I happy n satisfied from hotel. Specially Mr. Vijay gym coach has lots of knowledgeable person. He too good in his profession. Aarti , smrity and pratham were very helpful . I recommend this property to everyone. .........................

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience. The staff, especially Aarti, were very friendly and provided comfortable accommodations. I requested to change rooms and the staff promptly arranged for another room.!!!!!

I am very satisfied with your services. Special thanks to Aarti for solving my Wi-Fi connectivity issue. All other staff members of the hotel are also very helpful and supportive. I personally suggest to stay in this hotel if you are looking for a stay near UB City

We been for a formal lunch and some of the customers were too loud to be controlled so requested the restaurant ***ager Tamal to speak to them and ask to reduce a little loudness.. which he tried but they were insanely bad . I was also told that they are regular customers . That made me think was in India or in Japan . As we were treated like we are still ruled by British er time by our own people and foreigners . Pls be aware if they have house guest as you will be treated as third country citizen !

It was a good experience in the hotel and the room was well cleaned and the staff were very helpful and responsive towards our queries and one of their staff miss aarthi was very informative and all the essential amenities were provided by the hotel.
