"We are from Canada and this is our second time staying here. We were here last year with our elderly father in law and we very much enjoyed our stay so we decided to stay here again on the Executive Suite level. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We enjoy the daily breakfast and then the included tea time, dinner and laundry service package which is fabulous and all for an unbeatable price! They even replace a button on your shirt if needed when they do your laundry! The heated multi-functional toilet is nice. Communication is not an issue as some staff speak English or we use our translator app with no issues at all. Amazing service! We quite enjoy the Gladden Hotel."

"Choosing this hotel was a spontaneous decision, but it ended up being a delightful surprise. It even made me decide to extend my stay at 3 a.m., and I convinced my friend, who had already booked another hotel, to switch to this one. We arrived in Jiangmen at 12:30 a.m. and found that this was a brand-new hotel. There were ample parking spaces in the two underground garage levels. The entire staff, including Jason, Bella, Susie, William, Coco, and others, provided us with a very welcoming service, truly making guests feel at home. The lobby had a welcome spread of fruits and drinks, and it was clean and bright. The room layout was well thought out, spacious, and tidy. The hotel amenities were eco-friendly without compromising on luxury. The breakfast was nutritious and delicious, even making someone like me who doesn't usually eat breakfast have quite a bit. The staff were warm, sincere, and genuinely listened to guest feedback. Both my family and friends agree that this team has greatly increased our affection for the Poltton brand. Jiangmen is traditionally known as a home for overseas Chinese, and many come back to visit their families. I must say, the hotel's family-style service model was refreshing and made a great impression. I've already recommended it to many of my overseas relatives and friends. I sincerely wish you to keep your original intentions and continue to improve. As a solo traveler, I was looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay, and this hotel exceeded all my expectations. The hotel is perfectly situated in a quiet yet accessible area. It’s just a 10-minute drive to the charming old town, where I spent hours exploring nostalgic spots, and the same distance to a modern shopping mall for some retail therapy. Whether you’re into history or shopping, the location is ideal. The staff here truly made my stay special. They were not only warm and welcoming but also went above and beyond to recommend great local places to visit. Their insider tips helped me discover hidden gems I wouldn’t have found on my own. It felt like having a personal guide! Cleanliness is clearly a top priority here—my room was immaculate. The bedding deserves a special shoutout: the mattress was incredibly comfortable, the linens were crisp and high-quality, and the pillows felt like clouds. I slept like a baby every night, which is rare when traveling! The amenities at this hotel are incredible, especially considering the price. The common area had a washer, dryer, and steamer, which made packing light and staying fresh a breeze. The in-room elliptical machine was a fantastic touch, allowing me to keep up with my fitness routine without leaving my room. It truly felt like a home away from home. The area around the hotel is peaceful and serene, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Despite being so quiet, it’s incredibly convenient to get around, whether by car or public transport. All of these for under $50 a night?! I couldn’t believe how reasonable the price was for such high-quality accommodations. It’s rare to find a place that offers so much at such an affordable rate. "開盲盒入住了一家不錯的酒店，服務非常棒，外賣可以機械人直接送上來，每次打電話送需要的物品都能快速響應。整個房間是原木設計的風格，簡約舒適，靠坐在飄窗陽光照進來有種歲月靜好的感覺，但是空調機吹風很吵，晚上沒睡好，第二天已經跟管家説了希望後面改進。樓上的露天電影因為特殊情況沒法對外使用有點可惜，看圖感覺氛圍很好。"

"酒店很不錯，非常設施設備非常新，智能馬桶很贊。六樓的音樂吧環境很棒，下午茶出品很好，孩子玩得很開心。但是由於開業不久，接待能力有待提高，公共温泉區域水温不夠，浴巾不夠，這個有待改進。早餐西式自助餐，接待能力不足，導致沒位置，食物添加不足，不過後麪強烈反映後酒店處理還是很積極，希望這些不足能改善。性價比還是很高的，值得推薦。"
