We had a very lovely time at Casa de Lipe. We even got engaged here so we will certainly be coming back. Pros: The staff are the loveliest people on Planet Earth No loud music at any time, very quiet Sensational food and service, very smiley staff ready to help with anything Private beach is a real bonus The setting is fabulous. Among the rainforest and with the sound of the sea rocking you to sleep Epic sunsets Great breakfasts Cons (being really picky): The air con unit in our room was a bit loud The pool in our room (honeymoon villa) was a little bit smaller than I expected The decor could be updated We’ll be coming back here time and time again for sure. Thank you Casa de Lipe for making our time on Koh Lipe very memorable!

From the moment we arrived via boat to the most beautiful setting, we were breath taken! The private beach is great for snorkeling and safe for kids. Our room (no. 6) was a good size, nice balcony, some sea views and comfortable. Staff were warm, welcoming and helpful, especially the receptionist who was always smiling and super friendly. Of our 8-day stay in Koh Lipe, we spent 3 nights here. By comparison, the hotel we moved to next was marginally cheaper, also with a high (but not as high) rating. Ten Moons was the better deal!!! Pros: - Stunning location - Large glass water jug in the room (which was refilled daily using a 5 gallon water bottle rather than multiple small plastic bottles). Great to see the hotel reducing the use of plastic! - Great breakfast selection - Food available all day - Clean - Staff helpful and friendly - Life jackets, beach toys, snorkels, etc available for use for free - Quiet location/very peaceful and relaxing - Lovely sand (sand texture tends to vary in Koh Lipe however it was great here!) - Walking distance or ferry ride to walking street and more livelier areas Cons: - One of the few hotels not showing a sign or communicating/educating tourists NOT to step on coral. The by-product is that there isn’t a lot of live coral to see although there is still a lot of fish life. By comparison, we saw a hotel further down actively promoting not to stand on coral with staff educating tourists - No pool (although not needed as the sea area is more than ample to swim in) - No kayaks (available for hire at THB200 per hour nearby, less than a minute walk away) - Not for people who struggle with stairs (although there are a couple of villas on the beach without the use of stairs) We would most certainly stay here again!

Very nice charming small resort with few bungalows. It was my 2nd time at Koh Lipe. Tried different hotels. I’ve booked a garden villa at Bulow Casa. One of the best location on the island, very peaceful, just next to the Zodiac bar which is the spot for sunset. The villas are very comfortable and spacious. I liked the decoration. Free Tuk Tuk until 6 pm and the staff is very kind. However, the service of the restaurant is not at the level we expect for this price. Compared to some other hotels, the reactivity is quite slow… Needed to wait long time for our orders and that, several times. And it wasn’t the peak season yet… wondering how they will manage with a full capacity of the hotel. So I think it needs some little improvements… I’ve not been impressed by the food as well. Good breakfast though. we finished to take our dinner in some other restaurants located more south of the sunrise beach.

Ne güzel bir tatil köyü burası. Deniz manzaralı jakuzili süit odada harika bir konaklama. Oda büyük ve güzel. Talebimiz üzerine odayı güzelleştiren personele teşekkür ederiz. Tatil köyünde 2 yüzme havuzu var. İç havuzlardan biri havuz erişimli odalar arasında paylaşılırken diğeri plaj barının önünde. Ayrıca lobi alanının hemen yanında masaj hizmeti de veriyorlar. Tüm konaklama boyunca çok rahatlatıcı. Ayrıca her gün 16:00-20:00 saatleri arasında 1'e 1 kokteyl promosyonu da var. Kahvaltıda çok çeşitli yiyecekler var. Tavuklu pilavdan salatalara, kendi yaptığınız panini'ye ve hatta Tay roti'ye kadar. Bayıldım. Yürüyüş caddesi tatil köyünün hemen yanında yer alıyor. Harika bir kolaylık. Koh Lipe'yi ziyaret edersem tekrar bu tatil köyüne döneceğim.

The hotel has an island vibe with half-opened bathrooms (avoid if you’re scared of frogs and geckos). We had an issue with door not closing properly but thankfully it was fixed after we reported it. The staff is very friendly. Unfortunately the area around the hotel when walking to Pattaya Beach is very messy with a lot of trash but that seems to be the case in most of Koh Lipe’s back streets. The hotel area was cleaned daily. The little swimming pool in front of the room looks nice but we didn’t use it because it’s next to the main path in the resort and it wasn’t particularly clean.

The hotel staffs offer great service. They provide luggage pick-up and drop-off service between the jetty and our room. Hotel is at the right most end of the Pattaya beach after getting off from the jetty, which is about a quick 5minutes walk. Near to the walking street which is very convenient, with a lot of restaurants and massage shops. However, the floor of the room is very sticky, aircond takes a long time to bring down the temperature too. Cleanliness can be improved.

Great location on sunrise beach, super friendly staff and amazing service. Room was clean, roomy and comfortable. Pool clean and maintained and amenities like the beach chairs, kayaks etc were great, would stay again!!!

All great ! Thoroughly enjoyed during 7 nights staying The room has Balinese architecture attached. Swimming pool and garden landscaping both are amazing. ** Friendly staff, Clean, pick up & drop off service from Jetty is free. Breakfast, lunch & dinner so yummy. High standard service level. We have early check out and the day before asked them to get ready the breakfast at 7.30 ( as breakfast start usually at 7.30) as we need to go to boat at 8.15. But the stuff decide to come and start to work at 7.35. So our breakfast was dani at almost 8.00. But the most understandable for us was their attention only to Thai people, one day we saw they have breakfast at 7.00!!!!!

Отель чуть в далеко от всей движухи. Свой чистый бассейн на пляже, хоть и крошечный. Полотенца дают. Персонал хороший,но уборка так себе) Завтраки хорошие. Номер так себе, в полу щели, старый, розетки не работают, искрят, вместо 2 кроватей двуспальная и односпальная, дали 3 кровати одной единой лежанкой. Немного странно так спать. Стола в номере небыло. Зато была прекрасная кошечка с котятами. Пожалуйста, покормите котиков как будете в этом отеле и налейте свежей воды🫶
