"This is a very nice hotel, great location, good rooms and excellent, helpful staff. But the hotel gets bad marks in two areas. First, the food was generally very good but the Western breakfast buffet choices were nearly always cold. I tried three days in a row to get poached eggs that were not hard boiled. On the third day I got what I wanted but even then the eggs were stone cold. The second issue was the the lack of necessary security staff. The lobby bar was nice and had a young woman playing guitar in the evenings but on our second evening 4 drunks were drinking, shouting and smoking and refused to stop when the hotel staff intervened. After this things escalated and instead of having hotel security throw them out the drunks started harassing us and it got ugly so we left for our room. The hotel called our room to apologize but it was not equipped to deal with this situation and needs to have better control over their public areas. A lesson to be learned. I will be sending a separate letter to Accor management giving full details of this unfortunate event."

"Our stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful! The management team went above and beyond to assist us with our ticket troubles, promptly making calls and arranging everything for us. The room itself was impeccably clean and filled with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It was the perfect accommodation for families with children, as our little ones thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool and hot springs area. Needless to say, we will definitely be returning for another visit in the future."

"雲南省紅河州彌勒市的巨人雅閣酒店，位於市中心繁華地段，酒店高聳入雲，實為該市地標性建築。酒店距離彌勒站（高鐵站）約10公里，開車僅需十餘分鐘；市內交通便利，出租車、網約車幾分鐘即到，東風韻藝術小鎮、錦屏山風景區（全國最大的彌勒佛）、湖泉生態園、可邑小鎮、太平湖森林公園、紅河水鄉等，景色十分優美；坐高鐵去普者黑30 分鐘、到蒙自60分鐘。我們夫妻二人近年多次來雲南旅遊，遊覽過六州四市，彌勒首次到訪，不虛此行！ 酒店前台服務人員熱情周到，客房需要蕎麥枕，立即送到房間；電視操作不好，馬上來人指導；房間寬大舒適，歡迎水果、茶葉咖啡、礦泉水等，應有盡有。酒店的早餐，十分豐富，鹵雞米線美味可口，雲南水果，味美香甜。大堂同時備有咖啡、茶水、開水，鮮有所見。距離酒店200米的錦綉花街，白天是花市，晚上是大排檔夜市，數十家燒烤、炒飯、米線等，味美價廉。 感謝酒店各位服務人員，下次再來彌勒，期待再次入住巨人雅閣酒店！"

"彌勒東方韻小鎮上的合緣雅居真正不錯，其硬軟件都夠的上4鑽水準，住着很舒服。民宿老闆服務到位，客人有求必應盡力滿足，我們長者需要交通幫助，老闆親自接送高鐵站。民宿的早餐同樣很豐富，除了通常的品種，還有當地的特色“鹵雞米線”“酥肉米線”，都非常好吃。下次再來彌勒還住他家，亦特推薦給眾多遊客。另外，民宿到東方韻景區走路也近的很，非常方便。"

"The place is great but the restaurant is to small for the amount of people they let in . There is only one coffe machine and the food for breakfast is good but not excellent . The charging stations some of them don't work . The place is beautiful and the wood houses are beautiful . So when it comes to primary things the place is great , but the secondary things are not that good . I would give it this place 9 points out of ten ."

"For the Dongfengyun Scenic Area tour, I booked the Dongfengyun Niuduoluo Music Farmhouse in Dongfengyun. If you want to feel the quiet night when all the travelers have left and the quiet and peaceful appearance of Dongfengyun in the early morning, stay here. The hotel's garden, guest rooms, music hall, and breakfast are all as good as any other hotel. I would also like to thank the owner for upgrading the room."
