"The room was very clean, and the staff were very helpful. They even offered to make an food delivery order on my behalf. The room included all necessary amenities and I enjoyed my stay!
On the negative side tbough, the hotel is a little bit hidden, and you need to take an uphill confusing route to get to it (which is very unintuitive for a first time western tourist). The breakfast food does not have much western options either.
However, weighing in all pros and cons, the hotel still wins my recommendation. I recommend staying in this hotel, and will do so again in the future myself."

"Heard so much abt Ji hotel and this is my first ever Ji experience. Location is superb with lots of food choices. It’s only 10mins walk to Jiuzhaigou. Wonderful and very satisfied with my stay. Staff is efficient and professional. They counter staff also helped me collect all my PDD delivery with no missing items. The room is not big but it’s still a good size. Room is clean and Japanese Muji style. The breakfast area is also very Muji inspired. Selection is small but quality is good. Loves the noodles station and the cookies and snacks. Service staff are generally patient and helpful"

"Hotel is classic old. Night time there are blackouts for at least 5 minutes. More than 1 time it happen. Receiptionist cannot speak english. Can use google translate to communicate.
But overall is good. In morning got breakfast and have shuttle van can drop at Jiuzhaigou Park entrance for free. Got nearby walking distance halal restaurants. Restaurant next to a pharmacy is delicious.
Surrounding area got many shops."

"My recent trip to Jiuzhaigou was an unforgettable family adventure. We set off in the early morning, eager to explore the breathtaking landscapes that this UNESCO World Heritage site is famous for. Our first stop was the stunning 长海 (Chang Hai), which truly took my breath away. The vibrant colors and serene atmosphere made it the highlight of our visit.
After soaking in the beauty of 长海, we followed the signs and ventured down to discover more scenic spots. Each new view was more magnificent than the last, showcasing the unique features of Jiuzhaigou's natural beauty.
Around 10:30 AM, we made our way to the center of the park, where we found a variety of food options. The food was delightful, and it caters to different tastes. I decided to try some dumplings, which were delicious and a perfect way to refuel for the rest of our exploration.
At noon, we hopped on a bus to the other side of the park, which was equally enchanting, filled with more beautiful scenes and tranquil lakes to admire.
We wrapped up our day by returning to the Jiuzhaigou entrance around 4 PM. Overall, the experience was incredible, combining breathtaking scenery with delicious food and quality family time. I highly recommend visiting Jiuzhaigou to anyone looking for a memorable getaway!"

"It’s a nice cosy ******* style inn. Boss and staff are all very friendly, thoughtful and helpful. On our first day, we ventured too far and couldn’t call a cab. At that moment, the owner texted us to ask if all is ok and if we are ready to come back. We really appreciate him going the extra mile to pick up us from a random rural location along the road 😅 The room was very clean and comfortable with instant hot water with good pressure and amenities. Everything was working. Breakfast was also delicious. Location is good- close to entrance of jzg (owner kindly arranged drivers to send us there and bring us back), and there are various food stalls around the hotel even at night to enjoy 😊"

"I had great experience here. The hotel name is all in Chinese. It’s located next to the dumpling restaurant and in the middle of everything. It is not too far from the national park. You can walk like less than 10 mins.
The room is spacious and it has heater. The staffs are great even though they could not speak English but they are so helpful🥰."

"Staff was helpful and let us leave out luggage while we visited Jiuzaigou. Room is spacious, basic but sufficient.
Breakfast spread was minimal but ok.
Location is ok and within walking distance to Jiuzaigou itself (about 1.3km) which is great as we had to walk back after failing to get transport back after our Jiuzaigou visit with the massive crowd at the exit"

"Great location: in the heart of most food options, 15 min walk from JZG Park visitor entrance and 10 min walk from Moon Bay Parking Lot for bus transfers, free laundry. Our Tatami room was small and opened up to the main corridor so despite the courtyard mountain view beyond, we always had curtains closed, which was a pity. We had indicated a preference for an upper floor room with a view, and though the staff clearly replied that the room we booked had not much view or privacy, we wished they could suggest or offer more suitable room options beforehand or at check-in that we could upgrade to, e.g. mountain views from the 4F and 5F courtyard rooms. Similarly, front desk was OK but could have more initiative in giving info about the activities, bus transfer pick-up locations, or hotel amenities. There was also a peculiar smoke smell from our bathroom but it was a minor issue that did not deter our stay. Breakfast was ok, but need more variety/rotation. Overall, we would stay again but will skip BF and book a 4F/5F room with better views and privacy."

AAnonim KullanıcıBecause staying inside the Jiuzhaigou scenic area can be quite expensive due to high demand, we opted to stay in the nearby town instead—about a 30-minute drive away—and chose Ji Hotel.
When we arrived, I wasn’t feeling well due to period cramps, and one of the male staff noticed. He quickly brought hot water and checked in on me. That small gesture made me feel very cared for—I instantly had a good impression of their service.
The room we were assigned was surprisingly spacious—three of us could open our large suitcases at the same time and still move around comfortably. Cleanliness was great, I had no complaints. The only downside was the lighting in the room—not ideal for girls who need to do makeup, quite dim and yellowish.
They also have a self-service laundry room with detergent provided, completely free to use, which was super convenient for travellers.
As for breakfast, I didn’t have high expectations since many hotels in China tend to serve quite simple breakfast buffets. But Ji Hotel actually surprised us with a good variety of dishes—it genuinely felt worthy of the price. Also, there isn’t much around the hotel in terms of food, and hygiene can be a concern (we had dinner nearby and I ended up with diarrhoea 🥲). So honestly, I highly recommend eating the hotel breakfast, especially if you’re planning to walk several kilometres in the high-altitude scenic area. Good energy starts with a good breakfast!
Overall — very satisfied with the stay. Comfortable, convenient, good service, and great value for money. ✨

AAnke and SaraMy mother and I stayed at Jiuzhaigou Jijiannanshan Homestay when we visited Jiuzhaigou National Park. The homestay itself is beautiful and the rooms are spacious, clean and all amenities are provided. The bathroom in the family room has two sinks and a big shower! The homestay also provides a delicious, home-cooked, free breakfast.
The only thing that we didn't like was that the bathroom is very cold and the towels always felt damp even after they had been changed when the room was cleaned. It's probably due to the mountainous location.
Despite that we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

設施：沒搞懂沐浴頭怎麼用的，有熱水暖氣空調沙發燒水壺吹風機。廁所乾濕分離，不透人，一次性浴巾洗臉巾（有點硬）梳子牙具洗漱杯。
房間設計：我倆都會室內設計，覺得這個房間不錯，環境好看燈組也合適。除了有張床閲讀模式的燈會刺眼都很完美（不過閲讀模式可以不開）。

MMisafir Kullanıcı1. Location was within walking distance from the Jiuzhaigou park. However, taxis cannot park at the street which it's located hence I had to walk a small distance.
2. The room is shared between eight bunks, rather than four bunks which was implied in the description.
3. In my original booking, i specified my preference for smoke-free room. Unfortunately, some of the bunk mates which I was sharing accomodation with smoked in the room and the whole room constantly smelled of smoke. It affected my sleep cycle and my health. I recalled the room had a non-smoking sign, but it was not strictly enforced by the hostel management.
4. The card for the personal locker did not work, and I had to constantly approach the front desk for assistance to unlock the locker.
5. Front desk staff was approachable and helped to boil water for me when I needed to top up by bottle.
6. One time toilerties such as toothbrush and paper towels are provided.
7. Cleaniness of bathroom can be further improved. Seems a bit dusty.. The lighting is also very odd and could the bathroom illuimination could be further optimized.
8. The major plus point is the complimentary breakfast, which has a wide variety of food including noodles, fried rice, youtiao, pastries, cakes, fruits, coffee machine, etc. This is considerably better than other hostels.

-we booked the dora queen bed mountain view because the photos at trip.com shows full length window with nice mountain view but instead given room with slanted window.
The room face the main road and it was very noisy, you can hear the noise of cars passing the road and at night in front of the hotel parking lot , they turn on loudspeaker and turn on loud music for ******* dancing until very late at night.
-the lobby is in 2 nd floor and you need to carry lugage up the stairs, so problem if you have elderly and heavy luggages
-the room haa step at the door and also step inside the room, a bit dangerous for elderly.
-AC not working during autumn so the window will be opened otherwise the room will be stuffy.
- the toilet door and shower has transparent glass so everybody can see you poop and shower.

MMisafir KullanıcıThe room was big and nice had nice Cozy Blankets but the heater for me could be warmer. I booked the hotel because refences said they have shuttle both ways to the park. When I arrived they told me only one way in peak season and I had to take taxi back which I did. When I came back they were super nice and gave me the money back for the taxi and even took me out to show me some places. Tht was supper super nice from them. I even received fruits to the room.
Breakfast is not for westerners but for me np im used to eat warm. A coffee would be great tho.
By the way when you come out of the park I saw buses and ask if I can take ut to the hotel. The lady working there said yes but the problem was the que way to big and no buses hehe. You would need to wait for a while.
Anyway I liked my stay. I don't know how the guy at the reception does it but seems that he never sleeps and is always there and tries to help.

TTonpaiWThe first glimpse I stepped in at this hotel impressed me, the location is very close to Jiuzhaigou entrance, and there are many restaurants and groceries nearby, absolutely convenient. Also, the room when i saw at first was relatively clean.
However, things started to get worse, the bathroom, if looked closer, there were no towels provided for feet nor hands, which means after you finished taking a shower, the floor is gonna get wet all over the places, the amenities were so-so, the flush and the shower were loose, they needed to be fixed properly. Moreover, they hanged the hair dryer bag without any hair dryer in it, what for?
The room was okay, not fantastic but not terrible.
In the morning, i have to get up so early because of the cars and buses pushing horns to each other, i don’t understand why many people here doing this. To me this is rude and harms others while they are sleeping.
The internet here is amazing at the first night, very quick and effective, but on the second day it was a dead lack.
Overalls, a budget hotel that surrounded by many convenience stores and restaurants, close to Jiuzhaigou, but also comes with noise-pollution. The interiors were not as good as in the pictures, will find another hotel instead.
