"As a five-star hotel, my stay was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend it for families with children, as there were numerous issues: ① The service was severely lacking. During check-in, the front desk repeatedly confirmed my license plate number at least five times, yet I was still charged for parking upon exiting. The next day, when leaving, the parking fee popped up again. I had to call staff to re-enter the license plate, causing a delay of over ten minutes while I waited in line. This was a terrible experience. ② The room had a severe mosquito problem. There were many mosquitoes at night, and my child couldn't sleep well the entire night. They were bitten over a dozen times, their hand was swollen, and they cried from the itching, which severely affected our rest. ③ There were multiple instances of deceptive pricing. The room had many chargeable drinks and a small donkey plush toy. My child mistakenly thought it was a free gift, and only upon closer inspection did I find hidden price tags. There were many such hidden charges, making it easy to be misled into paying. ④ Some staff members were quite cold towards children, showing impatience when addressing their requests. The service experience was poor. ⑤ During breakfast, flies were flying around, and the hygiene of the dining area was concerning. ⑥ Most unbelievably, upon checking out, I left a bag in the room. When I returned to retrieve it and got back to the car, I found that two bottles of water were missing from the bag. I have to wonder if the housekeeping staff has a habit of going through guests' private belongings? Overall, the experience in all aspects was disappointing, especially for families with children. I will not be returning."

The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, and they even helped us find parking upon arrival. The room was spotlessly clean, with no dust in the corners, and the bedding was dry and fluffy. The room was reliably soundproofed, so we could work during the day and rest undisturbed at night. The front desk had all the necessary amenities. There are convenience stores and restaurants downstairs, making it convenient for travel and a great place to stay for business trips."

"The hotel is located in a remote area, next to an office building. The underground parking facilities are quite chaotic, and the parking lines are drawn to guide vehicles to park in 3 rows. If you park in the middle, don't even think about getting out. The room I stayed in was very cold, and it was useless to turn the air conditioner to 35℃, which was even colder than the corridor. I didn't see the fruit plate that Ctrip 1 point can redeem, even a tomato would be fine. The most important thing to complain about is that there is no toilet paper in the bathroom!!! I found it after using the toilet, which was extremely embarrassing! The whole hotel feels like the owner opened it arbitrarily because there are many empty houses."

It’s understandable that you can only come in and out once during holidays, so you can have a better experience. A richer breakfast would be better."

When checking out, they proactively asked if we had a car and provided a parking voucher. There are street food stalls and the famous 'Miao Tan Roasted Fish' (a local internet-famous restaurant) not far away. The environment was very quiet. I'll definitely come again!"

"This hotel is absolutely amazing! Having stayed in so many hotels during my business trips, this one truly surprised and delighted me. First, the service at the door was incredibly warm and attentive, which genuinely touched me. They helped with my luggage and even escorted it to my room. This thoughtful service made me feel right at home. The card access was a delightful surprise. Standing by the floor-to-ceiling windows or lying on the tatami, I could not only enjoy the breathtaking views of East Lake but also witness the vibrant colors of Baoding's neon lights at night. Words like "elegant and leisurely" are insufficient to describe its beauty. The room size was exactly what I wanted, and the bathroom design was perfect. Even while showering, the water didn't splash everywhere, showing the considerable effort put into its design. The showerhead had a strong water flow, and the toiletries were individually bottled with a naturally pleasant fragrance. The mattress was so comfortable that it reminded me of a seven-character quatrain: "A mattress as soft as cotton, soothing and sweet for sleep. Even amidst the myriad affairs of the world, let tranquility remain before the bed." I have a hard time falling asleep, but this bed has given me a wonderful sleep, and I woke up feeling completely happy. Next time I'm in Baoding, this will definitely be my first choice."
