The manager, Pengcuo Langjia, proactively upgraded our room for free, and opening the window revealed an even more beautiful panorama. What touched us even more was the thoughtful gesture of providing a complimentary breakfast for our children – that bowl of rice noodles is still memorable, with its rich and delicious broth. The kids savored every bite and praised it repeatedly. gaussian The room's decor was elegant and refined, with every detail showing meticulous care. The staff were warm and attentive, proactively asking about our needs. They even provided thoughtful pick-up and drop-off services for our visits to and from the scenic area. When we encountered minor difficulties during our trip, they immediately helped resolve them, which gave us great peace of mind. The guesthouse also displayed many precious ******* cultural artifacts, much like a small museum. Manager Pengcuo Langjia personally explained them to us, from ******* ornaments to everyday objects, sharing stories that gave us a deeper understanding and respect for ******* culture, as if we had enjoyed a free cultural exhibition. In the evenings, the guesthouse also prepared detailed travel guides for guests visiting the scenic area the next day, offering both digital and printed versions. The route planning was clear and practical, saving us a lot of time and effort, making our visit to the scenic area more relaxed and enjoyable. From the scenery to the food, from the service to the culture, every aspect of Tixin Meisu exceeded our expectations. This was the most satisfying accommodation experience of our entire trip. Our sincere thanks to Manager Pengcuo Langjia and all the staff for their dedication and warmth!"

"Came to this boutique hotel specifically for Jiuzhaigou. It's more thoughtful and tasteful than generic hotels. The price I booked was fair for the facilities. What I was most satisfied with was the service. We arrived after 11 PM, and the staff helped us with four suitcases and even directed us to parking. For our dirty laundry from traveling, they had a laundry room with a dryer. The staff even helped transfer our clothes to the dryer and then folded them and put them in bags. Seeing that I had two children, they also gave us two extra breakfasts for free. Oh, and after we returned from our trip to Jiuzhaigou, we could still enjoy the outdoor 45-degree constant-temperature infinity pool, which was especially refreshing. Another big thumbs up for this warm-hearted hotel team!"

"The biggest advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the scenic area entrance, saving us time on taxis and traffic jams in the morning. Although it's a bit pricey, the convenience is definitely worth it. The hotel breakfast also gave us a chance to try ******* barley bread and yak butter tea. Without the pressure of sales promotions, we could really appreciate the local food in a relaxed setting. The hotel offers spa and sauna facilities, a gym, washing machines, and dryers. Just a few minutes' walk upriver from the hotel, there are many restaurants, and a post-meal stroll along the river is very pleasant."

"My overall stay was a mixed bag. While some staff members provided commendable service, there were serious privacy violations and significant safety and hygiene issues. I'd like to specifically commend Kari, Vincent, Emily, and Sophie. They were patient, responsive, and provided professional and attentive service, which greatly enhanced our trip. A special shout-out to Vincent; despite being a manager, he drove us around in the sightseeing buggy and even took us to a different location for a taxi, ensuring we got there comfortably. My service rating is solely for these staff members. However, some unacceptable problems arose: The breakfast hygiene was concerning; we found hair in the food. For a high-end hotel, such hygiene issues are inexcusable and raise serious food safety concerns. The privacy and security in the guest room were severely compromised. While someone was still in the room, a staff member knocked only once before immediately pushing the door open and looking directly towards the closet area. This was a grave infringement on guest privacy and a serious breach of security. When paying for a hotel room, guests are entitled to basic privacy. This incident was so severe it warranted calling the police. I felt a complete lack of security throughout my entire stay. The hotel's hardware and views are good, but the room management processes, breakfast hygiene, and staff entry protocols urgently need a complete overhaul. I would not recommend this hotel to travelers who prioritize privacy and hygiene. I hope the hotel takes this incident seriously, strengthens all-staff training, and prevents other guests from experiencing similar situations."

The breakfast offered a rich variety of local specialties. During our two-day stay, we enjoyed forest hikes, wetland walks, and spotted butterflies and birds – it was truly delightful! Our butler, Daranxiu, was exceptionally thoughtful and attentive, making our stay perfectly comfortable and enjoyable."

"For our family trip to Jiuzhaigou, the best decision we made was choosing Qinghe Heyuan. The room facilities were incredibly new, and the smart home system was very advanced. The guesthouse staff were exceptionally warm and helpful, arranging everything perfectly from our pick-up to our trips to the scenic area. They even thoughtfully drove us to the Guoda parking lot, which saved a lot of hassle for a family traveling with kids and lots of luggage. The breakfast was also plentiful and delicious; we all enjoyed it. I especially recommend their homemade bamboo shoot topping for the noodles – it was absolutely amazing! Honestly, I've traveled to many places in Western Sichuan and stayed in many guesthouses, but the experience here was definitely number one. Full marks, highly recommended!"
