Location of the hotel is good. But the staffs are unprofessional and their work ethics are not customer friendly.
The rooms are not maintained as per the standard. Bedsheets and pillow covers had hairs and stains.But housekeeping staff were helpful enough to attend our issues. Lights were not working, issue was resolved after an engineer attended it.
Small and congested washroom to accommodate the balcony I guess.
Breakfast spread was satisfactory, again the staff were not customer friendly. There were no hand sanitizer kept on the tables. There were quite a few guest using the buffet spread with their bare hands.
The lift/ elevator had a very foul smell most of the time.
Overall not a comfortable stay. The only thing premium about this property is the brand name Hilton. It's nowhere close to the Hilton standards I have experienced in past.

It was a very nice stay I and my wife loved this property very much I would give 100/100 for the Double tree Hilton suites it was like a home I also love ever staffs at this fine property because everybody were very kind Sandhya from front desk , Shoban , Suraj , Deepa ***l and Dipon etc Mr saravan who is duty ***ager in the restaurant was very helpful asking me I wanted anything and also got pancakes for childrens and my childrens now want to go to double tree suite for pancakes 😅😅 Shoban from restaurant and Dipon from house keeping are very good workers as well I got the opportunity to stay in your property for 5 days it was very joyful experience best of luck to double tree suite by Hilton good job

Some rooms have nice view of the nearby Forest Good food Excellent live kitchen ………../ Toilets in some rooms are not comfortable Staff are very polite and service oriented None are below expectations Very quite despite huge number of guess Wish to mention some good staff members Sonia , Khageswar, Alok

Had a pleasant stay in hotel. The housekeeping staff is very efficient, specially want to acknowledge house keeping staff "Joy", he maintain the room very well during my stay and was punctual with daily cleaning. Over all Staff is very courteous and receptive. Rooms are clean and well maintained.

Excellent Service by Hridyanshu. He was very polite and even looked out for us when we went to the kid play area, when there was a change in order required, he came and supported us. He is a great person whome we met at Double Tree. We appreciate his service.

The experience was wonderful the condition in which the room was maintained was excellent. Joy did a wonderful job tsking care of all of my requirements and it was overall a wonderful experience. The food in the hotel was really wonderful and the terrace view was also really nice.

Such a pleasurable stay. Really grateful for all the warmth, care and genuine hospitality all through mad my stay really memorable. Special thanks to Chandini, Deepa, Alok, Suraj, Sandhaya, Deepali to name a few, but the entire staff was really helpful. Spreads in the morning were awesome and quality of food was just top class

Great hotel! Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, delicious breakfast. Convenient location. Highly recommend for a pleasant stay. I would like to thank Suraj, Alok, Chandni,Deepa for the hospitality and excellent food. I wish to revisit and enjoy the hospitality
