"I arrived at 1030 and they checked if they had any clean rooms to allow me to check in early. Hotel room is clean, bed is soft and comfortable. Complimentary hotel breakfast was very good too, with foods for both the eastern and western palate. Its also walking distance to the jiuzhaigou valley, very convenient."

"We stayed on 30 Nov. Our room is located on 2nd floor and there's a lift, a delicious dumpling noodle store right below the hotel which we ate for dinner and breakfast, minimart and Auntea Jenny. 5 mins walk towards JZG entrance there's McD. Its also near carpark for bus pick up and drop off. You can hear some talking, traffic outside the hotel in the morning, few honking which are acceptable maybe because its low season. The aircon works great. Kept us warm all night especially after shower. Bottled water is FOC, requested for extra to be delivered to our room because its too cold to step out. Water heater is stable and no issue using the projector tv. Managed to catch God of Gambling that night. No vanity kit provided so do bring your own. Everything else in the hotel is acceptably clean except the pink chair which has a big grey stain - so we didn't use both chairs that night. We have someone collecting luggage the next day and left it at level 1 beside front desk before going JZG. Note that CCTV will safeguard the luggage, not the front desk staff."

"Room- Room booked came with floor heater which was great for winter. Room was impressively designed with zen concept. Very well maintained and cleaned. Came also equipped with smart ”Xiaodu” features. Only downside was our room was viewing out to the adjacent construction site.
Service- Front desk staff was not very friendly on two occassions. Once upon check in, and once when we enquired on the reservation on the hot tub usage. They wasnt very keen to help out even though we were chinese speaking guest. Took a while almost 45min for them also to get back to us on the use of hot tub that evening.
Breakfast- Included in our booking. Basic simple spread. Cafe get quite busy in the morning and difficulty get a table.
Location - 5min to the main scenic entrance & another 7min to the F&B cluster area. It can get a bit dark at night for the walk. The only downside is the shuttle bus booked on Trip.com is 1km walk away from this hotel. Might be a hassle when lugging your luggage or in the dark.
Hotel was japanese zen concept hence does not exude the grandeur based on first impression. Paid premium for this hotel compared against other cheaper options within the same stretch. Overall it was still a good 2 night stay here."

"Although the hotel is located slightly away from the main Jiuzhaigou scenic areas, the staff more than make up for it with their exceptional service. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay.
The staff even offered to drive me to nearby places within a 5km radius of the hotel and assisted me with purchasing bus tickets (of course, I reimbursed them). They also created a WeChat group to facilitate communication during my stay, which made everything very convenient. On top of that, I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade.
The only area for improvement would be the breakfast, as the variety was somewhat limited. That said, I have no real complaints at all. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I truly appreciated the thoughtful service provided by the hotel team."

"Location of the hotel is about 10mins car ride to the busy area, so for food have to travel out or order food delivery, but it’s not an issue.
Room is spacious and hotel is beautiful. Washer and dryer available to so laundry.
The best thing is that they provide free supper of 11 items for selection. Small portion just nice for supper and delicious. All room deliveries done by the robot which is super cute, amazing technology !
They provide transport to the park entrance.
Coffee and tea provided near the reception .
Overall is a great hotel, loved it.
If I have to nitpick, the attitude of the reception is quite cold with no smiles or efforts to explain the area or anything."

"Stayed 2 nights there. Location of hotel is pretty near to entrance of JiuZaiGou with about 10 to 15 mins walk. Lots of food around hotel. Hotel room is clean. Hotel staff at lobby are friendly and helpful. Breakfast choice is decent except for small sitting area during peak hours resulting Insufficient seats to cater for room guests. Some guests have to bring their food to dine at lobby areas which can be seen as unpleasant. There's only 2 washing machines and 2 dryers in the hotel. If you would like to do your laundry, stay away from doing during peak hours like 6 to 10pm."

"This hotel is conveniently located in the main tourist area next to Jiuzhaigou park entrance (about a 15 min walk away). The staff were very friendly and helpful and also gave us a room upgrade. The room itself was clean and large, and had a heated floor and bed frame. This can’t be turned off though, so be aware if you are a hot sleeper and come during winter. We had dinner at the ******* restaurant located on ground floor, and this was a delicious experience.
Only issue is main hotel lobby area is a little dirty with rubbish around, so that was a bit disappointing. The hotel has a hot spring area but this is quite small so be aware. No more than a 3-4 of guests can probably use at one time.

Nice and enjoy the relaxing massage. Room is spacious, comfortable bed. Have heater in the room. They also provide fruits busket and some snacks in the room to welcome us. Hotel near few shopping shop. Have 2 Halal Restaurant nearby. Just 5 minutes walk. Bus stop also about 8 minutes walk. The Reception staff is friendly especially Staff Number 104. She help us to booked Taxi to Hualong Jiuzhai Railway Station using her phone credit, because I do not have the China line. She is very helpful. Unfortunately did not see her when I check out. I feel it worth paying for the room and their good ambience."

"location - great location , near the bus drop off and pick up point.
room - clean and spacious, absolutely love the room and it is one of our best stay among the entire trip.
service - 前台小姐姐很温柔很照顾，询问直通车都会耐心解答，前台小哥哥也帅气会帮忙打电话给巴士师傅.
Food/Convenience store - there is lots of convenience store and restaurant nearby, it is a good choice to stay as you would have plenty of option, there is also one pharmacy nearby in case you need to get medicines.
others - hotel provide free pick up and drop off to Jiuzhaigou attraction and i personally find this service to be one of the best service ever. nobody wants to walk back to hotel (regardless of distance) after a long day of walking in the scenic area, hence the pick up and drop off service is a life saver :D
would choose this hotel again if we return!!!"

AAibinhaosi此次九寨溝之行入住縵居酒店，整體體驗令人驚喜，酒店的地理位置十分優越，位於漳扎鎮彭豐村，步行到九寨溝景區遊客中心僅需十分鐘左右，周邊餐廳林立，吃飯非常方便。
作為新開業不久的酒店，設施設備都非常新，給人第一印象很好。我入住的房間寬敞明亮，最令人印象深刻的是全屋智能控制系統，通過語音就能控制燈光、窗簾等，科技感十足，帶來了極大的便利。衞生狀況也保持得相當不錯，乾濕分離的設計很實用。
服務方面值得稱讚，前台的小哥哥小姐姐們態度熱情友好，有問必答，主動提供了遊玩指引，甚至還有接送至景區入口的貼心服務，為旅程省去了不少麻煩。酒店提供的一次性用品（如厚實的毛巾、馬桶墊等）質量很好，這些小細節大大提升了入住好感度。
總而言之，縵居酒店以其新穎的設施、智能的體驗和用心的服務，為我這次九寨溝之旅增添了更多舒適與便捷，是一家性價比很高的選擇，誠意推薦給大家！

SSam SARKAR⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Jiuzhaigou Banshandu Homestay – Remarkable Staff, Great Location & Honest Hospitality
We stayed at Jiuzhaigou Banshandu Homestay for our visit to the national park, and the location couldn’t be more convenient — just a 15-minute walk to the main entry gate of the Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
Our room was large, modern, and comfortable, with a great bed and all the needed amenities. The only issues were with the heating and plumbing — the heater didn’t warm the room enough, the water wasn’t hot enough, and the basin water pressure was low. On our first night, there was also a power outage in the area, resulting in no electricity or water. However, the staff acted immediately and moved us to a hotel next door so we could rest properly.
What truly stood out was the kindness, warmth, and efficiency of the three girls managing the homestay. When we mentioned the room was too cold, they quickly brought us two new electric blankets, which helped a lot. And although the power outage wasn’t their fault, they refunded us one night’s stay without us even asking — a genuinely sincere and honest gesture.
Apart from the plumbing and heating issues, we had a great stay and would highly recommend this place. The hospitality alone makes it worth it.

MMisafir KullanıcıThe hotel is 5 minute drive from the entrance of Jiuzhaigou, and 1 min drive from the drop off/pick up point of the Jiulvyuexing shuttle bus that travels between the railway station and the Jiuzhaigou area (transportation time 2-3 hours). There’re some restaurants right next to the hotel as well. The room looks clean and new. Service is alright, but I’d say knocking on the door at night directly to deliver us welcome snacks was a bit scary - a phone call prior to that would be appreciated. We tried their breakfast too and it’s ok.

BBeeksOur room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities that we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was nice with a good variety. I would like to suggest that the hotel enforce the no smoking rule more stringently as the ground floor was filled with the smell of smoke. Also the laundry room should have more machines as it is always fully occupied. Overall we enjoyed our brief stay at the hotel.

SSigina(”I hate this place!!!” is what I would have said if the staff had not come to our rescue. During our 3D2N stay, we had moved into 3 different cabins. In the first cabin, the rain shower felt like weak rain droplet due to weak water pressure; then toilet had weak flush that our poop could not be cleared even after 30 over flushes, and then the flush stopped working. We changed into another cabin the next morning as it was already late at night.
The second cabin also had issue. When we turned on the floor heating and air conditioning heating for more than 4hrs, it was still not working and the room was still at 3 degree Celsius. It was really cold and we had no choice but to wear our winter gear with heat packs on us, figuring out if the heater would finally work. The staff provided us a portable heater (refer to last picture) as we would not want to change to another cabin anymore. However, our toilet flush stopped working and this forced us to change to the 3rd cabin.
This would have been a wonderful stay if the room's basic facilities had worked normally. But thanks to the excellent service of the staff, we could tell they really tried their best to fix the issue immediately whenever we raised the problem.
Now for some really good things we appreciate about this place:
1) If you are looking for a nice glamping experience, this is the place to go. The room is beautiful and the view is amazing. (Do check out cabin 8 and 9). You may get to be close to animals too. (refer to picture)
2) If you are looking to enjoy the stars without much light pollution, this is the place to go. (Suggestion to the staff, please replace the street lamps with motion sensor. So that the place can be darker at night for star viewing. Your street lamps are too bright with no cars moving around. Refer to 2nd last picture. This is the brightness of the room with all room lights off. But the street lamp had spoiled the star viewing from the room.)
3) They provide free car transport to fetch you from the bottom of the hill. (Note: Their didi GPS of the hotel is wrong. The didi might drop you half way off the hill. So better request for free car pick up service from bottom of the hill with the hotel.)
4) The communication with the staff via Wechat is fast and responsive. We are already connected with them before we depart from our country. When you reach Huanglong Jiuzhai Train Station, they will also guide you what bus to take and which stop to alight (Hua Mei Sheng Di, not Jiu Zhai Gou Visitor Center) and has their driver on standby to fetch you to the hotel.
5) The staffs are amazing, friendly and helpful. When we faced trouble with our cabin, they responded very fast and did their best in assisting our problem.
6) The room is a smart room. From the moment you open the door, the curtain will be automatically opened for you, the room will have nice music to welcome you. You can also connect your laptop or phone via their Bluetooth and have the whole cabin turned into a surround sound movie theater.
Conclusion:
Our stay would have been more than perfect if all the basic facilities work normally and the street lamps can be turned off during the night with motion sensor for us to view the stars. I would recommend my friends or myself to come again if they can take my suggestions and fix the place. =) )

The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and exceptionally comfortable—exactly what you hope for after a long day of travel. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the attention to detail in the amenities did not go unnoticed.
The hotel’s facilities were equally impressive. The restaurant served delicious, well-presented meals, and the breakfast selection was outstanding. I also appreciated the relaxing ambiance of the lounge and the efficiency of the concierge team, who provided excellent recommendations.
What truly sets this hotel apart is the combination of outstanding service, elegant atmosphere, and genuine hospitality. It’s rare to find a place that consistently delivers excellence in every aspect.

LLeo25This was a lovely hotel. Well placed just off the main road, so on a quiet cul-de-sac. The receptionists didn’t speak English but were kind and helpful.
Rooms were very nice and large, beds comfy. Bathroom was basic but generally clean, and water was mostly warm to hot. Good pressure on the shower.
The only note is that their non-smoking advertised rooms generally are drenched in cigarette smoke. Luckily not many rooms were taken and we could decide on the least cigarette-y one. One of the other rooms smelled like it might have a drainage problem, but I think they went to fix it right away as they noticed too.
Beds and pillows super comfy. Even though it got chilly on our second day, the room stayed warm, even with the window open a crack for fresh air. Good duvets and cotton bedding :)
The hotel itself is pretty new and looks very nice. For breakfast, if you want coffee, I suggest grabbing it at the reception — not at the machine in the restaurant.

AAnonim KullanıcıJiuzhaigou is a popular tourist destination, so hotels nearby are understandably expensive—especially during holidays. For that reason, I chose to stay a bit farther away, in a hostel instead of a hotel.
This hostel recently reopened in 2025, which was one of the reasons I decided to give it a try. While the amenities are new, I noticed that cleanliness could use some improvement. There was visible dust in several corners and hard-to-reach areas, which gave the place a slightly unkempt feel. The bathroom, although newly fitted, also had minor drainage issues—the shower tended to clog a little, possibly due to accumulated hair.
The hostel provides a laundry room, which I initially planned to use, but I didn’t feel entirely comfortable with the environment after entering, so I decided not to.
They also offer a simple breakfast for an additional fee (around 15 CNY, if I remember correctly). It’s a nice option for travelers who want to grab a quick bite before heading out for hiking or sightseeing in Jiuzhaigou.
I noticed that many reviews mentioned the owner as very welcoming and friendly. However, since I arrived late after visiting the Jiuzhaigou scenic area, I didn’t have much interaction with the owner myself. The next morning, I left early for my next destination in Huanglong, so my stay was quite brief. That said, I didn’t experience any discomfort or issues with the service—overall, everything felt perfectly fine.
While I don’t expect hostel standards to match those of a hotel, I do believe that cleanliness is the foundation of a good stay. If this aspect improves, I think this place would definitely be worth booking.
