"The location was better than I thought. I stayed for 6 days on a family trip, and for some reason, the room key didn't work, so I had to go to the front desk every day to renew it, which was the most inconvenient. The breakfast menu was just average, but the person preparing it didn't check it properly, so there was a lot of mold on the cream cheese, and it didn't look good to see them moving and touching the food by hand. If I visit Baltimore again, I don't think I'll stay at this hotel again."

"I booked an overnight reservation for my husband's birthday celebration. The entire experience was unique and simply outstanding in every way! We were made to feel VERY SPECIAL by each and every staff member with whom we engaged. We were CONTINUALLY welcomed throughout the stay from the person who opened the car door and greeted us by name to the very knowledgeable concierges, the room service staff, the culinary staff, the bellman, the driver, Lottie Dottie and EVERYBODY! The hotel was very clean and beautifully adorned with pictures, books, furniture, plants and artifacts that told the story of the hotel. This includes the very accommodating bedroom with a comfortable canopy bed and a pristine, spacious and updated bathroom. One could ALWAYS count on soul-stirring music playing in the background of every public space. Each tune moved us to murmur the lyrics regardless of where we were and what we were doing. Ever had a snack attack? No worries! The room was well stocked with a variety of goodies and beverages to soothe those evening urges. And, finally, let me praise the food selections offered to us at teatime and breakfast. Homemade jam, almond butter, muffins, oat flapjacks, chicken sausage, eggs, and more! This was quite an awesome getaway! And, yes, we would do it all over again!"

The breakfast offered a variety of choices and tasted good. The hotel front desk staff were friendly, quick to process check-in, and very professional. Parking was ample and convenient. Overall, it was excellent value for money and a pleasant stay."

"I was highly disappointed with my stay at the Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor at Camden Yards. I had specifically booked a room with a king bed, but upon arrival, I was informed that none were available. Instead, I was given a room with different accommodations that didn’t meet my expectations. To make matters worse, the room was missing a refrigerator—there was just an empty hole where it should have been. For the price I paid, I expected far better service and amenities. The lack of organization and attention to detail made my stay far less enjoyable than anticipated. I would not recommend this hotel unless they improve their booking practices and room upkeep."

"The reservation was for a family room. The hotel is quite large and the facilities and equipment are a bit old. Although breakfast is simple, it is practical and economical. Most hotels in the United States are like this, suitable for families. There is a daily indoor parking lot next to it for $18 a day."
