"I had a wonderful stay here. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty with good variety, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location is excellent—just a 5‑10 minute walk to the Jiuzhaigou entrance, which made exploring the park very convenient. It’s also close to the meeting point for the bus back to Huanglong Jiuzhai Station, only about a 400‑meter walk. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so everything you need is within easy reach. Overall, it’s a great place to stay for anyone visiting Jiuzhaigou."

"I had great experience here. The hotel name is all in Chinese. It’s located next to the dumpling restaurant and in the middle of everything. It is not too far from the national park. You can walk like less than 10 mins.
The room is spacious and it has heater. The staffs are great even though they could not speak English but they are so helpful🥰."

"Room- Room booked came with floor heater which was great for winter. Room was impressively designed with zen concept. Very well maintained and cleaned. Came also equipped with smart ”Xiaodu” features. Only downside was our room was viewing out to the adjacent construction site.
Service- Front desk staff was not very friendly on two occassions. Once upon check in, and once when we enquired on the reservation on the hot tub usage. They wasnt very keen to help out even though we were chinese speaking guest. Took a while almost 45min for them also to get back to us on the use of hot tub that evening.
Breakfast- Included in our booking. Basic simple spread. Cafe get quite busy in the morning and difficulty get a table.
Location - 5min to the main scenic entrance & another 7min to the F&B cluster area. It can get a bit dark at night for the walk. The only downside is the shuttle bus booked on Trip.com is 1km walk away from this hotel. Might be a hassle when lugging your luggage or in the dark.
Hotel was japanese zen concept hence does not exude the grandeur based on first impression. Paid premium for this hotel compared against other cheaper options within the same stretch. Overall it was still a good 2 night stay here."

In front of the hotel, there are sightseeing walking paths and cycling paths along the river, which are convenient for walking or cycling to view the scenery.The hotel has reasonable design, novel decoration, well-equipped facilities, 24-hour hot water, wireless WiFi, central air-conditioning, high-quality bedding, and a small parking lot in the hotel.

"Location: 10mins car ride (20yuan) from hotel to scenic site. Not an issue for us. Nice and quiet. Next door lots of restaurants to have a meal.
Service: very good and attentive. We were checked in by Ms 104 and Mr 105 (they go by numbers to identify). Both were lovely and polite and helpful. Staff were always available to help.
Used the hotel recommendations for private hire transport from train to hotel return. Very happy as driver was prompt and safe.
Food: breakfast was quite basic. But for a 1-2 days stay, it was adequate. Restaurant on site was nice.
Room: adequate for a 1 or 2 night stay. Clean and functional. Pillows and bed was very very nice and soft/firm enough. Soap/shampoo came in tiny tubes but adequate for a short stay. And I am sure if U called room service for more, they will bring it promptly."

"Although the hotel is located slightly away from the main Jiuzhaigou scenic areas, the staff more than make up for it with their exceptional service. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay.
The staff even offered to drive me to nearby places within a 5km radius of the hotel and assisted me with purchasing bus tickets (of course, I reimbursed them). They also created a WeChat group to facilitate communication during my stay, which made everything very convenient. On top of that, I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade.
The only area for improvement would be the breakfast, as the variety was somewhat limited. That said, I have no real complaints at all. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I truly appreciated the thoughtful service provided by the hotel team."

"Heard so much abt Ji hotel and this is my first ever Ji experience. Location is superb with lots of food choices. It’s only 10mins walk to Jiuzhaigou. Wonderful and very satisfied with my stay. Staff is efficient and professional. They counter staff also helped me collect all my PDD delivery with no missing items. The room is not big but it’s still a good size. Room is clean and Japanese Muji style. The breakfast area is also very Muji inspired. Selection is small but quality is good. Loves the noodles station and the cookies and snacks. Service staff are generally patient and helpful"

"The room was very clean, and the staff were very helpful. They even offered to make an food delivery order on my behalf. The room included all necessary amenities and I enjoyed my stay!
On the negative side tbough, the hotel is a little bit hidden, and you need to take an uphill confusing route to get to it (which is very unintuitive for a first time western tourist). The breakfast food does not have much western options either.
However, weighing in all pros and cons, the hotel still wins my recommendation. I recommend staying in this hotel, and will do so again in the future myself."

"We had a truly wonderful and memorable stay at Grand Rezen Jiuzhaigou Resort.
The hotel enjoys a very convenient location—just about a 10-minute drive to Jiuzhaigou, with plenty of nearby restaurants and local shops right next door. The shuttle service to the park (RMB 4 per person) was very well arranged and made our daily trips completely hassle-free. Our triple room was spacious, warm, and extremely comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a full day of exploring. The breakfast, featuring a wide variety of local dishes, was both plentiful and satisfying, giving us a great start each morning.
A very special mention goes to our butler, Xiaohan, whose care and attentiveness truly exceeded expectations—he was even more thoughtful than my mom! He consistently looked out for us, gently reminding us to be cautious of potential tourist scams in the area. Knowing that nearby massage services might not meet expectations, he thoughtfully arranged an in-room herbal foot soak for all of us, which was such a comforting and unique touch. He also connected with us on WeChat and remained responsive even late at night when we needed additional toiletries.
Overall, this is a comfortable resort with genuinely thoughtful and service. Recommend it to anyone visiting Jiuzhaigou.

AAbel ChanMight be one of the best stays we've ever experienced. The service is (without exaggeration) near-perfect and the views were nothing short of magical. Staff & villagers were more than accommodating and we felt sincerely welcomed and fully immersed. Im fact, we preferred our time here over our time spent at the senic park. Would also definitely recommend the horse riding (we got to do ours with 2 beautiful horses, Mo Cha & Red) and having a Tibetan-style dinner from the hotel's kitchen.

TTheresa JYWe stayed at the Hilton in Jiuzhaigou for three days with our family, and it was a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. At every touchpoint, we felt the warmth and attentiveness of the service team.
A special mention goes to the customer service manager, Janice, who was incredibly thoughtful. She surprised our children with adorable teddy bears, which made their day. Knowing that we were visiting Jiuzhaigou, she also prepared disposable bath covers and bath salts for us—such a considerate gesture after a long day of sightseeing.
Our children were not very used to the local cuisine, so we ordered pasta from the hotel. It turned out to be delicious, and the portion size was very generous, which we really appreciated. My kids also enjoyed playing at their kids club.
Overall, it was a memorable and comfortable stay for our whole family. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit.

MMisafir KullanıcıI am not the type of person who usually leaves a review unless I am really impressed. Also, my mom, who traveled and stayed with me at this hotel, told me to give this place a good review and a 5-star rating because of the great experience we had.
Even before we arrived, I contacted the hotel to make sure which type of room would fit all of us, and to ask about the weather and what clothes and items we should prepare.
We also asked them to make sure that the taxi driver who picked us up from the station was safe and had a work permit.
All of our messages were replied to within seconds or minutes.
During our stay, they provided a lot of free mineral water bottles, which was very important for us, so we never ran out of water.
They also provided very good and complete amenities.
On the first night, the floor heater in our room was not working, so they gave us an additional large heater, which made the room very warm and comfortable.
They also provided drop off and pick up service to the Jiuzhaigou entrance, which really helped us, so we didn’t need to walk about 800 meters to 1 km in below-zero temperatures.
They even helped us book a taxi when we were going back to the station. Although they missed our request for a bigger car (since there were four of us with big luggage), I understand that it was difficult to find that kind of car at that time.
The driver who took us — I’m not sure, who he is, but I think he is the boss (since the staff, asked lots of questions to him)— could speak English quite well and understood us even though we spoke broken Chinese.
They also gave us a late check out at 3pm
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience staying here. They treated us not just as guests or customers, but really cared about making sure we had the best experience while visiting Jiuzhaigou.
The only downside of this hotel is that the bathroom is a bit small and there are no hooks to hang towels or clothes. However, this was not a big issue for us at all.
I highly recommend everyone to book this hotel.

They are also very kind and thoughtful, offering to help us takeaway our breakfast on the day we leave and also kindly send us to the carpark for our bus back to Chengdu. The driver also ensured that we find our bus before leaving the carpark. Thank you for all the kindness shown to us during our stay ❤️

MML NWe recently completed our first family trip to Jiuzhaigou, and our stay at the Conrad Jiuzhaigou was an absolute highlight that contributed significantly to the magic of the experience. Our group included 5 people (2 were kids), and the hotel catered to all of us with warmth and efficiency.

The scenery is simply breathtaking and left an unforgettable impression of both the Conrad and Jiuzhaigou itself. Beyond the views, the hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, ensuring a comfortable and reassuring environment throughout our stay.
💖 Outstanding Staff and Exceptional Hospitality
The entire staff team at the Conrad Jiuzhaigou deserves immense praise for their incredibly helpful and professional service. They truly elevated our stay.
We are especially grateful for their efforts in upgrading one of our rooms. This allowed all five family members to stay within the same block, which was highly appreciated and made our family logistics so much easier. Also, a standout service was the golf cart transportation required between our room and the main lobby. The staff were exceptionally attentive, ensuring we never had to wait in the freezing weather. The cars arrived almost instantly upon request, demonstrating remarkable efficiency and concern for guest comfort.
A special shout-out must go to Ms. May who helped us check-in at the Reception counter. She took excellent care of us from the moment we stepped into the hotel, processing our check-in smoothly and efficiently. Her welcoming presence set a wonderful tone for the rest of our stay.

The breakfast at the Conrad was another major positive. The spread was wide and diverse, offering something for everyone in our group, and the taste and quality were truly excellent. It was the perfect start to our long days of sightseeing.

Room is spacious and hotel is beautiful. Washer and dryer available to so laundry.
The best thing is that they provide free supper of 11 items for selection. Small portion just nice for supper and delicious. All room deliveries done by the robot which is super cute, amazing technology !
They provide transport to the park entrance.
Coffee and tea provided near the reception .
Overall is a great hotel, loved it.
If I have to nitpick, the attitude of the reception is quite cold with no smiles or efforts to explain the area or anything.

Surrounded by nature, it offered a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, while still being conveniently close to the world-famous Jiuzhaigou.

Beds are comfortable and room spacious. Shower is warm! Receptionists were quite cold, but the dining hall staff were helpful. Connecting to the WiFi was also a problem, maybe a problem for foreigners.

DDaughterofEveThis a snugly, delightful and welcoming home-style hotel. Perfect for winter months, as the room is pleasantly comfortable has floor heating, has a fantastic shower where the water is hot, the beds and bedding are snug, parking is available and the general facilities are great. The rooms are cozy and hygienic, not a spot/ hair found on the white bedding, and bath towels were fresh and clean, with all noted products placed in the room.
There was a bath and shower in the room I booked, with a cute little outside area in front of the door. The receptionists are friendly and extremely helpful. They go the extra mile by doing their best to assist with questions and giving assistance as needed. Translation services are used. I arrived at the hotel after 11pm and someone was there to receive me and help me order food. I was helped with advice about traveling, restaurants, bookings and even escorted to a yummy restaurant close by. The only thing I didn't appreciate was the smart toilet, that flushes as soon as you sit down, and doesn't flush down everything. Breakfast is available at this hotel as well as drop off services, if the vehicle is available. There are also many shops and restaurants around, making it a convenient place to stay.
There's a free treat to have photos taken in ******* style clothing, though I strongly recommend paying the cost effective fee (150 yuan) if you want better quality clothing to model in (greater variety to choose from), and have a lovely pictures taken. The hotel has stunning backdrops for these. Make up services (with some jewelry) is also available for the photo shoot. It's easily accessible as it’s very close to the hotel. ( 1.5 minute walk), and there’s a WeChat contact number to add, or the friendly hotel receptionists will arrange it for you quickly. I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Oh! And the cute little tea set in the room (with bags of tea) was a lovely comfort after a long day of traveling. Fantastic hotel! Thanks ladies.
