"It was a very lovely experience staying in this hotel. We came to the parking lot and were already greeted by the host who brought us up to the house. We had a beautiful view over the rice fields from our balcony. Dinner and breakfast was delicious! We could walk from there to viewpoints and the cableway easily and the host gave us good advice. Sensitive sleepers will need some earplugs because as it is a rural area, the roosters start their concert very early in the morning. Also the checkout was very easy, we where brought again to the parking lot. I can definitely recommend this hotel."

"We spent three weeks travelling around China in early April and this was probably my favourite destination. The hotel staff were genuinely SO friendly and helpful, as were all of the locals in the area. We had the hotel driver pick us up from the airport for ¥300 which was a 2.5 hour drive - 谢谢司机🙏🏼 When we got there, we met the receptionist who turned out to be one of the kindest people we met the whole trip! He was not only the receptionist but also helped out in the kitchen, and was willing to drive guests to / from places around the village. He lives on-site and has a little translation device if you don’t speak Mandarin 😊 We had two dinners in the hotel which were both amazing, we received complimentary tea and rice wine!! The view from the balcony was incredible. The village has three main viewpoints and the hotel is literally a 5 minute walk from one of them so we heard so many tourists walk by talking about how they wish they would have booked to stay in this hotel! Overall, I would highly recommend and we’ll definitely be coming back in the future but probably in September time as this is when the rice is in full harvest!"

"What a gem! A central location in the Dazhai village to be able to fully enjoy the Longji rice villages. Balcony view kept you connected with the village while relaxing in your room. Instant hot water for the shower and nice connected bathroom. The owners of the hotel were very accommodating and were able to answer all of our questions with kindness. On our way in and out we were taken by car, although walking from the parking lot to the hotel is also a quick option. Finally, we ordered dinner in the room the last evening and were surprised by how well the food was made and also the large portions served. No complaints!"

"Our experience at Baike Hotel was simply great! The hotel is very very very beautiful, clean, and furnished in the local style. The view from the terrace and from our room was amazing, and very peaceful. The food was also delicious! Plus, Jason and his wife have been extremely friendly and helpful in answering to our questions, helping us and in giving us suggestions on how to tour around the area. Upon our request, Jason also helped us arrange a transfer from the Airport in Guilin to the hotel, a transfer from Ping’An to Dazhai (to do the 15km hike back), and a transfer from the hotel to our next hotel in Yangshuo. I speak some Chinese, but a plus for those foreign tourists who do not speak any Chinese is that Jason speaks a great English, so no need to worry about language barriers at all! Overall, we 100% recommend this hotel! We had a wonderful and unforgettable experience, and should we ever come back to Ping’An, we would definitely come here again!! 🤗💯💯💯"

"I would absolutely recommend this place, the owners were so nice, it was clean, and the view was stunning.
Service: If you contact them up front, they will also come to pick you up from the parking lot, and also bring you back to the parking lot the day you leave. I was also able to try on some traditional minority clothes and take photos from the hotel balcony which was great.
Room: I booked a room with a view. Having breakfast on the balcony while enjoying the view of the rice terraces was so relaxing and nice. The room was spacious, nicely decorated and I found everything to be very clean.
Location: Very convenient. Not too far from the road so luggage doesn't need to be carried far, and you can reach the Seven Stars and a Moon viewing platform (七星伴月观景台) , as well as the Nine Dragons and Five Tigers viewing platform (九龙五虎观景台) within 20-30 minutes on foot (if you're used to climbing stairs, otherwise it might take a little longer).
The views from both places were also truly amazing and I recommend going at sunrise or sunset too.
Overall, an amazing stay!"

"This place was outstanding in all dimensions. The owners clearly love the place, the entire experience was amazing. The service was fantastic, they offered to drive us and pick us up from the scenic viewpoints throughout our stay. They helped coordinate pick up and drop off from the train stations (for a fair fee) as it is a bit hard to get there without your own car. They also served us their rice wine at dinner, and provided bottles to take home when we checked out. They were always checking in on how our stay was, very proactive communication. We stayed in the panorama room and the view from their hotel is incredible. Very clean, all amenities we needed provided. I would 1000% recommend this place if you can make it out here."

"Love my stay, proprietors were welçoming, clean, had family meals, upgraded at no cost, hot water, heater great room patio views.
The negative experience and *not connected with the hotel were the aggressive ethnic women vendors, they lie about their products, use guilt trip and aggression to try to get you to buy. I certainly don't want the lump them all together but in my seven encounters it was 100%, perhaps it's a cultural thing. I've told my proprietor and hopefully she'll warm them that it's harmful fleecing and being unpleasant."

"We had an amazing stay, the view was spectacular and the staff were extremely hospitable. On our last day we had trouble getting to the neighbouring town (Dazhai) to sightsee, however the hotel staff were able to help us out, drove us there, and then even back to Guilin City to our next accommodation!
The hotel also serves food, so breakfast and dinner were no problem. The food was delicious and authentic, made with local ingredients.
We would definitely recommend to our friends and family to stay here on their next trip."

MMisafir KullanıcıWe are so glad that we have chosen to stay at this hotel during our trip to Ping'an. It's strategically located at Ping'an, where it's easily accessible to View Point 1: Nine Dragons and Five Tigers and View Point 2: Seven Stars around the Moon. The path to the above viewing points is just next to the hotel!
The hotel owner picked us up from the parking lot and carried our bags to the hotel. We enjoyed our stay due to the warm hospitality and superb service.
The rooms are tastefully decorated and cleaned with amazing views of the rice terraces close-up. We can even see the sunrise from our rooms. We went during winter, but fret not; the heaters in the rooms kept one warm. It was fun to go during winter as Ping'an is not crowded with tourists. The view of the Longji rice terraces has a different kind of beauty after the harvest season.
We had dinner at the hotel. The dishes were delicious as the vegetables were freshly plucked and the chicken was slaughtered for dinner. The hotel owner went out of their way to get us the dried bamboo shoots that we wanted to buy to take home.
Breakfast was great. We have enjoyed our meals at the hotel as they're home-cooked and organic. You can't get vegetables, herbs, and meat products fresher than here. It's a great place to stay for hiking and relaxation.

LLongshengEs war ein sehr schöner kurzer Aufenthalt, man war sehr hilfreich und hat auch schon Tage vor unserer Ankunft mit uns freundlich kommuniziert und wir wurden am Parkplatz erwartet und hatten ein Zimmer mit einem wunderbarer Blick auf die Terrassen. Auch der Spaziergang, der direkt vor dem Haus beginnt, war wunderbar. Aaron der Manager war uns auch behilflich, einen günstigen Taxitransport nach Guilin zu organisieren. Ein Froschkonzert begleitete unsere Nachtruhe, die sonst aber nicht gestört wurde. Das Essen bei Ankunft wurde frisch und sehr lecker zubereitet.

JJoao BThe LongJi Rice fiels scenic area is really an incredible place, one of the most incredible i ever visited in China. Lonji Impression Hotel is very well located in order to explore quickly all the main viewpoints. It's located right next to viewpoint number 2 so it's a 10 minute walk which is incredible! Also the hotel itself is located on VIP location as it is possible to see the sunrise on the rice fields from an awesome angle right from your room balcony!
The rooms are super clean and spacious.
As for the staff, it is managed by this kind and very nice couple which are always willing to help you on anything you need! The lady is super nice always trying to know if are ok, or lost or maybe need some help, and the husband is also an excellent cook!
I had a great time there and i strongly recomend this hotel!

He not only extended warm hospitality and picked us up from the parking lot, suggested platforms with the best views and arranged transportation to take us to Daizhan village but he went beyond at a time when i needed help most. I wasn't feeling well the next morning and decided to hopefully hitch a ride with him to Guilin in case i need medical help. He actually turned back to pick us up even tho he had aldy left a few minutes earlier when told of my condition by his wife. My condition worsened during the ride and he drove me straight to Guilin hospital for emergency assistance. Thanks for his kindness otherwise i cannot imagine how much worse it could have been for me. He did not even want to charge us for the trip. Absolutely recommend this hotel! Good location, easy access to eateries and hiking trails. Nice comfortable stay and most of all the kind owner made this an unforgetable warm experience for me.

TTuan Ying GohHad such a pleasant and memorable experience at this inn. The boss, Mr Yu, is super down to earth and sincere. He cooked super well too - taste is just nice, not too oily or salty. And all his ingredients are fresh from his farm, even the chickens and fishes. What a farm-to-table experience. As it is the low peak season now, he could sit down and have good chats with us.
The room is huge, with an unblock mountain view. It’s also near to viewing point 2. There’s this cute inn dog who is so loyal.
The room is well kept, with a balcony for you to sit and sip wine or tea. Note that there are insects because we are by the mountains but you could bring your own repellent. We slept well here.
The driver, Mr Yang, who drove us up Long Ji also stayed at this inn. We asked that he drives us around for the three days we are here and send us back to Guilin city. His driving skill is very stable and he’s very well-versed with the mountain roads (as he’s a local).
What can I say, this experience is simply too memorable. Human relationships forged is the magical part of travel. Would highly recommend you to come experience this inn for yourself (of course during the peak season, the boss might not have time to sit down for a chat).
在这民宿住了三天两晚，也是我们会记很久的回忆。余老板人很善良，也烧了一手好菜。食材都是新鲜的。房间搭理地很干净，我们住的很舒服。床是大床，阳台也很大。我们两个在那儿早上做瑜伽，听鸟叫声，简直太舒服了。看看老板烧菜，和嘟嘟（狗狗）玩，再和它去观景台看看。看杨师傅煮竹筒饭，煮笋，山上生活好惬意呀。这个人情味，回味无穷。

MMisafir KullanıcıMama and I had such a great experience here on our 3-day (2-night) trip to the 龙脊 rice terraces. Cannot recommend these guys enough! They were so friendly from the start and service was AMAZING.
We got quite lucky with our room. We were able to catch the sunrise every morning coming over the “back of the dragon”. Location was great too, being not too far from the 九龙五虎 and 七星半月 observation decks. Aside from the view, the place was clean with the usual amenities. Their home-cooked Guilin specialty meals also made for great dinner. Almost everything was home grown and locally sourced, and oh so tasty!
They were also great with our check-out and send-off, helping us organise a car/driver to our next stop (Yangshou) and a little farewell token that read “ 一生平安” which translates to “a lifetime of peace and safety”. We even picked up some of their monk fruit (羅漢果) and passion fruit (百香果) before we left! Thank you for making us feel so welcome 西窗月!

Le propriétaire a été d’une gentillesse incroyable — il nous a même aidés avec notre drone DJI !
Malgré notre gros retard à l’arrivée, il nous a accueillis avec le sourire et une bienveillance rare.
La chambre était sublime, spacieuse et décorée avec goût, offrant une vue à couper le souffle sur les rizières .
Tout était parfait, du début à la fin. On ne pouvait pas rêver mieux pour profiter de la beauté de Longji.
Un grand merci pour cette expérience mémorable, nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

LLiza MartinsIn the center of the village, this Guest House has the most amazing views to the Rice terraces. In the evening you can see the terraces lightened. It’s in the middle of the 2 principal view points. The room was comfortable and warm. But he best think for me was the kindness of the owners. Ah Juan was always available and open to help me. And her food is delicious. As I was alone, she even was messaging me to see if I was ok. I loved it.

MMisafir KullanıcıWe stayed here for two nights and had an incredible time. The view from our room was spectacular overlooking the rice terraces, with a bathtub just next to the window. The room is very clean and wooden giving it a nice rustic feeling. The location is not the easiest to get to but the hotel organised a transport for us from Guilin airport! They also helped us find our bus for our onward journey to Yangshuo. The staff was always very helpful and friendly, they were really great. The food was some of our favourite of our entire stay in china. Highly recommend the beef with potatoes and mixed veggies!

MMisafir Kullanıcımy friend and i arrived at the hotel pretty late and we were greeted so nicely and got to order some warm soup (the portions are huge, so you’ll never be hungry!) before being kindly escorted to our room. we also got a free upgrade and got to have a better view to the mountains. i believe it is a family business and every woman working there made us feel at home and safe. the food is absolutely delicious and the prices are great. it is very comfortable to be staying at a hotel up in the hills and to just go downstairs and have the greatest meal ever. we recommend trying the salty fish with eggplants and the fried rice, as they were our favourites. the rooms themselves were very warmly decorated and they have air conditioning, as well as wifi. we also had some laundry to wash and everything got taken care of. we got to have barbecue with some of the other guests that stayed there and once our last day arrived they all helped us book a bus ticket to yangshuo and drove us to the bus station the next day. our experience there was so wholesome and we would recommend to everyone visiting this nice family and try their absolutely amazing food :D
