Otelin konumu çok iyi, restoran ve kafelerle çevrili İstvan Kilisesi'nin hemen yanında, Zincirli Köprü'ye 5 dakika, Balıkçı Tabyası ve Meclis Binası'na ise yaklaşık 20 dakika yürüyüş sürüyor. Oda çok büyüktü, aletler çok iyiydi ve yastıklar o kadar iyi karşılandı ki otelden ayrılırken 4 tane aldım. Kahvaltı nefis ve ikindi çayı saatinde piyano müziği var. Üst kattaki gökyüzü bahçesi kaçırılmaması gereken bir yer. Gün batımında çok güzel. Tüm personel de çok heveslidir, özellikle de gökyüzü bahçesindeki ve kahvaltı salonundaki personel, bu da oteli Budapeşte'de ilk tercih edilen otel haline getirmektedir.

My recent stay at the Kozmo Hotel Suites and Spa in Budapest was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the experience was luxurious and flawless. Here’s why this hotel deserves all five stars: 1. Warm Welcome and Check-in: Upon arrival, we were greeted by the friendly and attentive staff who immediately made us feel at home. The check-in process was seamless, and they provided us with a helpful overview of the hotel’s amenities, spa services, and nearby attractions. The lobby itself is stunning, with modern decor and a welcoming atmosphere. 2. The Room: We stayed in one of the Kozmo Rooms, which was beautifully appointed with elegant, contemporary furnishings. The spaciousness of the room was impressive, with a separate living area, a comfortable king-size bed, and floor-to-ceiling windows that offered breathtaking views of the city. The room was immaculately clean, and the design was both stylish and practical. Every detail, from the plush linens to the luxurious bathroom amenities, screamed luxury. 3. The Spa: The spa at Kozmo Hotel is truly a hidden gem! After long days of exploring the city, we treated ourselves to a massage and some time in the sauna. The staff at the spa were professional and the treatments were incredibly relaxing. The heated pool and whirlpool were the perfect spots to unwind, and the ambiance in the spa area was tranquil, with soft lighting and calming music. 5. Location: The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring Budapest. It’s situated in the heart of the city, within walking distance to many of the major attractions, including the Danube River, Parliament, and St. Stephen’s Basilica. There are also plenty of cafés and shops nearby, making it easy to experience the best of Budapest’s culture and cuisine. 6 Exceptional Service: What truly sets Kozmo Hotel apart is the level of service. Every staff member we encountered was courteous, helpful, and went out of their way to ensure we had an amazing stay. They provided great recommendations for restaurants and activities, and they were always ready to assist with any request we had. Excelente hotel, el personal en general, tanto recepcionistas, camareros y camareras de piso son muy amables y serviciales, la habitación muy comoda, cama muy comoda. La ubicación es muy buena, muy céntrico con todas las facilidades caminando. El desayuno es pequeño pero excelente, muy completo con mucha variedad de frutas, verduras y opciones de comida típica hungara. La piscina es genial, climatizada y con horario amplio (abierta hasta las 22.00). Despues de un largo día es maravilloso poder pegarse un baño. 100% recomendable

Otel personeli düşmanca davrandılar ve art arda 5 gün kaldılar ve çıkışta bir saatlik gecikmeyi kabul etmediler. Kahvaltı salonunda servis yavaş ve zayıf. Omlet sipariş etmek için yarım saat beklemeniz gerekiyor. Kahvaltıda çok fazla seçenek yok. Tadı ortalama ve fiyatı da ucuz değil. Pek çok küçük detay misafirlerin kendilerini hiç de sıcak hissetmemelerine neden oluyor.

I really enjoyed this hotel. I chose the room with a little kitchenette, but a daily buffet breakfast was also available. There’s also an Aldi’s ( supermarket) next door, which was a nice surprise. The garden was lovely, each staff person I encountered was the was kind and welcoming. I was able to use the laundry room for free. There was an indoor pool that looked nice, but I didn’t use it. The neighbourhood was quiet and there were convenience stores, restaurants and coffee shops a short walk away. It’s also just five minute walk to a subway/tram/or bus stations. I highly recommend this hotel and hope I’ll have a chance to go back and stay there again.

Birinci sınıf ortam ve güzel çevre Doğayı seviyorsanız bir günlüğüne adayı gezebilirsiniz 😂😂😂 Ulaşım oldukça rahattır. Burayı seçerken bunu iyi bilmelisiniz. Metro istasyonunun hemen yanında olduğunu düşünmeyin. Eğer BudapeşteGO aylık pass bileti alırsanız 26'yı hatırlayın ve otele rahatlıkla giriş-çıkış yapabilirsiniz. Kahvaltıya 5 yıldız, akşam yemeğine 1 yıldız😂 Yatak çok rahat 😌

Mükemmel W Hotel, ünlü opera binasının karşısında yer almaktadır. En son geçtiğimde hala genel bir yenileme altındaydı. Dış cephesi zaten çok güzel. 19. yüzyıldan kalma neoklasik bina, taze pembe ve mavi ile eşleştirilmiştir. Binanın oymaları daha üç boyutludur ve pencere ızgaraları güzeldir. Otele girmek gerçekten büyük bir sürprizdir. İki binanın atriyumu kapalıdır. Genel şeffaflık yüksektir. Gündüz ve gece aydınlatması muhteşem olacaktır. Solda dinlenme alanı, sağda ise çok işlevli restoran bulunmaktadır. Çeşitli mavi öğeler dekore edilmiştir. Hem klasik karmaşıklık hem de modern moda vardır. Buradaki tüm bina bir sanat eseridir. Birçok ayrıntı arasında merdivenler, mermer mozaik zeminler, kemerli koridorlar ve geniş çiçek pencereleri yer almaktadır. . Odada, tasarımcı öğeleri aşırı derecede kullanmıştır. Zıt renklerin büyük ve küçük blokları çeşitli malzemelerle birleştirilmiştir. Yatak odası, taze, şık ve rahat olan farklı pembe ve mavi renkler kullanır. Akşam yemeği işi çok iyidir. Gençlerin bir araya geldiği bir yer. Bahar Şenliği tatili. Çin yemekleri var. Her garson çok güzel, genç ve coşkulu

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, but the highlight was definitely the view. From my window, I could see the majestic Buda Castle and the river — a truly stunning sight both during the day and beautifully lit at night. It made my stay feel extra special and memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Budapest who wants a mix of comfort and breathtaking scenery.

Otel temiz ve resepsiyonistler çok cana yakın. Bana sağlam bir yastık verdiler, iyi bir gece uykusu çekmemi sağladılar. Kahvaltı mükemmel ve her gün yemekleri biraz değiştiriyorlar. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim!
