Location: Strategically located in the heart of Ningbo, the hotel is just a stone’s throw away from Cheng Huang Night Market, the pedestrian street, shopping malls, and many popular restaurants. Super convenient for exploring the city. Staff: Check-in was pleasant and smooth, with friendly and warm staff at reception. They were very helpful in giving us navigation tips around the area. The team even went the extra mile to make our wedding anniversary special. A big thank you to Ms. Lu (吕小姐) for her thoughtful service! Amenities: The self-laundry area and gym are tucked away in a corner, so they’re convenient to use without disturbing guests. Room: Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. It feels like the hotel has been newly renovated. The environment is comfortable and well-maintained. Breakfast: The breakfast spread is good and offers enough variety if you prefer to dine in the hotel. Note: During winter, the hotel uses a centralised air-conditioning system, which means the rooms are set to heating mode. There are rooms with and without windows, so do consider your preference. Konuk odaları, resepsiyon ve akşam atıştırmalık servisinin tamamı sıcak ve samimi olup, insanlara kendilerini evlerindeymiş gibi hissettirmektedir. Otelin iç tasarımı zarif, kahvaltısı lezzetli ve servisi coşkulu. Şiddetle tavsiye edilir!

Its good location nearby the main train station is worth the money when you want to visit nearby sightseeing stations. This is the 2nd time I chose to stay in Lingbo for leisure. The staff are friendly and facilities are just perfect with this price range. The fruits as a welcoming gift really gave us a home feel atmosphere. The responses from the front desks and menial staff are quick and helpful.

The hotel has a high standard. It is clean, quiet and has got very good river views. Staff are very friendly. Especially, Mr. John Guo was very helpful with my luggages and parcel and everything. Breakfast has a lot of varieties. Especially, they provide fresh squeezed juices (watermelon juices, and orange juices)and cucumber juices. Hotel has also got a big swimming pool with 1.2 and 1.5 meters 2 depths. Would highly recommend.

Upon arrival, May, the Front Office Manager, greeted us with a warm smile that instantly melted away our travel fatigue. With professionalism and attention to detail, she introduced the hotel’s amenities and kindly recommended an upgrade to the Lakeside Suite—a decision that immersed us in a dreamlike Jiangnan experience far beyond our expectations. The Lakeside Suite framed Dongqian Lake like a living ink-wash painting. Each morning, we opened the floor-to-ceiling windows to mist-kissed waters resembling a classical scroll; by dusk, the lake shimmered in amber hues under the setting sun, dotted with distant sailboats. Inside, the suite masterfully balanced traditional Chinese aesthetics with contemporary comfort—exquisitely carved screens divided the tranquil living space, embroidered cushions complemented modern art pieces, and the freestanding bathtub by the window created the illusion of floating above the lake. The smart bedside control system, allowing us to adjust lighting and curtains with a touch, harmonized technology with timeless elegance. May’s service was nothing short of impeccable. Noticing our preference for quiet mornings, she proactively adjusted housekeeping schedules. When we expressed interest in local flavors, she not only recommended authentic Ningbo restaurants but also hand-drew a map of nearby attractions. These thoughtful, personalized touches transformed a routine stay into a heartfelt experience. At checkout, a carefully prepared gift and a handwritten note from May added the perfect sentimental farewell. Park Hyatt Ningbo redefines luxury through details—not in opulent extravagance, but in the artful fusion of cultural heritage, intuitive service, and refined design. Here, every corner whispers a Jiangnan tale, and every gesture carries genuine warmth. From my room, I had a delightful view of the surroundings, which added to the overall experience. Breakfast Variety: The breakfast spread was impressive, with an array of options to suit different tastes. Whether you prefer a hearty meal or something light, the hotel caters to all preferences. Fully Stocked Mini Bar: The mini bar was a pleasant surprise. It was well-stocked, allowing guests to indulge in their favorite beverages and snacks. However, there were a couple of areas where the hotel fell short: Toiletry Oversight: Unfortunately, the housekeeping team overlooked the essential toiletries. I missed having a dental kit, comb, body cream, and shower gel. Even the shampoo was absent from the toiletries collection. Tiny Bottles: In the cabinet, I found only tiny bottles of body wash and shampoo. While they were functional, I expected more comprehensive amenities. In summary, CITIC Ningbo International Hotel offers a nostalgic charm, excellent location, and stylish ambiance. With a little attention to detail, it could regain its former glory.
