Very pleasant hotel was impressed with the housekeeping outstanding services and the exceptional service provided by the front desk agent and GM of the hotel. When I realised I had left my cap behind, they immediately assisted me with genuine concern and efficiency. Within minutes, they located my item and ensured it was returned to me without any hassle. Their prompt response, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile reflect outstanding customer care and made me feel valued as a guest.

Very convenient location with just a few steps from the airport bus stop to the elevator leading to the hotel. A breeze to check in & out. Very clean & well maintained room & facilities.

It’s a polished, efficient hotel that feels like a serene Japanese-inspired retreat amidst the exhilarating chaos of Myeongdong. --- **Location: (★★★★★)** Absolutely unbeatable. This is the hotel’s biggest selling point. * **Myeongdong Metro:** Exit 5 is literally a 30-second walk from the hotel's discreet side entrance. Line 4 (light blue) connects you directly to Dongdaemun, Seoul Station, and Myeongdong Station itself is a major hub. * **Shopping & Food:** You are in the epicenter of Myeongdong shopping street. Evening food stalls, countless restaurants, and every major beauty store are right at your doorstep. * **Accessibility:** A 10-15 minute walk gets you to the Namdaemun Market, and it's an easy taxi or subway ride to Insadong, Bukchon, and Ikseon-dong. **First Impression & Lobby: (★★★★☆)** The entrance is modern and understated—you could almost miss it if not for the discreet signage. Stepping inside, you’re greeted by a calming scent, sleek dark wood, and a sophisticated, quiet atmosphere. The check-in process was swift and conducted by wonderfully polite, multi-lingual staff. The lobby is small but beautiful, setting the tone for the entire stay. **The Room: (★★★★☆)** * **Design & Cleanliness:** The room embodied modern Japanese minimalism—clean lines, warm wood tones, and intelligent use of space. It was spotlessly clean. The amenities were high-quality, with lovely Japanese toiletries. * **Size:** As expected in a prime Seoul location, the room was compact but brilliantly designed. For a solo traveler or a couple with one large suitcase, it was perfectly comfortable. Two large suitcases might have felt a bit tight. The “smart bathroom” with its multi-function toilet and deep soak tub was a fantastic luxury in a small space. * **View & Noise:** We had a room facing the interior courtyard/other buildings, which was very quiet. Street-facing rooms might get some nighttime buzz from Myeongdong, but the double-glazed windows are excellent. * **Bed:** The bed was firm and very comfortable, with high-quality linens. **Amenities & Services: (★★★★☆)** * **Breakfast:** We tried the breakfast once. It’s a delightful mix of Korean, Japanese, and Western options in a beautiful, light-filled dining room. The quality was excellent (the miso soup and grilled fish were highlights), but it is on the pricier side. * **Facilities:** No pool or gym, which some might miss. However, the 2nd-floor lounge area is a lovely, quiet space to relax with complimentary tea and coffee. * **Service:** Impeccable. Staff were always helpful, from storing luggage before check-in to providing directions and calling taxis. The turndown service was a nice touch. **Value for Money: (★★★★☆)** This is not a budget hotel, but you are paying for the premium location, outstanding cleanliness, refined atmosphere, and excellent service. For what it offers, it feels like good value within the upscale-midrange category.

I feel welcomed once i step into the hotel, the receptionist speak english well, and give me clear directions of the places i wanna go, especially thanks to Julie and the other female receptionist who’s on duty in the afternoon of 25Nov~ location is a bit far frm station (walk to underground around 5mins then get to the gate around another 5mins) but then the airport shuttle stop just in front of the hotel n taxi is easy to get there Room in a bit small size but all i want is clean room n comfy bed, sweet of housekeeping left us bottle for water n towel at the door since we have DND sign on. Overall for this price range, i think is pretty nice hotel for just sleep n shower, taxi just less than won10000 to go all the famous shopping area

Yedi kişi iki aile odası rezervasyonu yaptırdı. Ulaşım ve alışveriş çok kolay. Metro istasyonunun 7 ve 8 numaralı çıkışları 3 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde ve havaalanı otobüs durağı hemen karşıda. Odalar oldukça geniş ve dört valiz rahatlıkla sığabiliyor. Odalar çok temiz ve resepsiyonist ile temizlik görevlileri çok nazik ve güler yüzlü. Uygun fiyatlı bir otel. Gerçekten çok uygun fiyatlı ve bir dahaki sefere kesinlikle tekrar kalacağım.

Otelin konumu iyi; Hoehyeon İstasyonu'na sadece 7-8 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde ve Namdaemun Pazarı'na çok yakın. Myeongdong da 10 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde. Odada sterilizasyon dolabı, çamaşır makinesi ve yerden ısıtma sistemi mevcut. Ancak, ücretsiz bagaj muhafazası olmaması ve kurutma makinesinin ekstra ücrete tabi olması beni hayal kırıklığına uğrattı. Bu sefer iki tek kişilik ve bir çift kişilik yataklı bir odada kaldım; bu tip odaları bölgede benzer fiyata bulmak zor. Genel olarak memnun kaldım.

Otele dönüşte küçük bir yokuş çıkmanız gerekiyor, ancak çok uzun değil ve kolayca çıkılabilir. Otelde çamaşır makinesi bulunması harika bir özellik. Ancak çift kişilik oda biraz dar; bavulu açacak yer yok. Sıcak su yeterince sıcak, ancak su basıncı biraz düşük. Girişte ücretsiz kızarmış tavuk ikram ediliyor, ancak isterseniz bunu atlayabilirsiniz.

We stayed for three nights and were very satisfied overall. HotelType: Serviced apartment Room: Simple design and clean Transport: Fairly convenient – 5-minute walk to City Hall Station; 12-minute walk to Myeongdong shopping district Surroundings: Plenty of restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores. Before 11 PM, some lively street noise may be heard in the room, but it generally didn’t disturb our sleep. We booked the Private Terrance Spa Room, where the elevator opens directly into our room. The staff had prepared aromatic oils in advance, so we were greeted with a pleasant fragrance upon entering. The room is divided into two main sections: 1. Kitchen & dining area – Though it looks bare at first glance, the storage cabinets are fully equipped with essentials, including a microwave and fridge. 2. Sleeping area – A nice surprise was that the room had two bathrooms, one with a shower (a lifesaver since we were traveling with two teenagers—you know how long they like to stay in the bathroom! 😆). Having two bathrooms was incredibly convenient for us. Some Notes 1) Before check-in, inform the hotel of your arrival time so they can prepare in advance. 2) No traditional lobby. There’s only one entrance. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor for the front desk. (If you prefer a dedicated concierge or a grand lobby, this might not suit you.) 3) Front desk is not 24/7, but they’ll exchange contact details (e.g., WhatsApp) so you won’t have trouble reaching them during your stay. 4) Daily service includes fresh towels, bottled water replenishment, and trash removal. Full room cleaning is provided every four days. 5) Bathtub drainage must be completed by 11 PM, allow **over an hour** for draining. Commercial bath bombs are not permitted; purchase approved ones from the hotel if needed. 6) For WOWPASS user, 2-min walk to GS25, a wowpass machine provides top up, buy snd sell KWR.
