The whole travel to and from the island via the ferry and cars where your luggage is delivered to your room was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. Our only small quibble was the lack of sunloungers, though we appreciate the high occupancy whilst we were there. Nice room, some small plumbing issues though. I guess island amenities! Overall an excellent stay.

Жили 3 ночи, домик на 3 линии, близко к морю, красивая территория. Свой пляж в бухте, лежаки бесплатно. Хорошие завтраки. На этом плюсы закончились. Домик сделан из досок, шумоизоляции почти нет, огромные щели в окнах, дверях -комары пролетают как к себе домой. На окнах сетки от комаров, но на них толстый слой пыли - аллергики будут в шоке. Пыль и грязь в домике везде - на вешалках, на перилах, на полу, под кроватью, на телевизоре, на стенах из вагонки …. везде. Сейфа нет. Отель в целом не плохой, но не стоит тех денег которые мы заплатили за проживание.

I have stayed at Flamingo Villa before (In the Garden Room), but this time I decided to stay in the loft room, which apparently is called the Family Room. Flamingo Villa is somewhat strange, since the ”Hotel” is basically three rooms within the Samed Your House hotel. Our neighbors actually knocked on our door to try and check in ~ You need to call the phone number for Flamingo Villa in order to check in, as someone will come out to meet you. So, bottom line up front: Flamingo Villa is awesome, but get ready to kill a lot of mosquitos! The owners do a good job of lighting incense sticks to try and keep the them away, but there are fountains around the area and the mosquitos are no joke. I would say I killed at least 10 in our room, so it is super important to make sure you close the sliding doors behind you every time you go in and out of the room. The Family Room was awesome. The lower floor is basically a living room with a large day bed and a big TV with great speakers. The toilet room is separate from the shower. The stairs to the loft are pretty steep, but once you get up there it is really nice. There are two queen beds in the loft, and the glass wall and sliding door separate the bedroom from the main room, which is great because the bedroom has its own AC unit, and the glass keeps out the mosquitoes. The beds were comfortable, but be careful because the ceiling is very low above the beds. The view from up in the loft is very peaceful, and the owners obviously spent a lot of time decorating the place (The Christmas tree was still up while we were there). The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Sai Kaew Beach, and the pier for the ferry is only a 10 minute walk ~ but you can take a mini bus if you would like. The hotel is close to restaurants and stores, and there are two 7-11s close to the beach. We rented a motor bike the last time we were in Koh Samed, but Sai Kaew Beach seems to be the nicest on the island, so we just hung out there. I love Flamingo Villa, and I am sure I will stay there again in the future.

Amazing hotel! The room was large and comfortable. Bathroom was nice and spacious. Had a nice balcony. The restaurant’s food is really delicious. The location was great with a private beach. You can rent a scooter and go around the island. I will stay here again definitely. It has a nice nightlife atmosphere, they have a dj on with good music although it can get really loud so I recommend that if this is an issue to ask for a room farther away from the beach.

Staying at this resort in Koh Samet was an absolutely perfect experience! The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, the location is stunning with a top-class beach, and the food was excellent. The overall atmosphere was very relaxing. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality and tranquility.

サメット島の最南端にあるホテルです！ ロケーションは言うこと無しです！ スタッフさんは皆フレンドリーでいつも笑顔で挨拶してくれます。 到着したのがナダン港でそこから乗り合いのソンテウ待つのがイヤだったので500バーツのチャーターしました。 ナダン港からでもソンテウで40分程揺られて到着です！ ホテルではレンタルバイクもあるので他のビーチへ行く方はレンタルしていろいろなビーチやレストラン等に行けますよ！ところどころ野犬の群れが居るのでイヌが苦手な方は気をつけてください。 ホテルにも何頭か野良が居ますが大人しくてお利口さんです。 機会があればまた来たいと思います。

### Review of Samed Grandview Resort We recently stayed at Samed Grandview Resort and had a wonderful experience overall. The resort's location is stunning, with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere that made our stay enjoyable. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met. However, we felt that the beach entertainment could use some improvement. While the idea of music on the beach is great, the selection and execution were somewhat lacking, making it a bit boring at times. As professionals in the entertainment industry, we believe there are ways to enhance the experience for guests, such as incorporating a more diverse music selection or live performances. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to see the entertainment aspect elevated for an even better guest experience. Thank you for considering our feedback! 🙏🏻

Очень расстроило то, что в бронировании написано что будет 2 кровати большого размера(мы были с ребенком). По факту кровать была одна. Пришлось доплачивать в отеле за дополнительную кровать 850 бат за ночь. В остальном все было нормально. Персонал быстро принесли кровать, постельное белье. Понравился выход из номера в бассейн.

Saikaew Villa 65 is less than a 5 minute walk from the songthiaw drop off to get to the accommodation, after the 10 minute taxi ride from Ban Phe pier. We booked 3 Superior Twin rooms for family but the rooms were definitely not 'superior'. The rooms lacked any finesse, with a broken lampshade, gaps under the doors for mozzies to get in, a broken light in the bathroom and a leaking sink pipe, dodgy fridge connection and dead batteries in the aircon remote. The room itself was clean and the service for room cleaning was good, but the surrounding area around the rooms was dilapidated, with broken down storage buildings, remnants of building works and rubbish bags and cleaning equipment on display in the walkways each day. There was a definite lack of attention to detail. It was backpacker style but not with a backpacker price tag. I booked the rooms on a balcony, with a view of the courtyard garden, but there was nowhere to sit outside the room, no chairs provided, just small tables. The location is very good, a minute or so walk away from the beach. The attached restaurant, 'Joe's', was very efficiently run and the service there was excellent (thank you to the waiting staff, who were very friendly and helpful). For 60 baht for the day, a deckchair could be rented with an umbrella right on the sea front, and the restaurant staff provided towels for the deckchairs when asked. If you plan on spending little time in your rooms, and you don't mind the outside appearance of the accommodation, then Sai Kaew 65 is a great place to base yourself for all that Sai Kaew and Koh Samed has to offer.
