Area of the hotel is pleasant,Food is also good.Rooms are excellent and staffs were are also cooperative.

There is no luxury in this hotel though it’s mentioned. Had a one night stay here for business.. good only for one night stay and not more. The food bill is just on some plain paper coz they operate separately. Hot water not working in the morning only to realise someone switched off the mains for it. No toiletries provided except for one bar of soap. Hand towels not provided. Fan was making noise on low speed. Breakfast was limited to only one dish.. asked for omelette & they provide using one egg only per person. Dinner they ask based on a pre-set menu and they ask to choose from it. The only good thing is it’s located at a very quiet place. Very calm & peaceful

Very good hospitality, nice rooms , good service, clean bath rooms and kind staff. Nice ambience, very less polluted area. No traffic sounds near it. It's near by ulsoor lake and you can go for a walk in evening or morning.

3 star rating due to the service provided by them.what was promised we received accordingly. I booked the room for ground floor .it was nice .one of staff at night smoking, drinking, chatting in loud voices, that was highly disturbing. Please

Was given complimentary breakfast at the time of check in. Had a very corporate environment at this place. Did not experience any problems with staff, cleanliness, And even the washroom have been renovated as informed by the front office.the renovation work was done clearly. And even the staff at the place were quick with delivering room service Draft

I stayed at this hotel recently and the service was awesome. After a very long time I have found a hotel that values the customer. The people are friendly and ever willing to help you with information or anything you wish. The location of the hotel is also great. The hotel is very clean. The inhouse food is good. I will be doing a tie up with this hotel for my staff to stay soon.

We stayed in this hotel for a few nights ***** with my family and had a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to solve any problems. Very family-friendly, will recommend it to anyone who is visiting this city to stay in this hotel. Though breakfast had limited options, overall it was satisfying.
