We are located in the Rendezvous development, approximately 1 mile from the town of Winter Park (walkable), the Rendezvous Event Center, & less than 1/4 mile from the Lyft bus stop for access to Winter Park resort (3 miles away). You will have the opportunity to experience gorgeous sunsets & miles of trails for hiking, mountain biking, or X-country skiing just steps away. You are in the wilderness waking to crisp mornings & cool evenings. We see moose, fox, deer, & bears on a regular basis. Relax on the balcony with a glass of wine after a day of hiking, biking, skiing/snow boarding or just hanging out in town shopping or wine tasting. A huge dining quartz dining table provides plenty of space if there is a full house. There are two separate family spaces equipped with large screen Smart TVs and fireplaces upstairs in the living area and downstairs in the bonus area. There is a huge area in the back that is just outside the back door where dogs can go out. (Note - it is not fenced).
