"One day I forgot my bag in my hotel room and left without it. One employee (邓敏）took time out of their day to assist me in getting my bag back. After a couple of days, I got everything back . The customer service here is amazing! Another thing is the room I stayed at was very clean and everything worked fine. The buffet here too was amazing, a lot of options and variety. Would recommend this hotel."

"一家人開着車出來旅遊，從黃果樹瀑布往湖南開，中間在這家酒店休息，攜程評論都很好，離高速路口又近，所以選擇了這家店，我也不知道好評是怎麼來的，老闆真的該好好管一下你們前台的服務人員，風塵僕僕的來，我們想着先去吃飯在住宿，專門跑上樓問前台的工作人員這裏附近哪裡有吃飯的地方，前台愛搭不理的説不知道，你不是本地人嗎？即便你不是本地人不知道也可以建議我們點外賣或是啥都可以，那個態度我簡直了，住了這麼多酒店，人家都是很熱情的解決我們的問題，就這家酒店，真的是砸老闆的招牌，我一般不給人家差評的，做生意口碑很重要，但是這次真是把我氣壞了！"

UUgyen ZangmoI had an incredible stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the kind and handsome staff greeted us warmly, helped with our luggage, and even upgraded us to a beautiful, spacious room with stunning views. He also surprised us with some snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, especially the egg dish😊, I’d love to know the recipe if the owner sees this review!😂 On the second day, when we were preparing to climb Mount Fanjing Shan, the staff went above and beyond by providing us with gloves and a raincoat, as well as offering us a lift. Their generosity and attention to detail truly made our trip so much more comfortable. We had such a great time and are so grateful for the hospitality. I highly recommend staying here. P.S. A big thank you to the handsome staff member who made our stay so special and memorable!

MMisafir KullanıcıWe stayed 2 nights at the location because we wanted to visit Fanjing Mountain. It is very close to the entrance (5 minute drive). The accommodation itself is beautiful. The owner and his wife have designed it themselves and did a spectacular job! Nice view, great decoration and a swimming pool. The family have a great hospitality. We could even join them with diner! Highly recommend to stay here.

MMisafir KullanıcıThis was the best service we received in China so far. We booked the hotel quite last moment after contacting the owner, because they were extremely helpful securing for us the Fanjingshan tickets offline (because online tickets were sold out). Then they prepared breakfast and snacks for us before climbing the mountain. It is only a bit over a kilometer from the scenic area entrance. Our concierge Xiao Wu and his hospitality was beyond anything we ever experieneced in any hotel, he helped us organize a transportation, helped with translating, recommended the best restaurants in the area and even handled discounts for us. When it comes to the hotel itself - beautiful smaller place but with lot of rooms. The pool is nice relaxing treat after hard walking the main attraction in the area. Always clean and well organized. The only thing we did not understand was that big rooms had only one double bad, and room with two double beds was comparatively smaller.. I wish more international tourists would visit this area and this hotel in particular, the staff would appreciate practicing some English.. :-)

MMisafir KullanıcıLovely stay at this BnB. Friendly hosts, spacious rooms with beautiful views. The BnB is located in the rural foothills in the Fanjing mountain region. Far more serene and scenic than the main tourist area. The rooms look out directly to the working fields and the surround hills. We had a lovely time. Only thing to note is that the BnB is a bit away (15min by car) from Fanjing East gate, and there’s a cost for transport to Fanjing East gate entry.

MMage KThe guesthouse is conveniently located within walking distance to Zhaisha Dong minority village and Dajinfo Temple with a large gold Maitreya statue. The east gate of Fanjing mountain is only a few kilometers away. The building has nice custom interior design, very zen like, and its own river access which is nice to see and hear. Breakfast included and smart toilets. The Buddhist owner is very nice and helpful. He may even have tea with you if he has time.

BBadTakoNice hotel very close to the fanjingshan gates — you just walk in there. It has nice nature-view rooms, decent restaurant, well-maintained territory. However, to me there's not much else to do there other than go to Fanjingshan. For this particular purpose the hotel is perfect and super nice, but I wont come there just to stay (but its more about me, this is the case with most hotels for me)

DDaniela KisiThe location is great, right next to the park entrance! The hotel is beautiful and so is the room. The service was great! We had our room upgraded free of charge to a better and more beautiful room with a projector. We loved watching a movie on it. She also helped us with our transport to our following destination and let us store our luggage for the day. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

TTianjingruoshui～juanjuan原計劃住一宿登完梵凈山就去別的地方了，可這家民宿太好了以至於我們哪都沒去，就踏踏實實在這兒住下了！先説環境：竹山環抱、鳥鳴聲聲、清幽雅緻、禪意重重。真不愧為康養基地👍我的鼻炎在這兒都沒犯！房型很多，我們住的房間是下廳上卧的閣樓式，而且還有廚房哦，這裏真的很適合常住！再説人文吧：天南海北我也去了很多地方，可這裏的每一個人都特別樸實熱情，民宿的老闆、前台的小妹、做飯的阿姨、開車的司機…遇到的所有的人都讓我很温暖！ 總之，這家民宿性價比很高，值得👍 做飯阿姨的米粉做的太好吃了👍 還有個重點哦：很幸運結緣了這裏禪修療愈的法煜老師，真正的修行人，短短几天的接觸卻得到了身心靈的凈化和提升！ 最後辭行之際，鼻子都是酸酸的😭 這裏很好，以後還來！
