Staff is very polite and helpful Terry location is perfect and close to everything. Going down fall was the Lack of supervision in the pool areas and not really so much the hotels followed but the guests who met their children swim and splash and jump in the Jacuzzi. There needs to be clear posted signs regarding no children in the hot tub under the age of 16 years old

My toddler and I spent one night at the Royal Sonesta and it was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the customer service can't be beat. Every person that worked at Royal Sonesta treated my baby and I with kindness. The door men were exceptional. Bedrooms were clean and the bed was awesome as well. Within walking distance to the harbor and next to so many fun things for kiddos. We'll definitely be back.

Pros: Property was excellent. Very clean.
Con: Hotel needs to be refurbished. The window in my room had a broken seal. Rooms seem old and outdated.

Very nice hotel with a great view of the harbor. The hotel itself is a gem in a a deteriorating area. I’ve heard new Harbor ownership has plans to tear down and redesign. Maybe it will revive things. Overall great stay!!

The staff was super friendly, always helpful and welcoming. The room was so spacious and comfortable with lots of lighting. The bathroom was spotless. The hallways smelled so good; you could tell they cleaned their carpets regularly.

Great stay! From the front desk, valet, and Kevin at the bar, everyone was a great ambassador of the hotel.
We had good laughs while having drinks, with Kevin, and Shane at the front desk was friendly and helpful every step of the way.
Our room was clean, and we loved the layout and decor throughout the hotel.
We had very good coffee and breakfast sandwiches at their cafe.
We will return!

Check in and out was very convenient and quick. The room was clean and comfortable. The view was amazing. They made it a very easy going and relaxing weekend! 10/10 would stay again next time we come to Baltimore!

Great for my daughter bday, Pool was heated very nice, however I was never told that the Jacuzzi was broken which was a huge reason for me picking this hotel. Next time I'll make sure all the amenities are you and running before booking.
