Very comfortable stay at Lilac Hotels. Service by Mr Ali and Mr Basher was good and pleasant! Nice comfortable rooms with all facilities. Their onion pakodam was very yummy and yeh Dil mange more! Prompt and efficient service as we were a wedding party! Thank you Lilac!

The place surprised us with clean comfortable rooms and awesome hospitality. Marshal was very kind and supportive. He was available 24/7 for any assistance. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable peaceful stay.

The cleanliness and ambience is good. The place is in centre of jayanagar which makes it very easy to explore. Overall it was a nice experience

Amazing place to stay at budget prices. Very convinent and centrally located. The staff have been amazing and so dedicated. Abhijit was so helpful to get me the best room available and Ross at the receiption was so helpful to make my trip confortable. Special thanks to Ali from kitchen who ensured that i get the best food and suitable to my taste by coordinating with the kitchen. Thank you team Lilac for the best experience for me !

First off hats off to the staff, these are the best, friendliest staff, I ever encountered, I felt I was treated like a family member and very much home. Rooms very great with excellent beds, pillows and linen. The a/c worked great in the sweltering Bangalore heat wave. Wi-Fi worked very well. The following people need a shout out, and my profound thanks to them, they made my stay very comfortable. The front desk Thimanna and Marshall, with a helping hand from Mr. SRK himself ;), were always there for the guest with a friendly smile. The dining staff were great with Mr Vinod making me delicious omelettes and dosas, the breakfast was excellent with great South Indian delicacies like idly, upma and continental faire. Ali in the evening and Ashok in the morning were always tending to my needs. Special thanks to these two. Housekeeping, Aslam was great he was methodical and did an amazing job cleaning and replenishing the room with coffee, tea, water and fresh towels. Aslam rocks. Finally Mr Abhijit I was always greeted morning, enquiring if there is anything, they can do to make it better. Overall, I am very pleased with Lilac, its been my home away from home and it is my second visit. I will return next year. A friendly note: please don't prepay with *******, one will have trouble with modifications to the itinerary, post check-in.

I m not a kind of review making person but really upset with Lilac hotel Bangalore, jayanagar, 7 th cross near cloudnine hospital road. Hotel is charging above 4 K a decent amount of money like a five start hotel price but services provided by them is like motels. I amazed to see hotel serve tab water in rooms for drinking. These days some of hotel below 2 k are able to serve packaged water inside the room. Lifts are not working same they will inform u at the time of checking and completing their responsibility. Beds are not comfortable at all its tilt from one side if u r sleeping in one corner u can't have a sound sleep. Laundry charged by kg without any information just they put a big bill. Room service never don't clearance I stop calling them. Breakfast having very limited spread and most of the day was same. On the top of that insects are found inside the room. Was on a business trip have to stay 5 days here and then after moving to goa all time running behind meeting doctor and medicine.

The service was really great. Housekeeping Mr Ali and Mr ashok were of great help suggested us good food and their way of talking was really good. It felt warm and welcoming. Hotel’s atmosphere and other service were also good. Thank you for such a great time

Experience is excellent, Room nice, Food perfect Service sehr gut,Ali was a good help in helping me to choose the food for me a German Location is nice. Rooms are cleaned and Specious. Chefs are good making delicious food. Than you Team Lilac

I have stayed at Lilac Hotel , 3rd block twice now and have thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Ali has been fantastic to myself and friends and hats off to the chef for always cooking delicious meals. The housekeeping staff are also very helpful and efficient. Thank you for making us feel very welcomed to Bangalore.
