"Up-scale Chinese-style hotel in beautiful grounds by the lake. The rooms in Building A are large and new but with some old-fashioned charm. The building itself has a slightly strange lay-out that somehow lacks warmth or character with most rooms facing inwards overlooking internal fish ponds . Breakfast is decent but no Western options. Not enough hot springs to get away from the crowds, even on a wet Monday."

"天吶，一個小縣城，400元一間的鄉村自建筒子樓，平時可能一百元一間房我都嫌貴。洗臉帕是爛的，廁所洗浴空間小，房間有異味，游泳池子小水又淺，衹適合小孩站着打水仗用，有三個小温泉池子（無法判定是否是天然温泉），晚上擠滿了人，跟下餃子一樣。説句實話，衹適合老頭老太太長期旅居住，帶小孩旅遊的體驗真不行。好處是離湖泉公園近，前台服務員熱情，停車場（這個民宿門口停車位很少，去晚了衹能去旁邊的停車場）停車費報銷。"

"第一次來彌勒，選擇了這家酒店總體感覺還不錯，樓上公共區域的池子每天都有工作人員打掃，每層樓梯口都備有瓶裝水，客人可取用，這點上很細心，打掃衞生的工作人員態度都特別好，第二天早上準備出去需要更換打掃，工作人員速度特別好，而且態度很好，每天早餐也很豐富，總體感覺不錯！提個建議就是電梯間的香薰，氣味不太美好，有點拉低酒店水平，如果能更換就更完美了！"

If you want to feel the quiet night when all the travelers have left and the quiet and peaceful appearance of Dongfengyun in the early morning, stay here. The hotel's garden, guest rooms, music hall, and breakfast are all as good as any other hotel. I would also like to thank the owner for upgrading the room."

"這次在清院的整體入住體驗很好。前台小姐姐幫我們免費升級了房間，很驚喜。温泉每天都會消毒，也另外提供了消毒片，用起來很安心。泡完温泉下來有冰棍可以隨便拿，樓下還一直有熱茶在燉着，小細節真的很加分。樓頂天台可以看到湖泉生態園，風景非常漂亮。這次入住整體感覺很舒服，下次還會再來的！"

MMisafir Kullanıcı有幸入住棲韻温泉酒店，到了彌勒就有專車接送，在彌勒的幾天，酒店貼心是安排全程接送，王老闆還特意幫我們安排了遊玩的景區門票觀光車，前台經理小王，以及二位美女非常熱心周到，讓我們真正感受到了賓至如歸，房間設施和佈置都非常完美，環境很好。感恩，感謝，感動。來彌勒，最對的就是找到了這家酒店。早餐乾淨衞生，還會再來。

AAnonim KullanıcıThis is a very nice hotel with lovely public rooms. We had rooms overlooking the lake which had no traffic noise, just a pleasant view of people enjoying the lakeside. The room was well appointed with a very comfortable bed. The screen between the bed/living area and the bathroom was a bit strange - it was quite see-through. The breakfast was fine - with some western food and nice fruit. The staff were pleasant and helpful, especially the lady who tried to explain the washing machine to me.
It was a bit of a shame that the spa didn't allow couples to be together at all. They could perhaps offer a mixed session during the evening.

位置更是滿分，交通便利，就在湖泉生態景區旁，過馬路就是湖景；步行可達紅河水鄉景區，出門街邊全是美食，石鍋生態魚、鹵雞米線都有，還有當地最有名的鮮花餅店，吃喝玩樂一站式搞定，來彌勒住這裏很推薦！

MMisafir KullanıcıLoved that each room had their own washing machine. It was so so so convenient. They provided laundry detergent as well when we asked. No dryer though.
Breakfast lacked variety. Only a bowl of noodles and some fruit if even available. They might have had buns as well but they ran out by the time we got to the restaurant.
Shower water temperature was constantly changing from hot to cold and back by itself. And one of the rooms was missing the shower door.
Room was very spacious but pillows were too soft. Did not look like they cleaned the floors.

Step out of the tiny shower into the main room. Only semblance of privacy is a plastic curtain in each cubicle but nothing separating the two except clear glass. Glass doors are closed with magnets only.
Ashtray in non-smoking room
Temporary stickers still holding wall installations like towel racks in place after 2024 renovations - otherwise rooms look fresh and new.
Can hear all the voices in the hall, bathroom next door etc.
Parking consists of cars wedged into a small courtyard

the hotel is 2 min drive by hottel shutle to the scenic area. we got free entrance as hotel guests and we a free sight seeing bus ride in the scenic area.
there are also pools and hot spring area inside the hotel which we enjoyed very much .we also enjoyed meditation class in the morning and singing bowl theraphy class which was bery relaxing and special
dont miss it we have had great time there.

MMisafir KullanıcıThis is a very nice hotel, great location, good rooms and excellent, helpful staff. But the hotel gets bad marks in two areas. First, the food was generally very good but the Western breakfast buffet choices were nearly always cold. I tried three days in a row to get poached eggs that were not hard boiled. On the third day I got what I wanted but even then the eggs were stone cold. The second issue was the the lack of necessary security staff. The lobby bar was nice and had a young woman playing guitar in the evenings but on our second evening 4 drunks were drinking, shouting and smoking and refused to stop when the hotel staff intervened. After this things escalated and instead of having hotel security throw them out the drunks started harassing us and it got ugly so we left for our room. The hotel called our room to apologize but it was not equipped to deal with this situation and needs to have better control over their public areas. A lesson to be learned. I will be sending a separate letter to Accor management giving full details of this unfortunate event.
