"I am surprised that this hotel a 5-Diamond rating. The hotel entrance and overall condition do not reflect the standards. The fact that earplugs are provided in every room says a lot about the noise issues guests can expect. During check-in, I was also informed that there was no cold air-conditioning and was told to simply open the window if the room became hot. This was shocking, especially during summer. Service standards need improvement as well. I witnessed guests smoking while walking along the corridor, and staff appeared to ignore the situation. Review the CCTV. With so many other hotels located within a five-minute walk."

"We booked the Yunfan Tingxue Hotel. The hotel has dedicated parking spaces, and it's free. The front desk staff was very kind and efficient with check-in. Our room was on the third floor, very quiet. Although the room wasn't huge, it had all the necessary amenities, including underfloor heating and air conditioning, which was great. We also got a discount at the BBQ restaurant downstairs. There's a foot massage place on the second floor that offers discounts if you mention your room number, but we opted for a nearby hot pot place, which was also excellent. The breakfast, though simple, was delicious, especially the highland barley cakes – they were so good we even took two with us to eat at the scenic spot! The hotel staff were also very thoughtful, giving us useful tips for the attractions."

When booking, it showed a shared shuttle service from Jiuzhai-Huanglong Airport, but it wasn't specified that it was a third-party service requiring additional payment. 2. For departures to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, there was only one shuttle bus. Given the morning peak hour traffic, its operational capacity was clearly insufficient. We later discussed this with the hotel, and they covered the cost for us and another two guests (four people in total) to take a taxi to the scenic area. 3. Previous reviews mentioned that breakfast wasn't great, and my personal experience confirms it's quite average. However, considering the ambiance, location, and value for money, it's still generally acceptable."

"Absolutely fantastic! I'd heard great things about their service before booking, but it far exceeded my expectations. They offer free laundry service, and the water heater uses an inverted mineral water bottle (which feels much cleaner than a traditional electric kettle, by the way). Shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are all provided in individual bottles. They offer pick-up upon arrival, and when someone in our group wasn't feeling well, the owner proactively offered to take us to the hospital. Since we were two adults and one child, the owner even gave us an extra breakfast. Plus, the owner planned our Jiuzhaigou itinerary based on our travel needs, and it was perfect – we even managed to visit Shuzheng Lakes at a less crowded time, which was amazing! 👍👍👍 The restaurant they recommended was also very clean."

"I used to be quite fond of Atour, but this stay was truly frustrating. The hotel is brand new, but the king-size room I was assigned was in an annex building, quite a walk from the main building where the restaurant, laundry room, and gym are located. What's more, the ground floor of the annex looked like an unfinished construction site, making it feel like entering an abandoned building when I went in. I booked for two nights. The first night passed without incident, but on the second night, the power went out while I was showering. At first, I thought it was a general blackout, but when I got ready and opened my door, I realized only my room was affected. I called staff about the power outage, and they said it was just a system restart and guaranteed it wouldn't happen again. However, half an hour later, the power went out again, leaving the room completely dark. I called staff once more, and they asked me to pack my bags and switch rooms. Reluctantly, I had to hastily pack up and move. Just when I finally settled in, I heard a loud pattering of rain outside my window. It turns out the corridor connecting the annex to the main building has an aluminum roof, and the sound of raindrops hitting it was incredibly loud, leading to a sleepless night. New hotels really need to make more adjustments. I hope they can improve. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly."

ROOMS are comfortable and spacious, beautiful too .We booked 2 rooms .I must comment the bed is Soo good 👍 comfy n they provide u 2 pillows of your choice- firm n soft .Breakfast is ok and good that they do have live station for noodles . Another thing is the hotel do hv spa ,n the rooms in the spa is Hot 🔥 No aircon !!! when they mentioned they had turned it on, thus if you need a massage , is better to have them in your room ."

Before we arrived, we were actually stucked due to a previous didi vehicle with flat tyre midway, which caused much anxiety whether we could view the nice view at the hotel. Unfortunately we missed the view at the hotel as it got dark. When we arrived, the place really nice and clean. We were greeted by staff Anna at the frontdesk who very clearly explained to us on the check in details, and when the sun would rise the next day. As we were going to Jiuzhaigou, she also very nicely helped us to arrange a driver for the next day, and explained that the luggage will be carried by the same driver. On the buffet, we also received 2 for 2 discount for the next breakfast given we had some uncertainty on whether all of us will be having breakfast. For dinner, she also recommended the hotel restaurant and what to order, giving us a member discount as well. Along the way, she very helpfully gave us updates and check in on us. We are very grateful to have Anna to support us in our stay, which made it bery pleasant! ☺️ The room also has really nice view and is clean, so highly recommend to pick one that has the pond view. Breakfast also has a good spread!"
