"The hotel lobby offers direct views of Qixianling (Seven Fairies Mountain), and the air is incredibly fresh with a super high concentration of negative ions. I brought my parents here for a hot spring getaway. The 98-square-meter room type includes a private hot spring in the yard. We stayed for two days and it was exceptionally comfortable. Driving out for meals was also convenient. The entire hotel is nestled within a tropical rainforest. Highly recommend!"

The location is better than you can imagine, situated in the very heart of the county, with a bustling square right outside the door, making it extremely convenient for shopping or leisurely strolls. Upon entering the hotel, you're greeted with warm and attentive service; the staff are always smiling, and every detail is handled perfectly. The room is clean and comfortable, the bed is soft, and lying down feels like relieving all fatigue. The facilities are complete and brand new, making you feel meticulously cared for. From the environment to the service, from the hardware to the software, everything is satisfactory. Such an excellent hotel deserves five stars!"

"The room they showed us was clean but the one they gave us claiming its better, was moldy. The light in the balcony was broken so they gave us a flashlight instead. There's a big TV in the room but you can't use it because it doesn't connect to anything. The hot water just stopped so we had to wait for quite a while before they fixed it, and when they did, it was filled with some white residue. But the worse part was waking up in the morning to find my car covered in ants. After 3 hours drive and 2 car washes, the ants are still there. Im giving 2 stars to the service, only because they offered to upgrade our room... after 2 hours of people walking in and trying to fix things ... which we refused because it was too late. Most of the breakfast (which wasn't much) looked like leftovers."

"This facility was originally built as a residential unit. The rooms are in fact apartments. Quite oldish design but very well maintained and very clean. Be aware though that the kitchen has a refrigerator and kettle but there is no microwave and the stove can’t be used as there is no gas supply. So forget about cooking. There is also no restaurant so meals have to be taken outside including breakfast."

"A Fading Five-Star Hotel This hotel, once built to top-tier five-star standards by a state-owned enterprise in Hainan, now presents a strikingly contradictory picture. On one hand, the in-room facilities are all high-end imported brands. The living experience is on par with a JW Marriott, offering incredibly good value for money. On the other hand, its exterior facilities are rather indescribable. The pool, hot springs, and the surrounding scenery all have a distinctly vintage feel, hinting at its past glory. This likely explains its current price point. Since I don't use hot springs and only needed a place to stay for one night, it was acceptable for me. Gazing at Qixianling in the distance, perhaps this hotel perfectly illustrates the changes of time. 'Gold on the inside, rags on the outside' best describes it, what a shame. Note: The indoor photos show the room after a complimentary upgrade."

Warning signs were everywhere, explaining the consequences of damaging anything and the fines. In short, this hotel's facilities and environment were acceptable for its price, but the service made me never want to stay again."

"We stayed here with our family, including elderly relatives and children, during the off-peak season. We had stunning views of Qixianling (Seven Immortals Mountain) from both the lobby and our rooms. The private hot spring bath was wonderfully relaxing, and they also have a swimming pool and a children's playground. Due to the lower occupancy during the off-season, breakfast was served à la carte instead of buffet, which was still quite good. Overall, it offered excellent value for money."

There are plenty of dining options nearby, and there's a swimming pool downstairs where the kids had a blast. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the communication was excellent! A big thank you to the breakfast lady. I forgot to pick up my lunch bag after dinner, and she was on her way to get it. The environment was very clean, the view was great, the room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable! I'll definitely choose Vienna again next time!"
