I had a very comfortable stay at Banyan Tree Zhuhai Phoenix Bay, and I must praise the front desk service. The staff were patient, gentle and friendly during check-in. They answered all my questions carefully and introduced the hotel facilities and nearby attractions voluntarily. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room and sea view were great, and the environment was quiet and relaxing. The thoughtful service from the front desk left a very good impression. I would definitely choose to stay here again when I come to Zhuhai.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is impeccably clean, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Serena and Jennet provided exceptional hospitality—they were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. To our delight, they even upgraded us to a nicer room, which truly enhanced our experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

毋庸置疑，如此得天獨厚的天然環境，阿麗拉東澳島絕對是酒店控不能錯過的一站。 這是我第一次選擇阿麗拉，不過可以肯定的是，這是我見過最喜歡的酒店大堂，當山嶽、星辰、大海，一一呈現在眼前的時候，感覺整個人都寬厚、平靜了下來。 硬件方面，入住尊享套房，景緻很好，但房間私密性一般，可能是考慮到海景景觀的緣故，客房樓呈兩列平行，在陽台休憩，對面客房的走道是一目瞭然的；如果不拉窗簾，躺在床上透過睡房的大玻璃也能看到對面樓的走道…另外，房間洗臉池的下水不太通暢，卸粧洗臉的功夫，水已經積起來了，這麼新的酒店着實不應該；然後房間的台式感應化粧鏡在入住最後一天就沒電了，看了一下又是A*品牌，曾經在其他酒店也遇到過，不過那次是一開始就沒電了的… 從酒店的位置、環境和設計來看，的確當得起國內100奢華之一；從軟件、服務角度來看，離奢華還有一點距離。 服務中規中矩，但稱不上週到精緻。到達東澳島乘坐接駁車抵店後，面對一車客人，兩位工作人員check-in顯得比較侷促，幸好效率還挺高，沒有等太久，一旁工作人員也及時送上了茶水；隨後工作人員一路伴隨，送到房間，同時也對酒店和房間作了簡要介紹。 衹是剛安頓下來就看到床邊櫃上的沒有打掃乾淨的頭髮。的確在客房的打掃和整理方面，還是有一些提升空間的。比如不像其他酒店那樣，工作人員會把我自帶的洗漱用品擺放整齊，而是任其散亂放置；打掃完成後房間拖鞋的擺放也是隨意交疊。 入住五天，連續三天送的客房水果都是金桔，而且還都是不小的一盤，我是真有點無奈，終於第三天客房送餐的小哥注意到了桌子上滿是金桔，表示了歉意並幫我換上了一盤青提。 令人喜歡的是每天開夜床都有糖水贈送，銀耳羹、陳皮紅豆湯、桂花馬蹄羹，味道可口，頗為暖心；同時房間的精油電薰也令人心情愉悦，讓我對電薰爐產生了興趣，打算回家也買一個試試～ 入住期間，管家Brian能夠及時迴應和提供幫助，我非常喜歡房間minibar的英德紅茶，向管家提出後，很大方地幫我添了好幾包；不過説到minibar，如果能多點堅果薯片之類的零食就好了，唯一的兩塊包裝點心都是含起酥油的，希望酒店能在這些細節上多一點關注。 酒店附近並沒有餐飲選擇，吃飯都是在酒店的兩個餐廳解決。對於我這個不愛海鮮的人來説，選擇就更有限了。兩個餐廳的服務都很熱情，但我自己偏愛海鹽一點，海堂的用餐環境略擁擠，不巧的是還碰上了手機視頻外放的客人，讓用餐體驗變得很不愉悦。海鹽的工作人員也很細心，會記得我的忌口。推薦一下蘿蔔牛腩煲，非常美味。在海鹽用晚餐的同時，海景與夕陽相伴，美哉！ 早餐是點單式，粥點味道不錯，很喜歡南瓜粥，衹是品類選擇不太豐富，考慮到島上資源珍貴，也能理解。就像被很多評價詬病的非智能衞浴，我想大概也是出於環保和節約資源的考量吧。 體驗了酒店SPA，理療師Jenny的服務親切周到，精油可能有沉香的成分？氣味温和舒緩，起到了很好的放鬆效果。 酒店有很大的瑜伽房，但是健身房就比較小，器械種類並不算多。也許大部分客人來這裡會忙着拍照，沒時間鍛鍊了哈～ 酒店的工作人員年紀都很輕，讓我想起了以前住過的青城山六善，整體都很禮貌，但不太能感受到他們對工作的熱情和對住客體驗的關切。 整個入住過程還是比較舒適的，當然，希望酒店在這麼美好的環境加持之下，能夠在細節方面更多一點關注和提高。

Wow, this place totally nails it – the rooms, the service, the swimmingpool… everything’s just top-notch! Seriously, every successful guy should bring his special someone here for at least one unforgettable night. Alright boys, time to level up! We had a very enjoyable 3 days stay at Hengqin Sumlodol Camping Town. The RV experience is quite new to our family, and our kids definitely had a lot of fun! We want to thank Sabrina for helping us smooth out a small payment issue we encountered during the capybara experience and for assisting us with ordering items for our barbecue, and a special commendation must go to MOD Sam who took the time from his busy shift to cheerfully explain everything there is to know about Sumlodol and who went above and beyond to make us feel valued and comfortable during our stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience that we will surely go back to have again!

Choosing Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel was the best decision. Every service staff we encountered greeted us with smiles ans patience. The room was spacious and bright, with soft and comfortable bedding. The dolphin-themed décor delighted our child, making it an ideal choice for families travelling with kids. The room felt warm and cosy, with well-maintained facilities. The air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked very well, and there were thoughtful touches such as children’s toiletries and slippers, showing great attention to detail. The hotel is located within the Chimelong Resort, very close to both the airport and the high-speed rail station. Luggage storage was extremely convenient — easy to drop off and collect at any time, which made travelling stress-free. We had the buffet dinner and OMG I could be eat there 3 days in a row and wouldnt get through all the options. Huge variety of both Chinese and Western cuisine. The butler service was proactive and attentive, sending daily updates on park activities and responding quickly to any questions or needs, resolving issues efficiently. Overall, an amazing experience! both the facilities and service were top-notch. We’re already planning our next trip back!

Very smooth checkin with the front seat so helpful! John Li and Leo Chen are very helpful and professional got us an upgrade room. Room is very clean and great view. Hotel location is super close right at he Henqing port exit and underground tunnel to pizza. Restaurant Townsquare cafe serves pizza and some great twist of Portuguese dishes are amazing. Will recommend!

Daha önce Çin'de birçok 5 yıldızlı otelde kaldım. Bazıları standartlarımı karşıladı, bazıları ise 3 yıldızlı bir otel gibi bile hissettirmedi. Ancak Hilton Zhuhai övgüyü hak ediyor! Sadece beklentilerimi karşılamakla kalmadı; burada kalmaktan gerçekten keyif aldım. 2013'te ilk açıldığından beri bu oteli rezerve ederken bazı şüphelerim vardı, ancak 2019'da bir yenileme yapıldı. The location is excellent — right across from the Gongbei Port and just a short walk to Macau’s border, which makes it super convenient for travelers going between Zhuhai and Macau. The area is lively, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and malls nearby. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a nice city or sea view depending on the side you stay on. The bed was cozy, and all amenities were well provided. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything tidy during my stay. The hotel staff were polite, professional, and helpful, especially at the front desk. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The breakfast buffet offered a good mix of Chinese and Western options, and the food quality was better than expected. Overall, Charming Holiday Hotel offers a perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and good value. It’s an ideal choice for anyone visiting Zhuhai, especially if you plan to visit Macau too. 🌟 Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers! 🌟
