"The hotel is old, like really old, it was built in 1989 and it’s very visible. The bedsheets, towels are so old and dirty like 2 star motel. Deluxe family room looks like rooms in 1989 also. Not modern at all. We upgraded to villa (had to pay a lot for this) and it’s good, a bit old but much better, with beach view and private territory. The territory of hotel is really beautiful and big, it’s like a park and beach is great. You can also take cayak to get to the small island nearby. The birds (hornbills) that live at the hotel are really beautiful and worth seeing! Everything closes really early - even game room - it’s just a room with board games and we wanted to play there and the staff told us that they were closing at 7.30 p.m! Why not open this room until 10 at least 😀 No evening activities at all. Everything gets quiet and dead at 7 p.m. There is beach cinema announcement at reception on Sundays, but when we arrived on Sunday, the staff told us that there will be no movies 🫣 Отель очень старый, просто древний, постельное белье и полотенца в ужасном состоянии. Семейный номер на горе - это просто ужас. Детский бассейн на горе ушатанный. Единственное достойное в этом отеле - виллы с видом на море. В них нормальная мебель, полотенца и особое меню на завтраках. Прекрасная территория и пляж. Птицы-носороги - это восторг. Обезьяны нас не беспокоили - но мы жили на вилле рядом с морем. Думаю, в лесных номерах их полно.. В 7 часов вечера в отеле все закрывается, полная тишина. Никаких развлечений. Пляж прекрасный, надеюсь, что отель займется реновацией номеров, приведением их в современный стиль."

"We stayed in one of the yurt tents with AC. You have a good view on the jungle from your room. Quiet area, you can ear the birds and the frogs but also the roosters. A small beach is 10min walk."

"Room with pool view - BOF + : Jolie vue, grande, calme (pas de voisin pour tester isolation des murs), propre. Matelas pas absolument agreables mais corrects. Réceptionnistes très agréables.⁹ - : Fortes odeurs d'écoulement dans la salle de bain qui se répandent dans la chambre, pas de lampes pour lire au lit (seulement dans des niches sur les côtés, ça n'est pas assez efficace) Pas de prise électrique à la salle de bain pour Brosses à dents ou rasoir. On nous à prêté une vieille prise multiple qui du coup occupe la seule prise près du lit dont nous avons besoin pour un respirateur. Les rideaux laissent passer lumière dès 7h00 Pas de coussin sur les fauteuils de terrasse qui font super mal aux fesses. Ecran télé minuscule et rideaux défraîchis. Nous avons eu la chambre pour 55,42€ sur Trip.comais quand on demande les prix pour rester 3 nuits de plus, on est a plus 90% du prix payé. On est partis ailleurs. En tout cas pas un 4 etoiles donc, OK à 2200 baht la deluxe pool view, si plus cher, allez visiter des établissements concurrents."

"Pros: excellent staff that tries their best to welcome and make you feel at best during your stay. Great aircon, bathtub (water pressure), pillows n firm bed. Wide array of breakfast selections - from continental, indian, thai, chinese, sandwich station, noodle bar, fresh juice bar, etc. Great beachfront views with pool menu that doesnt cost an arm or a leg. Cool marshmallow ritual every evening too. Yummy welcome chocolate (not the cheap kind). Would definitely come back n recommend to friends n fam. Cons: sausages line for breakfast couldve use a more premium ones...egg station should be expanded with more staff since it is the busiest of all in the morning..water pressure (shower) couldve been stronger like the bath tub, cleaning hours could be better managed and attentive (they forgot to refill the soap/shampoo)."
