My recent stay at the Kozmo Hotel Suites and Spa in Budapest was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the experience was luxurious and flawless. The check-in process was seamless, and they provided us with a helpful overview of the hotel’s amenities, spa services, and nearby attractions. The lobby itself is stunning, with modern decor and a welcoming atmosphere. 2. The Room: We stayed in one of the Kozmo Rooms, which was beautifully appointed with elegant, contemporary furnishings. The spaciousness of the room was impressive, with a separate living area, a comfortable king-size bed, and floor-to-ceiling windows that offered breathtaking views of the city. The room was immaculately clean, and the design was both stylish and practical. Every detail, from the plush linens to the luxurious bathroom amenities, screamed luxury. 3. The Spa: The spa at Kozmo Hotel is truly a hidden gem! After long days of exploring the city, we treated ourselves to a massage and some time in the sauna. The staff at the spa were professional and the treatments were incredibly relaxing. The heated pool and whirlpool were the perfect spots to unwind, and the ambiance in the spa area was tranquil, with soft lighting and calming music. 5. Location: The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring Budapest. It’s situated in the heart of the city, within walking distance to many of the major attractions, including the Danube River, Parliament, and St. Stephen’s Basilica. There are also plenty of cafés and shops nearby, making it easy to experience the best of Budapest’s culture and cuisine. 6 Exceptional Service: What truly sets Kozmo Hotel apart is the level of service. Every staff member we encountered was courteous, helpful, and went out of their way to ensure we had an amazing stay. They provided great recommendations for restaurants and activities, and they were always ready to assist with any request we had. Konumu çok iyi. Four Seasons'ın yanında. Fashion Street'in hemen dışında. Ama buradaki mağazaları gezmek gerçekten zor. Satın alınacak pek bir şey yok. Ayrıca dönme dolaba da çok yakın. Tesisler iyi. Başlangıçta InterContinental'de kalmak istiyordum ama Intercontinental'in dekorasyonunun biraz eski olduğunu düşünerek Kempinski'yi seçtim. Bu fiyata kahvaltı dahil değil, bu yüzden biraz pahalı geliyor.

Otel personeli düşmanca davrandılar ve art arda 5 gün kaldılar ve çıkışta bir saatlik gecikmeyi kabul etmediler. Kahvaltı salonunda servis yavaş ve zayıf. Omlet sipariş etmek için yarım saat beklemeniz gerekiyor. Kahvaltıda çok fazla seçenek yok. Tadı ortalama ve fiyatı da ucuz değil. Pek çok küçük detay misafirlerin kendilerini hiç de sıcak hissetmemelerine neden oluyor.

The staff are genuinely lovely 😊, and the building itself has a historic glass dome that makes you stop and stare. Not everything hit the mark — the “wellness centre” (a sauna that’s more lukewarm hug than steamy escape 🧖♂️) and toiletries that smell like disappointment. Luxury touches didn’t quite sparkle, yet the space was clean, practical, and restful 😌. Metro istasyonunun hemen yanında olduğunu düşünmeyin. Eğer BudapeşteGO aylık pass bileti alırsanız 26'yı hatırlayın ve otele rahatlıkla giriş-çıkış yapabilirsiniz. Kahvaltıya 5 yıldız, akşam yemeğine 1 yıldız😂 Yatak çok rahat 😌

Eşsiz bir manzarası var ve seyahat için uygun. Bu antik binaların modern iç mekanları hoşuma gidiyor. Michelin yıldızlı restoranın harika servisi ve bazı yenilikçi yemekleri var. En üst kattaki bar da çevredeki binaların, Elisabeth Köprüsü'nün manzarasına sahip. ve Tuna Nehri burası gençlerin gözde buluşma yeriymiş gibi geliyor.

The hotel is gorgeous!! Breakfast spread was alright; nothing too special but the architecture of the space was very lovely. The live classical music was an added bonus. We had issues with the shower and after two attempts to fix it, we were moved to another room. We appreciated the gesture. The weather was extremely hot and it was very unpleasant to be out but we were able to walk down to the port in 20 mins, so the location was great. We tried to get in a spa treatment but it was fully booked, we should've pre-booked before arriving! All in all, a lovely few days.

Solda dinlenme alanı, sağda ise çok işlevli restoran bulunmaktadır. Çeşitli mavi öğeler dekore edilmiştir. Hem klasik karmaşıklık hem de modern moda vardır. Buradaki tüm bina bir sanat eseridir. Birçok ayrıntı arasında merdivenler, mermer mozaik zeminler, kemerli koridorlar ve geniş çiçek pencereleri yer almaktadır. . Odada, tasarımcı öğeleri aşırı derecede kullanmıştır. Zıt renklerin büyük ve küçük blokları çeşitli malzemelerle birleştirilmiştir. Yatak odası, taze, şık ve rahat olan farklı pembe ve mavi renkler kullanır. Akşam yemeği işi çok iyidir. Şehrin biraz dışında, ama arabayla 10-15 dakika içinde merkezde, 12. kattaki güzel bar, çok ucuz odalar ve ücretsiz otopark (bu, Budapeşte'de artık gecelik 18-25 avroluk batı otopark ücretlerine ulaştı!)
