I booked a panoramic view room. The room was spacious and the bed was reasonably soft, so I was able to sleep comfortably. Above all, the breakfast options were varied and the dosa made on the spot was really delicious. Especially the jacuzzi, sauna, and swimming pool are really the best. Everything was perfect, even the great service from the staff that made me want to visit again next time.

This was my second stay, following last month. This time, my rating has gone down from last time. The reasons are as follows: (1) I booked a Deluxe Queen Room, but the room I was assigned was a Deluxe Twin Room. (2) The smell of disinfectant in the room was terrible (the smell went down considerably after leaving the shower room vent fan running, but the smell still remained). (3) The only towels provided were bath towels and foot towels (there were hand towels when I stayed last month). (4) It may be unavoidable given the time of year, but this time there were mosquitoes in the room, so I was bitten by them while sleeping and couldn't get a good night's sleep. As with last time, what was good was that there was plenty of bottled water and the staff were very friendly. It's good that the accommodation fee is relatively reasonable, but I would like them to at least improve the disinfectant smell and mosquito countermeasures.

The hotel is beautifully kept with attention to detail at every level of service and cleanliness. Staff are super helpful and very friendly willing to accommodate your every need. The architecture design of this building is incredible so gorgeous to see during the day and even more impressive at night. If the outsiders go to travel jw Marriott or oakwood hotel location is better, life is more convenient. It is in the best shopping mall ub city together. It is convenient to eat. Ritz is very good, but the surrounding is not convenient, one kilometer away from ubcity, one person is not safe. It’s hard to find a taxi. The hotel is located in a coffee and pepper plantation. The environment is very quiet and beautiful. Some villa buildings have been built around the central lake. There are 3 restaurants in the hotel, 2 of which are open-air and ventilated on all sides, making it a bit cool at night. Dinner starts at 20:00. There are free guided tours of the plantation at 17:30 every day, and I learned a lot. Unfortunately, there are more mosquitoes after 16:00, and visiting the park at 17:30 gives mosquitoes a good meal. If you visit the park earlier in the morning or afternoon, you can avoid the mosquito problem. The room hardware is okay, but the design of the bathroom and toilet is very unreasonable. You have to go through the shower room to enter the toilet. After taking a shower, water leaked into the toilet floor and it was very slippery. If the shower room and toilet doors are separated side by side, it will be solved. question. Hygiene is okay, the pillow space cotton is relatively cheap and does not match the hotel price level.

This is a small and quaint hotel on one of the busier roads close to the Shivaji Nagar area. The place feels like a cross between a homestay and a hotel. The place is run by a small team some of whom seem to stay there as they seem to be perpetually available. The place can be a great stay so long as one is aware of the limitations and the expectations are tempered accordingly. Their basic room seems to be too small and doesn't have a wardrobe. Other types of rooms are nicely sized but can't be called large and feature open wardrobes. Rooms are well maintained, clean comfortable and keep the sound of the busy street below out. The bed and sheets are clean. The beds are a bit bouncy as they don't seem to have a firm layer on top and one can almost feel the springs underneath when sitting. Sleeping however was not an issue. The bathrooms are also clean and don't feel cramped. They have hot and cold running water 24X7 but the shower water pressure is a bit low. The roof has a small sitout that's great for early morning or late evening teas and also serves as the smoking zone. Food is tasty and the restaurant offers a limited choice but excellent quality and taste at a reasonable price. The breakfast is a set menu and portions look small though the food is rich and filling. The hotel offers complimentary Wi-Fi internet access but the net was down for the duration of our stay. Limitations: Open parking with no valet or door***, which means the vehicle has to be stopped on the road and one needs to contact the reception and then wait for the parking area to be opened. The menu choices are limited and kitchen officially opens at 8 and closes by 11 or so, which means no room service at odd hours. You can order using delivery apps and they are happy to receive the order and provide cutlery and crockery as needed. They provide 1 Bootled water complimentary per room per stay, irrespective of number of guests or days. Additional bottled water is chargeable, though they provide filtered water on request and there are shops right next doors that will sell bottled water at MRP. Service can be a bit slow at times but the staff is friendly and helpful, although firm about their policies. Due to the small staff strength, some public areas like the roof top sitout seem to be cleaned only once per day, which means that if some guest leaves a mess there, it'll probably be cleaned up on the next cycle only. Morning breakfast starts late and it's best to inform in advance if one needs to eat before 8:30. The kitchen opens only after 8 am. Most rooms don't have kettles or tea/coffee packets but they allow guest to carry their own if informed in advance.

I've stayed at this hotel totaling 2 work trips spanning over 3 months combined. To be honest, I would not choose any other hotel in this area for such long stays given that I do care a lot about my comfort. The rooms are well maintained and complimented by the excellent room services available here. The food competes with the international standards, and I was quite satisfied with the a la carte menu. To top it all off, the staff over here are extremely well behaved and will go extends to help you out with any of your needs. To exemplify, when I came in for My stay the full hotel was booked for 2 days within my staying period. The staff was able to ***age and inform me of a cancellation and I didn't have to change hotels or my room. I can't help but mention Shobita, the customer facing individual ***** with Ramya, and Joydeb who ensured all of my needs were met. As I was staying for a prolonged period of time, Shobita ***aged a room upgrade and discounts on food as well. With all that being said, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering staying here in the white field area.

It was a nice place to stay in. The rooms were good. The staff behaviour was very good. They were very helpful. The location of the hotel was good with everything nearby. The place is 24*7 open. As I checked in late in the midnight, but the staff was there to assist.

Stayed at Leela Palace twice, this time is a club room, the price is not cheap, in early 2000. No time to enjoy the afternoon tea and drink at the Lounge Bar. Leela is still so beautiful, every detail is like living in the palace. This time I suddenly found that there was a shopping mall and a salon in Leela downstairs. Surprise~ The next decision is still here~
