Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is impeccably clean, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Serena and Jennet provided exceptional hospitality—they were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. To our delight, they even upgraded us to a nicer room, which truly enhanced our experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Wow, this place totally nails it – the rooms, the service, the swimmingpool… everything’s just top-notch! Seriously, every successful guy should bring his special someone here for at least one unforgettable night. Alright boys, time to level up! Overall stay was ok but our fireworks room was not ready on time. They were going to text us when the room was ready but hearing nothing we went to reception to check after 4 pm and it was not even cleaned yet. Thanks to reception they switched us to another fireworks room that was ready on 16th floor. It had a great view of the fireworks at night. However, our shower leaked water out onto the floor there was a gap on the bottom. We just got extra floor towels to mop it up. Buffet breakfast was very busy with queues for popular stations and taste was very average. If we stayed again would probably just order delivery takeouts for our meals. We got delivery takeout dinner, just have to walk down and outside to the bus stop to pick up our delivery orders. They had a laundry room which is very busy in the evening but handy to clean our clothes. Gym was ok used the treadmills. The hotel is great for location walking distance to ocean kingdom. Very cute penguin decoration for young kids in the room.

My recent stay at Hyatt Regency Hengqin Zhuhai was truly exceptional, thanks in large part to the outstanding service from Front Office Ms. Joyce . Her professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness went above and beyond—she promptly addressed every query I had, from local travel tips to room preferences, with a genuine smile that made me feel welcome right away. Her ability to anticipate needs and resolve matters efficiently truly elevated my experience. I was also impressed by the impeccable cleanliness throughout the hotel. Every corner of my room, the lobby, and public areas was spotless, Additionally, the hotel’s convenient location was a huge plus. It offered easy access to major attractions, saving me valuable time on commutes and making exploring Hengqin a breeze. Overall, all above will definitely bring me back to Hyatt Regency Hengqin Zhuhai. thanks to Joyce and the entire team!

Very smooth checkin with the front seat so helpful! John Li and Leo Chen are very helpful and professional got us an upgrade room. Room is very clean and great view. Hotel location is super close right at he Henqing port exit and underground tunnel to pizza. Restaurant Townsquare cafe serves pizza and some great twist of Portuguese dishes are amazing. Will recommend!

I recently had a wonderful stay at the St. Regis Zhuhai, and I can't emphasize enough how exceptional the service was, particularly from the front desk staff, especially Matthew. He welcomed us with a warm smile and took the time to ensure all our needs were met. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly made our experience memorable. The hotel itself is stunning, with luxurious amenities and a beautiful view, but it was Matthew's outstanding hospitality that made our stay truly special. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a top-notch experience!

Firstly, the owner responses are rapid. The location of the home stay is convenient. Just the photos showed in the *********** is totally different type of room type. The owner did not show the room type I booked in the photos. The described stated there was a luggage storage area, however it was not applicable for this apartment. When we asked if we could keep our luggage first, they replied this homestay does not offer luggage storage, however they offer us for early check-in but with extra charges of 50RMB, wave-able if review this stay with 5-star. This apartment has 2 rooms 1 bathroom, can stay up to 4-5 people. It was a great one cause they provide extra blankets. The towel are kind of old and dirty yet they provide single use towels, but 15RMB one disposable towel. The apartment is kind of old, but overall it was an acceptable stay.

The area is lively, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and malls nearby. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a nice city or sea view depending on the side you stay on. The bed was cozy, and all amenities were well provided. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything tidy during my stay. The hotel staff were polite, professional, and helpful, especially at the front desk. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The breakfast buffet offered a good mix of Chinese and Western options, and the food quality was better than expected. Overall, Charming Holiday Hotel offers a perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and good value. It’s an ideal choice for anyone visiting Zhuhai, especially if you plan to visit Macau too. 🌟 Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers! 🌟
