Location of the hotel is good. But the staffs are unprofessional and their work ethics are not customer friendly.
The rooms are not maintained as per the standard. Bedsheets and pillow covers had hairs and stains.But housekeeping staff were helpful enough to attend our issues. Lights were not working, issue was resolved after an engineer attended it.
Small and congested washroom to accommodate the balcony I guess.
Breakfast spread was satisfactory, again the staff were not customer friendly. There were no hand sanitizer kept on the tables. There were quite a few guest using the buffet spread with their bare hands.
The lift/ elevator had a very foul smell most of the time.
Overall not a comfortable stay. The only thing premium about this property is the brand name Hilton. It's nowhere close to the Hilton standards I have experienced in past.

The food and service was excellent at this hotel. Thanks very much to Chef shivam kant and Alok for his wonderful service . I look forward to staying at this hotel every time . Very good experience here . I will recommend this hotel for everyone to stay at.

The food is excellent. The chef Lakshmi, Abdul and Sanjay helped a lot... They prepared the food of our choice and the way we wanted even if it was not explicitly mentioned in the menu... Arun the working staff at the reception was also very helpful, hospitable and courteous... The ambience is perfect... very calm and exquisite... perfect for a enjoyable evening... Loved this place... Will keep on visiting again and again...

Excellent service , Friendly Staff.highly recommended .special mention to Arul, Janeesha , Karthick & Saravanan who were very friendly and made our stay very pleasant by handling our custom requests on food 😀.Keep up your good work guys.

Comfortable stay and nyce experience front office staff are really help they help me at checking 🙂 special thanks to babli..and dinner is so good staff of resturant is also very helpful even in busy operations also they helpe.. experience of checking is too good

The dinner buffet was good and the suite was lovely, it was nice stay very pleasant enjoyed a lot ... The room was very nice and very cleaned .. every staffs are very nice and polite.. great hospitalit ............looking forward to coming back soon.......

We came to celebrate my daughter's birthday and have family dinner. Food was amazing, The staff were so nice and helping us with mentioning about special dishes of the day. We do like to mention Arul, who was super host I would say and made our evening memorable. Thanks Double Tree Hilton.

Our three-night stay at Doubletree Suites by Hilton was exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service and amenities. The reservation staff, Siddhata was very attentive and helpful, ensuring a seamless booking. The check-in was smooth, and our room was immaculate and well-appointed. Dining at the hotel’s restaurant was a highlight, with delicious meals and professional, friendly staff. The service and assistance provided by Arul and Janeesha were truly exceptional. The hotel’s facilities, including the pool and gym were excellent. The stay was perfect, and we highly recommend Doubletree for a luxurious and memorable experience.
