Impressed with the service staff at Mosaic Restaurant where I had the breakfast buffet, the clean up was quick and service came with smiles and quick response. I enjoyed the buffet spread of local cuisines, simple but done well, paired with thoughtful sauces. The Caesar salad was awesome, made on the spot with fresh vegetables in a cheese bowl. We stayed at the Executive room with access to the lounge. A great experience, rooms were clean, comfortable and well appointed. Staff at check-in were knowledgeable and professional - a special nod to Satria who went above the call of duty to make sure our stay at Crowne was superb!

Good strategic location and near to amenities. Second time visit to this hotel as we booked the room with bigger space especially the Naripan Wing. Breakfast was good with many varieties and the service was excellent especially the doorman (Sugeng) was very friendly and helpful. Will recomend to friends in S’pore!!

Hotel was great and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and i love the bathtub. The only tiny downside is that they provide mineral water in small bottles of 330 ml. Not sure why as it run out very quickly, and also means more plastic bottles consumed😅 Please change to bigger ones

Amazing hotel lobby architecture and services rendered. Staff was helpful and top notch. Requested for high floor and quiet room as the venue is close to the busy roads. Breakfast spread was not bad, it could have been better. Cons is the pool was freezing cold, should have been warm. Loved our stay here as its close to Bandung Train Station, it may look walking distance but the pathways are not as promising if you have luggages. Just a tip, private hirers (grab/gojek) may overcharge, one need to be wary of such additional fees etc as we encountered few dishonesty drivers in the city.

It's actually not the first time for my family to stay here but this time we stayed for 2 nights to celebrated my mom's birthday and it was such an amazing experiences. The room, the service, the food, the staff are all wonderful. The check-in process was fast and got great explanation about the hotel's current policies and facilities. The room was great as always. For the breakfast they have lots of type of delicious food. The food in the club lounge were also fantastic (Tahu Walik, bakso, the small cheesecake pie, all the cake and pastries are a well-prepared delectable food with great presentation). Special shout out for the team in the club lounge! The crew in the club lounge are all awesome and really attentive. Got a surprise for my mom from the team and it made her day. Thank you to all of you guys (I didn't catch all their names but mas acep and friends) for creating another memorable experience. We'll be back here again on the next trip to bandung.

What a great place to stay. The hotel is located nearby malls and street food location. When we arrived the welcoming was super. The professionalism of the employees behind the desk was suburb . The next contact we made was with Erwin, we were exploring the hotel and when he saw us he gives us a good impression what the hotel us could bring, sending us to the roof top bar to see the city. The next employee Deman, He is the bartender at the pool. Super friendly and helpful. He arranged our drinks and food and always with a smile. (Thanks for the green morning drinks) Thanks Demon and Erwin for your help. Last but not least I want to thank the Iswan. Every morning we met him with a big smile at the breakfast. He provided us with information about the city. So we could make a program for the day. Great support and many thanks for your help and sandwich and drink when we left by car. For all who will read this, when you visit Bandung please book you room in this hotel. I have been in so many hotels in whole Indonesia but this hotel is in my top three. Terima kasih banyak and till next year.

I stay here for 2 nights with family. We booked condotel 2 rooms with bath tub at price around Rp.900k/night through OTA. (+) The hotel attached with Braga citywalk mall which nearly empty but its on great location at famous Braga Street. The staff service friendly, prompt and responsive. Hot shower superb. TV channel selectiona great, AC good function, rooms service (nasgor) superb at Rp.68k/portion include water bottle (-) However there's some point need to improve such as. In our room #1902, the toilet smells stinks everytime it's flush, happen since day 1. The wardrobe broken, microwave insides really dirty, ants everywhere and cleaning works need to go detail. Another thing to concern is the bath towel conditions was awful. Not stars hotel standard at all. (Pic attached). I suggest the room goes maintenance before back to sell and please provide only clean-white towel for almost 1 million room price. For this time being not recommend but will be back should the improvement done.

Hi.. Julia if you still remember us . sorry for my late review .We're from netherland and it's our first time stay in this hotel i booked the room from agoda. From the moment we were checked in by Ms Julia we had a most memorable stay until we checked out. also she checked on us in every occasions to see if we were enjoying our stay or if we needed anything. she is one of the professional person , friendly and very good sense of humor and always smiles. About hotel having very great pool with nature view, full of mirror in every where, the breakfast is also good . keep up the great job julia ! Went there because of the rating, and because they have rooms with connecting door. Which is important for a family with teenagers like us. Turned out, we're happy with the beautiful decorations of this hotel. They pay attention to details and so in love with the baby blue color that dominates the hotel. They can fill up the mini bar for additional Rp 25k. The deluxe room we had was 21m2 small but somehow nice enough and comfortable for we just stayed for a night. I love the pillows. Rugs are clean, some do looked aged but clean enough. Breakfast was served a la carte to the tables in the restaurant, except for bread, danish, fresh milk - those are served in a small buffet. Service was excellent. The plus point is the areas was packed with FOs and restaurant - must be nice when the pandemic is over. But as we avoided crowds, we just had meals from the restaurant which were delicious and at affordable prices. Check-in and out were easy, staffs are courteous .. perhaps we will come back. Thanks.

The location is not too busy area, surrounded with government officers and quite a green area and not too noisy. There is Matahari Mall at the back of the hotel and nearby mosque and church. Its is so convenient to jog or morning walk. To go tourist point is easy. The breakfast is varieties and tasteful. The lift a bit congested since during my stay, there were Wedding expo in the hotel hall.

We stayed in room 216, friendly receptionist, along the hallway to the dirty room, lots of dust & spooky The room is dirty, smells of cigarettes, dusty everywhere... there's a lot of trash in the cupboard, lots of empty aqua bottles and dust (how come..., this hotel is really weird...!!!) Dirty toilet, dirty closet, dust, smell..... the sofa is dirty, lots of dirty and dusty spots, the carpet is really dirty, makes the soles of the feet black like playing on the asphalt.. We were only 30 minutes in the room, immediately checked out and moved to another hotel... It's a shame the hotel is in a strategic location, at a price that's not cheap, but it's not maintained.. Very..very disappointing...

The rooms are neat and clean, and the environment is very quiet. The hotel feels like a boutique hotel. The hotel is not far from the railway station, about ten minutes by taxi. The front desk has a good attitude. I arrived at the hotel at 10:30 in the morning. When the double room (I booked the double room) was available, I checked in early.
