"This place provides excellent service expected from a 4-star hotel. All was satisfactory except one thing: the staff didn't recognize Chinese passport as valid ID for Chinese citizens, which is absurd. Fortunately, after contacting the local police they eventually accepted Chinese passport for ID verification."

"衞生還行，設施一般，該有的都有，就是比較舊了。總體是新農村的感覺，村裡有養牛不可避免地會聞到牛屎味。 值得一提的是風景真的很好，這裡是離高黎貢山最近的村莊，老闆家出門就有一個觀景平台，拍遠處的山和雲很方便，特別出片。 老闆很熱情，缺什麼有什麼事兒都可以問老闆，吃飯都是在老闆家裡吃的，可以點菜，價格也很合適的。下山的車也是老闆幫忙叫的拼車。 老闆家自己做的芒果乾很值得一嘗，我吃着好吃，買了一堆寄給親朋好友。"

"賓館環境、設施、服務、衞生一流，周邊有小吃、宵夜、廣場、葯房，出行就餐很便利，一樓有自帶的餐廳和咖啡酒吧，因為到的晚，所以沒體驗手沖咖啡，第二天趕上了早餐，樣子不多，但是味道很好。個人認為最好的是深度睡眠的床墊，從北京一路火車到重慶、四川、貴州，再到保山，連續趕路辦事，始終沒找到能讓自己休息好的地方，直到這裏。環境安靜，床墊舒服，難得一下子睡了九個小時，消除了一身的疲憊。退房時間為兩點，留足了離開準備時間。離客運站一公里左右的路途，要是東西多的話走路稍微遠點，如果輕裝，走過去也就15分鐘，還算方便"

We stayed for 3 nights and it was well worth the splurge. Environment was nice and quiet and was a great escape from our usual city life and from the usual China crowds. The room was clean, big and comfortable. We really enjoyed soaking in our personal room hot spring at the balcony overlooking the city. Service was impeccable with the husband and wife duo helping us to arrange everything from collection of our taobao orders to arranging for a driver and helping to plan an itinerary that was suitable for my old folks. We received a warm welcome with tea and tidbits every time we return back to the hotel. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a brief respite from your usual fast paced life.

出行在網上選的民宿，增添了我旅途的快樂。老闆很熱情提前聯繫我發了很多遊玩攻略包接送，畫了地圖給我們，家裡養了5隻貓咪，拙雅還被邀請進了我們房間，錢多多也脾氣温順翻肚皮給摸摸。每天晚上都有老闆運回來的硫磺温泉水泡澡，民宿環境也非常棒，能感受到慢下來的愜意，晚上回來電熱毯都被提前打開了，衞生整體來説也已經很不錯了。我們飛機很早，老闆送機還準備了牛奶麪包水果帶給我們，還有拙雅的貓貓玩偶，總之住在和順古鎮的這個區域住在這裡是一次很不錯的選擇和旅行體驗

雲漫山庭温泉酒店位於和順古鎮內，老闆很貼心周到，到客運站來接我們。酒店裝修風格有特點，共有兩層十來間房，整體感覺簡約温馨，房間裏明亮整潔，有個小院子還有一個大露台，上面有晾衣架，邊邊角角種滿了各種各樣的多肉，很是好看。店裡小哥哥很熱情周到，為我們送歡迎水果、咖啡，還耐心的給我們講解了古鎮遊玩路線等，告誡靠邊行小心來往車輛。最絕的是他家客房私湯，在外面陽台上，泡湯時木有悶熱感覺。早餐有包子、玫瑰破皮酥，雞蛋，粥、豆漿、牛奶，玉米紅薯，蔬菜，米線餌絲是不可缺少的，味道也不錯。整體感覺很好，服務人員都熱情大方，應答及時，退房小哥哥還專門把我們送到車站，雲漫山庭温泉酒店值得推薦！

Super clean and spacious with high ceiling height! Just opened recently so everything is new. There is also a cafe at the ground floor with books which is super chill for spending an afternoon with. Alternatively, I had a great tea time at the balcony with sun bathing. Washing machine is also available for use which is a big plus for me. The owner is super friendly as well, had a nice long chat with him about his travel experiences in various countries. Spent only 1 night here is a bit short, will definitely come back next time with friends~

這趟古鎮之旅的滿分體驗，全靠這家帶私湯的民宿撐住了！位置絕好，步行幾分鐘就到古鎮核心區，鬧中取靜。房間衞生堪稱極致，地板光腳踩都清爽，衞生間乾濕分離，連角落都一塵不然。重點誇誇私湯泡池——水質清澈，是正宗的地下温泉水，讓人住得特別安心。泡池邊的綠植細節拉滿，晚上泡着湯看電視，還可以去三樓露台俯瞰整個古鎮，幸福感直接爆棚。早餐是現做的和順特色，管家還會推薦小眾遊玩路線，比住酒店貼心百倍。

這次很幸運選了無釋這家民宿，離古鎮的中心很近，鬧鐘取靜，白天晚上出去黃古鎮或者遲東西，非常方便。民宿的設計非常的有品位，有很大一片中庭，各個擺件都恰到好處。民宿的乾淨程度真的要好好誇獎，一塵不染，特意去廚房看一下，也是超級乾淨。後面還有一片很有設計感的花園，裏面有衹叫米亞的小貓咪超級乖，看到人，喵喵不停，翻肚皮求摸摸。必須表揚一下他家的早餐，早餐的米線真的超級好吃，雙人下午茶也非常豐盛。

The resort is new so location was not yet too familiar. But the property messaged us on hoe to find the exact location. There is butler service that we availed. Service was excellent. Managed by young people who are attentive to our needs. We booked a 2 bedroom French-inspired suite. Impressed with the interior and the room design. Loved the heated floors at night. There is a beautiful electric fire place inside the room. The living room is very inviting and generous. There is a private bath per room with private hot spring connected to the tub. Bed and linens were comfortable. Breakfast was alacarte but sufficient and delicious. Offering local healthy produce and food. They also offer Spa services which we didn’t have the time to avail.

Our vacation was brilliant and this hotel definitely played a part in that. Staff is super friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Location of the hotel is great. The cafe at the hotel has brilliant coffee and food.
