The rooms was not only unclean, but also the hotel in general is not a good pick. Old and dirty rooms, with poor front desk support. Seems like a business going downhill

"I had an exceptional first night at Hotel Royal Orchid! The luxurious ambiance, impeccable service, and attention to detail truly made my stay memorable. The staff's warmth and hospitality added a personal touch, and the room's comfort exceeded my expectations. Looking forward to the rest of my stay!" Very centrally located and hotel has lots of greenery, centrally located, walking distance from Trinity metro station and Shoppi g at 1 MG mall, Restaurant is equipped with good view and good is amazing, roo.s are clean and spacious, will come again soon

Greatt house keeping service. Mr Pappu Kumar Das has been a great help in every little thing I needed. Kudos to him and the the staff.

I was there in Bangalore for a work related event, but my stay at the hotel was so relaxing that it felt more like a solo vacation I wasn't expecting to have. The facilities are too notch, the staff is very helpful and the location is convenient, close to ***y of Bangalore must-see haunts. I absolutely loved my time there and hope to be back again when the opportunity presents itself.

Very good housekeeping Especially appreciate Amit for the wonderful work. Good staff at reception Food was good Amazing break fast Close to metro station which aids in easy transportation Beds and pillows were comfortable Overall a very good experience and will stay here the next time

My stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. Over the course of three days, I had to switch rooms three times due to multiple issues. The first room lacked functioning AC, which made for an uncomfortable night. Despite attempts to fix it, including the efforts of ten staff members for an hour, the issue persisted. Eventually, I was moved to a different room. However, in the next room, there was suddenly no water in the washbasin, prompting yet another room change. Overall, the experience was frustrating and did not meet my expectations for a comfortable stay.

Very delicious food good hospitality by pinky singh was awesome she had a smiling face and treated us specially for our anniversary ✋good location very smartly placed in central Bangalore helpful staff good experience in the rooftop excellent selection of food and beverage
