"The hotel staff is very nice and I especially want to thank 小孟 for going the extra mile to communicate with us in English and to make sure we knew where everything was. He also helped get us the shuttle car to go to the restaurant and for check out.
The only thing I would suggest is that the hotel tries to improve the on-site fishing experience. My husband and I enjoy recreational fishing, which is why we were attracted to this hotel, but the fishing area was very dirty with fruit peels, trash and fishing line lying around. I dont want to go too much into it, but because the fishing was advertised as on-site on Trip.com, it would be nice if the fishing area was as well maintained as the rest of the hotel.
If youre not fishing, I can say the rest of the experience was good and worth it."

"OMG, this place is absolutely amazing! I felt like I was back in my home country. Everything is so clean, and the location in the mountains gives such a sense of relaxation and peace. The food was incredibly delicious—honestly, I’ve never tasted anything like it before!
One of my favorite things is that there’s a coffee shop on-site, plus a games room for kids and families, which makes it perfect for everyone. Coming here was the best decision I’ve made, and I will definitely return every time I have the chance.

"This was, without a shadow of the doubt, one of the best experiences and certainly the best one in China. The hotel is brand new and has been built with highest quality materials. Both the design and scale of the project, conference centre next door is being finished, are impressive to say the least. Service was fantastic with extremely helpful and polite staff. Food... amazing variety and high quality! We took our bikes to cycle around the lake, so the location for us could not be better. Close to the lake but in a nice and quiet spot, in contrary to many other hotels on the other side of the lake. Pretty cool swimming pool with smallish fitness area attached. The on-site café with outside area was very cozy but we only tried cakes and tea, not sure about the quality of their coffee. Overall, highly recommended! As we live locally, we will definitely consider coming back."

皮皮蛋_001Small boutique hotel ran by a very friendly woman and man. The 古镇 itself is very quiet and the surrounding town doesn't have much going on. Everyone is in bed by 10. Perfect if you're looking for a quiet couple days, but definitely worth mentioning!
There is an amazing trail system all around Ninghai and the hostess can give you many excellent hiking recommendations. She's local to the area and (as far as I understood) the property which is now the hotel belonged to her family at the beginning of the 20th century. There's even a good bit of original furniture around.
The guest rooms are clearly brand new and exceptionally clean. If you are sensitive to odors, you might ask them to remove some of the wormwood (艾草) from your room ahead of time. Two bags of it are hung in every room. I happen to like it but I could imagine some might find it too strong.
The hostess speaks some English and works very hard to accommodate everyone. She even fed us dinner when we arrived too late to eat in the town.
Overall very nice, we'll definitely stay here again if we go to Ninghai.

TTridib MisraAfter reserving, I received a courtesy call from the hotel, and we then connected on WeChat since I don’t speak Chinese. The hotel introduced me to Long, the housekeeper, who coordinated our entire stay with great care and attention. Before our arrival, they asked if we had any special requests. As my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, I asked them to decorate the room with flowers—and they did a beautiful job.
They also asked about our dinner and breakfast preferences and were impressively organized in their preparations. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon, but our taxi had trouble locating the hotel. I called Long, and he immediately came out to meet us—a huge help! When we checked in, they welcomed us with refreshments and even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. The room had a bathtub, which our three-year-old son especially loved.
To our delight, they had thoughtfully prepared a child’s hygiene kit for him, including kid-friendly soap, shampoo, and a dental kit. We also received a handwritten note, a fresh fruit bowl, and a lovely bouquet of flowers. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and very tastefully decorated.
There’s a small indoor play area for children, including a slide, tent, and games—our son played there every day. We also enjoyed strolling around the grounds and spending time at the scenic swimming pool, which is nestled in the mountains. The food was another highlight: we had a delicious Chinese dinner and a traditional Chinese breakfast, both full of flavor.
Throughout our stay, Long was incredibly helpful and made our trip truly special. Thank you, Long!
I highly recommend Lost Villa. They have other locations as well, and we’re definitely looking forward to staying with them again.

MMisafir KullanıcıWhat a great find. This lovely hotel is tucked away in a quiet area near to Siming Lake and the surrounding mountains. A great spot to cycle, drive and hike from. The hotel is beautifully finished with modern, wooden finish. The hosts are lovely and accommodating, super friendly and helpful. The food at the hotel was delicious. The common areas are comfortable with board games and even a guitar and piano! The rooms are clean and fresh, with a great modern bathroom and comfortable furniture. A very relaxing stay - I would come back again! (photo is view from our bedroom)

IIrina or AilinCelebrated my birthday there. Bought a voucher which included this room with a personal hot spring bath on the terrace.
As well as a photo session with 3 free photos. Photographer was nice and fast in decisions. The retouched photos were nice too.
In the hotel we had a buffet dinner. Around 98 yuan. And breakfast was included. Not really a lot of delicious choices to eat, but you can find some for your satisfaction.
The bed was comfy. The TV had only a few after movies. But 1 movie costs around 10-20 yuan, by scanning a QR code, which is fine.
Our friends drove a car, so we went to an old city. It’s not a walking distance, but for a taxi will be close.
Hot springs at night were a good decision too. The changing room seems to be reinovated, looks good. But maybe that’s why the price to hot springs has increased too. It’s around 100 yuan now. Although I’ve got it as a birthday gift, which was a veritable nice service.

MMisafir Kullanıcı淡季入住真的太香了！入住前一天就有管家電話詢問入住時間和入住需求，主動升級視野更好的海景房間，入住套餐酒店贈送了海鮮麪套餐，雙人下午茶，小朋友的挖沙工具等，淡季人很少，無論是早餐還是沙灘體驗舒適度都很好，管家小桂有問必答，主動幫我們延遲退房，詢問期間的需求，淡季週中衹有一箇中餐廳，我們入住期間的中餐晚餐大多裏面解決的，海鮮性價比也可以，海鮮麪滿滿一大碗，就是文火牛肉感覺不太適合我們的口味，其他都挺好，還幫我們打包了下午茶☕️。淡季在酒店放鬆一下，看看海，發發呆真的太香了，而且這兩天天氣也很好，一點也不冷！不管是入住，餐廳還是退房，服務都很好，這次入住感簡直爆棚了，象山皇冠很好，下次還來！✌️

The hospitality here is exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for. They prepared a fire for us, brought us warm milk, and even shared food with us at times. These thoughtful gestures meant so much to us, especially being far from home. Their kindness felt genuine and heartfelt.
The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The environment is peaceful, clean, and very quiet — perfect for relaxing. It is located right by the water streams, which makes the atmosphere even more calming and special. Waking up to such natural surroundings was truly refreshing.
This was more than just a stay; it felt like being welcomed by family. We are so grateful for the warmth, generosity, and care we experienced here. We will always remember this place and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, tranquility, and sincere hospitality.

She makes it easier for us to enjoy our stay at the hotel. In addition, they have a lot of amenities the children can enjoy. We wished we could have stayed longer. Will definitely come back again.

HHehehehehehe在柿林村的一個民宿，緊靠着丹山赤水景區，進村等於進景區，所以要買門票，四明村其他村子基本不用買票的；老闆娘店裡提供住宿和餐飲，生意不錯，幫忙買了打折的門票；不過民宿有餐飲，所以環境衞生不太整齊整潔，住宿是老房子改造的，樓道比較窄小，房間大小還可以，設施一般般，好在床墊啥的還軟硬適中，睡的還可以；吃了一頓晚餐，景區價格不要指望便宜，味道也就普通農家菜；純住一晚為了看看清晨清凈的古村。

The food was spectacular- just remember you need to schedule the time and food you will eat beforehand for each day. We also went to the nearby city Xikou which is 30 minutes by car if you want to explore the temples and cafes. The staff can help book cars for any nearby travels. 100% will stay here again!

__ZFB208800238649****辦理入住的時候，前台看我媽媽年紀大了，特地給了比較下面的小木屋，少爬一些台階。也給升級了帶私湯的屋子，省得需要爬上爬下才能泡到公共温泉🥰去小木屋的路上碰到工作人員，也會很熱情的打招呼並指路。
小木屋乾淨整潔，空調温暖，也備有另外的取暖器，放在衞生間用正好。
但是吃飯需要沿度假村外面的大馬路往上再走一段路到温泉大酒店才行，不是特別方便，要是能提供小木屋的送餐服務會更好😄
