"Stayed here for a 2 day business trip. Hotel in general is nice, clean for the most part (hallway carpet can use a deep clean) and the staff were welcoming. I had an issue in my room and they were apologetic and offered a free gift and fruits. The breakfast was traditional Chinese and I don’t remember any Western options. It was not my type of breakfast. What I really like was the shower, the water pressure was really great. Overall, i enjoyed my stay."

"The hotel staff is very nice and I especially want to thank 小孟 for going the extra mile to communicate with us in English and to make sure we knew where everything was. He also helped get us the shuttle car to go to the restaurant and for check out.
The only thing I would suggest is that the hotel tries to improve the on-site fishing experience. My husband and I enjoy recreational fishing, which is why we were attracted to this hotel, but the fishing area was very dirty with fruit peels, trash and fishing line lying around. I dont want to go too much into it, but because the fishing was advertised as on-site on Trip.com, it would be nice if the fishing area was as well maintained as the rest of the hotel.
If youre not fishing, I can say the rest of the experience was good and worth it."

"Celebrated my birthday there. Bought a voucher which included this room with a personal hot spring bath on the terrace.
As well as a photo session with 3 free photos. Photographer was nice and fast in decisions. The retouched photos were nice too.
In the hotel we had a buffet dinner. Around 98 yuan. And breakfast was included. Not really a lot of delicious choices to eat, but you can find some for your satisfaction.
The bed was comfy. The TV had only a few after movies. But 1 movie costs around 10-20 yuan, by scanning a QR code, which is fine.
Our friends drove a car, so we went to an old city. It’s not a walking distance, but for a taxi will be close.
Hot springs at night were a good decision too. The changing room seems to be reinovated, looks good. But maybe that’s why the price to hot springs has increased too. It’s around 100 yuan now. Although I’ve got it as a birthday gift, which was a veritable nice service."

"I am a foreigner, and this accommodation has been very pleasant. The breakfast is one of the best at a hotel I’ve ever had, absolutely delicious, and the coffee is really good and aromatic. The staff are friendly and kind, the room is aesthetic and well-presented. It is a bit small, but it is enough. The bookstore below creates a homely and cozy vibe, and I would like to come back again in the future. Certainly an experience which is value for money!"

"我們是兩家一共四大兩小出行定了一整棟別墅的晚楓樓房型。
別墅本身不算大，但是佈局還挺合理且温馨。首先衞生間數量足夠，一共有三個，每個都不大，但是確保了每一層和每個房間都有配套的衞生間。最棒的是別墅配置齊全，兼顧大人和小孩的需求。有小孩可以泡的泳池，以及大人可以玩的麻將桌。還有老少皆宜的投影。而且冰箱裏的mini bar都是可以免費享用的，這點真的是很良心的。
房間的硬件配套選品也是不錯的。比如吹風機是戴森的，淋浴噴頭是toto的，出水也比較大，床墊也還算舒服。其他的軟裝則側重在色彩搭配上，選品相對普通一點，另外馬桶不是智能的，這點略遺憾。
最滿意的是民宿周邊的外部環境，有溪流，有遊步道，很適合度假放鬆，並且和民宿一起組合出現的還有村裡的公益書房，咖啡店，配套餐廳的菜做的也好吃。孩子有可以看書，抓魚以及玩耍的地方，大人和小孩都可以各自得到身心放鬆的好地方。
很幸運的我們還在夕陽時刻，捕捉到了翠鳥的身影😄。"

The food was spectacular- just remember you need to schedule the time and food you will eat beforehand for each day. We also went to the nearby city Xikou which is 30 minutes by car if you want to explore the temples and cafes. The staff can help book cars for any nearby travels. 100% will stay here again!"

入住之前有管家小奕聯繫確認入住時間還有幫忙解答疑問。
酒店裡麪其他的工作人員也都非常熱情，會主動打招呼並提供幫助。
在温泉區還有很多工作人員巡視查看是否有顧客需要幫助，有一位姓賓的阿姨特別熱情。
酒店和温泉的衞生也比較乾淨，晚上泡湯很有氛圍感"

"環境非常不錯 離景點很近 本來看環境家人都覺得還不錯 但是房間隔音太差了 我定了帶院子的兩間房都在一樓 結果一二樓是用木板隔開的 上面有人住隔音效果非常差 就跟住上下鋪有人在你上鋪走路一樣 非常吵 説話也能聽得見 跟隔壁房間的隔音也很差 半夜被吵醒好幾次實在忍不了就跟前台要求了換房間 前台説是老房子結構問題沒辦法 説明這個問題是知道的 但是就是不想辦法解決 非要等客人受不了了才給換房間 這個工作難道不能坐在前面嗎 還有更離譜的是隔音都這麼差了竟然還允許帶寵物 半夜叫了好幾次被驚醒 真的無語了 這個問題明明可以通過管理去避免的 一樓住人了二樓就不應該再讓住人了 這個問題不解決真的別指望回頭客了"

MMariaSAWe had an amazing weekend at Lushan hotel. The hotel is on top of the mountain and the view is spectacular. The room is beautiful and clean. The staff are helpful and friendly. The food at the hotel is really delicious. I recommend getting a room with a bubble pool. We had a great time relaxing in the bubble pool. The hotel staff also helped us get a driver to pick us up at the hotel and take us back to our apartment in Cixi. The mountain road is very beautiful. This was a memorable stay which I can highly recommend.

TTridib MisraAfter reserving, I received a courtesy call from the hotel, and we then connected on WeChat since I don’t speak Chinese. The hotel introduced me to Long, the housekeeper, who coordinated our entire stay with great care and attention. Before our arrival, they asked if we had any special requests. As my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, I asked them to decorate the room with flowers—and they did a beautiful job.
They also asked about our dinner and breakfast preferences and were impressively organized in their preparations. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon, but our taxi had trouble locating the hotel. I called Long, and he immediately came out to meet us—a huge help! When we checked in, they welcomed us with refreshments and even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. The room had a bathtub, which our three-year-old son especially loved.
To our delight, they had thoughtfully prepared a child’s hygiene kit for him, including kid-friendly soap, shampoo, and a dental kit. We also received a handwritten note, a fresh fruit bowl, and a lovely bouquet of flowers. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and very tastefully decorated.
There’s a small indoor play area for children, including a slide, tent, and games—our son played there every day. We also enjoyed strolling around the grounds and spending time at the scenic swimming pool, which is nestled in the mountains. The food was another highlight: we had a delicious Chinese dinner and a traditional Chinese breakfast, both full of flavor.
Throughout our stay, Long was incredibly helpful and made our trip truly special. Thank you, Long!
I highly recommend Lost Villa. They have other locations as well, and we’re definitely looking forward to staying with them again.

AAnonim Kullanıcı初冬想去看想去看銀杏、楓葉，遴選了幾家，最後選了位置絕佳的懸崖邊上的這家，導航還是比較順利，到山頂，有客服引導停車。
沒想到老闆親自帶入進房介紹，有點驚艷到，超出攜程預訂時的預計，樓下的床前大玻璃直麪大自然的秀美大山，太真實了，躺着欣賞看日出雲海、滿眼的起伏青山。
最意想不到的是，床是電動的，旅行住民宿多年，這是第一家，並且床品用的也是一流的，地暖、空調、投影儀、冰吧、全智能衞浴….。頂樓還有個大陽台，圍爐煮茶、無人機、雲台，全部用上，滿足感十分。
從民宿的設施、餐飲、服務可以看出，是投了一定資金並花了心思了，來年春季再來賞景。

MM380039****以前就聽説過沙塘灣這個小漁村，亞洲飛人柯受良的故里。這次入住的海上日出·天凈沙·海景度假民宿真不錯[強]
民宿位於村裡的c位山腰下，視野非常棒，民宿設計的挺好，挺有感覺的，有意境[強]衹是要往上走100個台階，就當是給平時缺乏運動的自己來一次健身，走走運動一下還挺好。早上傍晚沿着海岸線和民宿後面的環村遊步道走一圈挺舒服的，自然風光還挺好看，走到他們的總店海上日出·浪淘沙還可以喝喝茶或喝杯咖啡，老闆很熱情，免費招待。
這家民宿睡覺真是舒服，依山傍海空氣好，很安靜，房間設施和床上用品都很好，衞生也很乾凈。聽説節假日的時候還挺貴的，現在這個時候來很划算，性價比高。
旁邊有一家當地有名的胖大嫂海鮮排擋菜品種類很豐富，海鮮大餐性價比高。
要吃海鮮大餐，住一線海景房就來海上日出，強烈推薦！

Nearby the hotel, I’d recommend to climb up to the Shangyun Temple, the views along the way are very beautiful.

PPROKHOROVAWonderful hotel and wonderful view. I strongly recommend visiting this place, specifically the foreigners, who are tired from heavy traffic to the city. It's the best place to relax. I also got a gift for personal pictures, and I got amazing pictures for myself. The all stuff of hotel so kindness and respectful people they really care about guests. The hotel is so clean and has very soft blankets and pillows. For sure I will come back again and again. Thank you all!

MM249744****這次入住了豪華大床房，位於酒店三層，窗户面向園區內，有小山景可以欣賞。朝西南方向，中午至下午有陽光照進房間，也可以坐在陽台上曬太陽，很愜意。
房間很大、很寬敞，裝修風格有老中式的高檔感，但不至於太老氣。維護的都很好，看不出來舊。
自助餐廳中等規模，菜品很多，味道也不錯，還有一些本地特色菜可以品嚐。晚餐每桌有一個小火鍋，有常見的火鍋食材和海鮮和鮮切牛肉。大部分遊客吃飯都很早，六點半去的話個別熱門菜就已經吃完了，補充的是其他菜。
美中不足的是酒店的禁煙宣傳還需加強，大堂、走廊、電梯裏都有聞到過明顯煙味。有一次還看到一個老頭在大堂茶座上抽煙，無人勸阻。來這邊本來就是為了新鮮空氣，休養身體。泡完温泉毛孔打開了再吸二手煙實在是噁心。
