If you're looking for a peaceful, cozy getaway with natural feel. I highly recommend this place!

We had a truly wonderful and memorable stay at Grand Rezen Jiuzhaigou Resort. The hotel enjoys a very convenient location—just about a 10-minute drive to Jiuzhaigou, with plenty of nearby restaurants and local shops right next door. The shuttle service to the park (RMB 4 per person) was very well arranged and made our daily trips completely hassle-free. Our triple room was spacious, warm, and extremely comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a full day of exploring. The breakfast, featuring a wide variety of local dishes, was both plentiful and satisfying, giving us a great start each morning. A very special mention goes to our butler, Xiaohan, whose care and attentiveness truly exceeded expectations—he was even more thoughtful than my mom! He consistently looked out for us, gently reminding us to be cautious of potential tourist scams in the area. Knowing that nearby massage services might not meet expectations, he thoughtfully arranged an in-room herbal foot soak for all of us, which was such a comforting and unique touch. He also connected with us on WeChat and remained responsive even late at night when we needed additional toiletries. Overall, this is a comfortable resort with genuinely thoughtful and service. Recommend it to anyone visiting Jiuzhaigou. 我们在九寨沟丽呈华廷度假酒店度过了两晚愉快而难忘的时光。 酒店地理位置优越，距离九寨沟景区仅约10分钟车程，周边有餐厅和当地商店，十分方便。酒店提供前往景区的班车服务（每人4元人民币），让我们的出行轻松无忧。我们入住的三人房宽敞、温暖且非常舒适。早餐种类丰富、分量充足，只是咖啡机器有点不行。 特别感谢我们的管家小韩（5🌟），他的细心照顾让人印象深刻，比妈妈还要周到！他时常提醒我们提防当地一些旅游服务的潜在风险，十分贴心。由于担心周边按摩服务可能不够理想，他还特别为我们安排了房内草药足浴。他还加了我们的微信，即使在深夜我们需要额外洗漱用品时，他也能及时回应与协助。 来九寨沟的、推荐选这家酒店吧！

Room- Room booked came with floor heater which was great for winter. Room was impressively designed with zen concept. Very well maintained and cleaned. Came also equipped with smart ”Xiaodu” features. Only downside was our room was viewing out to the adjacent construction site. Service- Front desk staff was not very friendly on two occassions. Once upon check in, and once when we enquired on the reservation on the hot tub usage. They wasnt very keen to help out even though we were chinese speaking guest. Took a while almost 45min for them also to get back to us on the use of hot tub that evening. Breakfast- Included in our booking. Basic simple spread. Cafe get quite busy in the morning and difficulty get a table. Location - 5min to the main scenic entrance & another 7min to the F&B cluster area. It can get a bit dark at night for the walk. The only downside is the shuttle bus booked on Trip.com is 1km walk away from this hotel. Might be a hassle when lugging your luggage or in the dark. Hotel was japanese zen concept hence does not exude the grandeur based on first impression. Paid premium for this hotel compared against other cheaper options within the same stretch. Overall it was still a good 2 night stay here.

This a snugly, delightful and welcoming home-style hotel. Perfect for winter months, as the room is pleasantly comfortable has floor heating, has a fantastic shower where the water is hot, the beds and bedding are snug, parking is available and the general facilities are great. The rooms are cozy and hygienic, not a spot/ hair found on the white bedding, and bath towels were fresh and clean, with all noted products placed in the room. There was a bath and shower in the room I booked, with a cute little outside area in front of the door. The receptionists are friendly and extremely helpful. They go the extra mile by doing their best to assist with questions and giving assistance as needed. Translation services are used. I arrived at the hotel after 11pm and someone was there to receive me and help me order food. I was helped with advice about traveling, restaurants, bookings and even escorted to a yummy restaurant close by. The only thing I didn't appreciate was the smart toilet, that flushes as soon as you sit down, and doesn't flush down everything. Breakfast is available at this hotel as well as drop off services, if the vehicle is available. There are also many shops and restaurants around, making it a convenient place to stay. There's a free treat to have photos taken in ******* style clothing, though I strongly recommend paying the cost effective fee (150 yuan) if you want better quality clothing to model in (greater variety to choose from), and have a lovely pictures taken. The hotel has stunning backdrops for these. Make up services (with some jewelry) is also available for the photo shoot. It's easily accessible as it’s very close to the hotel. ( 1.5 minute walk), and there’s a WeChat contact number to add, or the friendly hotel receptionists will arrange it for you quickly. I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Oh! And the cute little tea set in the room (with bags of tea) was a lovely comfort after a long day of traveling. Fantastic hotel! Thanks ladies.

The place feels serene and peaceful, rooms are clean and newly renovated. The place is run by a friendly family, price is affordable yet quality is there. Best of all, location is strategic, 5 minutes walk from the Trip.com booked transit bus destination (Xing Yu / Qian He hotel). We took DiDi from hostel to Jiuzhaigou entrance for just 5-10 Yuan. And the supermarkets and restaurants nearby price reasonably, super convenient! 周边餐厅和超市价格相对便宜些，非常感谢老板一家的招待!
