Road to guhantaara very narrow and badly maintained. Cleanliness and maintenance of all the games and rides has been ignored. Shilahandara was better in that regard but guhantaara is disappointing when it comes to basic cleanliness. Also as it's inside a cave the directions to get anywhere are not clearly mentioned and older people are not sure where to go for what. Only plus points is the food was very good and the staff was helpful with baggage and requests.

Good place to stay, nice staffs, good food rooms neat ! facilities are kept near - swimmjng pool, rain dance must visit with family.

Stay was average, washrooms was not hygienic and poor ventilation in the area. And while booking it showed 2 activities was free but later mmt didn't showed it anywhere

Location is good, food was average, amenities average and services good. There could have been better quality food and amenities zorbing and bungee was not in operation

Ambience was good room was clean afternoon food was superb night food was worst, sports activities should be upgraded, swimming pool shld be clean regularly,

The stay and food is average. Food items can be increased. And activities are nothing special. Washroom's were not clean. Room was also okay.

You get actual poor feeling which is the scam. Room rates are almost equivalent to 3-4 star but the experience you get is 1-2 star. Won’t recommend anyone for night stay. We had power cut 4 times throughout the night. Property is very poorly maintained. While i understand the idea is to give you the village feel but they have taken it quite literally. Food is also pretty average and activities are also very basic. Doesn’t justify the price. Only good thing is their staff which is decent and well behaved.
