It's actually not the first time for my family to stay here but this time we stayed for 2 nights to celebrated my mom's birthday and it was such an amazing experiences. The room, the service, the food, the staff are all wonderful. The check-in process was fast and got great explanation about the hotel's current policies and facilities. The room was great as always. For the breakfast they have lots of type of delicious food. The food in the club lounge were also fantastic (Tahu Walik, bakso, the small cheesecake pie, all the cake and pastries are a well-prepared delectable food with great presentation). Special shout out for the team in the club lounge! The crew in the club lounge are all awesome and really attentive. Got a surprise for my mom from the team and it made her day. Thank you to all of you guys (I didn't catch all their names but mas acep and friends) for creating another memorable experience. We'll be back here again on the next trip to bandung.

Hotel was great and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and i love the bathtub. The only tiny downside is that they provide mineral water in small bottles of 330 ml. Not sure why as it run out very quickly, and also means more plastic bottles consumed😅 Please change to bigger ones

This time I came to Bandung to stay at this hotel. I took the high-speed train from Jakarta to Bandung and booked it on Ctrip. This hotel is very old and the room facilities are relatively poor, far from five-star standards. But the hotel buffet breakfast is really great! The gym on the hotel platform is relatively small, and the swimming pool is relatively small.

I enjoyed the buffet spread of local cuisines, simple but done well, paired with thoughtful sauces. The Caesar salad was awesome, made on the spot with fresh vegetables in a cheese bowl. We stayed at the Executive room with access to the lounge. A great experience, rooms were clean, comfortable and well appointed. Staff at check-in were knowledgeable and professional - a special nod to Satria who went above the call of duty to make sure our stay at Crowne was superb!

I have to say that the accommodation experience here is really good, and the service staff is also very enthusiastic! When you check in, you have to choose what breakfast you want tomorrow, and he will deliver breakfast to your room, so you just tell him what time you want to have breakfast, and they will deliver breakfast at that time to your room The bed in the room is very big and can accommodate four people. Overall worth its price. It is also quite near to the train station Kiaracondong (not train station Bandung) for me to catch up the next day's train without rushing. However for the improvement, my room's water heater does not function at all for hot water, tv station no signal and can't get the wifi signal if you are upstairs' behind room.

I checked the gools reviews and I thought this has a better review than the one I searched before. But honestly I didn't like the rooms. The tables where dirty. It looked like a lot of people finished their cigarettes on the table. The trash can also had an awful smell in a non smoking room. But it was quiet to sleep wasn't so bad.
