The hotel was clean and tidy. Location it just perfect. It's 2 minutes walk to metro. The surrounding area is clean and tidy. The staff was very friendly and helpful

Nobody to check us in, nobody to clean the room, nobody at-check out, breakfast brought from outside.

pathetic service, no room service , no food, they don’t have kitchen so you will not get any room services , you need to go outside even for cup of tea …,,

1. A person was not available at the reception. A simple water bottle was not given for each day. The water heater was very slow and could hardly get hot water in the shower. The tv/ac were non working.

It's a hotel cum convention hall. Service is not good. Limited breakfast.
