An amazing place! Tucked away from the main roads and horse trails, it’s peaceful and has a wonderfully secluded vibe. The staff is attentive and friendly, the breakfasts are delicious with a wide variety to choose from. The room was clean, cozy, and everything looked new or very well maintained. I would definitely stay here again.

Отличное место. Локация просто топ — прямо на пляже с черепахами, никуда не нужно ходить и ездить. Они плавают все время прямо у отеля каждый день. Кроме того, отель немного удален от самых тусовочных мест (10 минут пешком), поэтому там всегда тихо и релакс. Он находится на рассветной стороне, на закатную сторону ездили на велосипедах и байках встречать закаты и тусить. Очень приятный сервис и приветливые сотрудники. Завтрак по меню - можно несколько блюд на человека. Рекомендую Almarik egg, да и все остальное тоже довольно ок, разнообразие фруктов и выпечки на шведском столе. Сами бунгало отличные, чистые, просторные. Самый приятный отель за всю мою поездку на Бали и ближайшие острова. Сейчас там идет небольшой ремонт в зоне бассейна, но это не влияет на работу бассейна и не мешает. Из ресторанов рядом мне больше всех нравился Capre Diem - огромные порции, вкусно все. Ходила каждый день.

Отличный отель с большим бассейном, но вода немного мутная. Приветливый персонал, при отеле есть кафешка с адекватными ценами. 5 мин до ближайшего пляжа , где бывают шикарные закаты и катание на лошадях👍🏽 Огромная ванная комната, есть фен и чайник. Рекомендую!

Had an Amazing stay @ Sima Hotel. Such an inviting place to come back to after a busy day in Kuta. Once you walk into the hotel the outside noise seems to fade away. Kids loved the pools, the rooms were clean with really good aircon, Breakfast was good too!Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to others and I’d definitely stay there again when in Kuta next.

Definitely coming back whenever I'm in Lombok! After hiking Rinjani, Amber was lovely space to recover and recharge. The restaurant's service and food quality were excellent, but there was a pack of local dogs nearby that made dining outdoors a hassle. Location is great for a getaway, but far from everything. Come here if you're looking for an escape because it'll be hard to order in Ojeks. Hotel does provide tours, scooter rentals and airport transfers; but you'll be far from the center.

We recently stayed at Jayakarta Lombok and had a pleasant experience overall, thanks to a mix of warm hospitality and beautiful natural surroundings. The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the excellent and friendly staff, who were consistently welcoming and attentive. Their warm service made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They even upgraded our room to be right in front of the swimming pool free of charge, which the kids loved! The general facilities at the hotel were impressive. From the spacious pool area to the lush, well-maintained gardens, the resort has a tranquil, traditional charm. We particularly enjoyed the sound of the waves gently rolling in throughout the day—it added a wonderfully calming backdrop to our stay. The sunset views from the restaurant and beach were simply stunning, offering a perfect setting for evening meals or a quiet moment of reflection. Breakfast each morning was a treat, with a good variety of options that catered to both local and international tastes. The food prices across the hotel were reasonable, which made dining in-house convenient and budget-friendly. That said, there were a few areas that could use some improvement. The furniture in the rooms felt quite outdated, which slightly detracted from the overall comfort. Additionally, there’s no iron provided in the rooms, which was a bit inconvenient for longer stays or guests attending events. On Saturday evening, we found the music to be excessively loud, going on until about 10pm. While some guests may enjoy the atmosphere, it might not be ideal for those seeking a quieter evening, especially those with kids. We also noticed some inconsistency in the food quality—what was excellent one day could feel average the next. Moreover, while the beach itself is beautiful, it was often quite dirty due to local fishing activity. To their credit, the hotel staff do make a visible effort to keep it clean. Another consideration is the lack of nearby amenities. There aren’t any ATMs or money exchange options within walking distance, so guests should plan ahead. Lastly, the hotel does not have lifts, which could be a challenge for those with mobility issues. However, this also contributes to its traditional, resort-style vibe which many will appreciate. In summary, Jayakarta Lombok offers a relaxing, friendly, and scenic stay that’s ideal for those looking to unwind by the beach. With a few modern updates and consistency improvements, it could be even better.

Otelin konumu çok iyi. Odalar ve evler de çok güzel. Tek olumsuz yanı berbat personel. Müşteri odaklı değiller ve otel iyi bir hizmet kalitesi sunmuyor. Otele vardığımız ilk gün onlarla Gili Adası turu rezervasyonu yaptırdık. Otelden rezervasyon yaptırırken yüksek hizmet kalitesi bekliyorsunuz ama bu şimdiye kadar gittiğim en kötü geziydi! Öncelikle söz verdikleri şeyleri sağlamak istemediler - şnorkelli yüzme ekipmanı yok, havlu yok. Bütün gün su vermediler ve tekne berbattı - suya atlayıp şnorkelli yüzme yaptıktan sonra geri dönmek için merdiven yoktu. Merdiven olmadan kendi başıma ulaşamadığım için eşim beni tekneden çıkarmak zorunda kaldı. 3 adadan sadece 1'ini gördük. İlk adaya geldiğimizde çok büyük bir kuş üzümü olduğunu söylediler ve Gili Travangan'da biraz yürümek yerine bizi dışarı almadılar. Sadece Gili menüsü gördük. Son adada da bol kuş üzümü vardı ama onu göremedik. İlk adaya yürüyüşe çıkmamızı istediklerinde ek ücret talep ettiler. Sonrasında bize indirimli fiyatla şelale gezisi teklif ettiler, ancak sonunda şelalelere götürüldüğümüzde rehber ve giriş için ek ücret ödememiz gerekti. Sonuç olarak şunu söyleyebilirim: Sürekli hile yaptıkları için onlarla hiçbir gezi rezervasyonu yapmayın. Otelde masaj da zayıf. Ayrıca sık sık odamıza hamam böcekleri geliyor. Sonuç olarak bu otel ziyaretinden sonra pek de iyi bir tat almadık. Fotoğrafta, gezilerden sorumlu olan ve turistler adına hile yapan kişiyi de ekledik.

Otel gerçekten çok güzel, tasarımına bayıldık. Bu özgün. Yatak çok rahattı ve çarşaflar temizdi. Muhtemelen orada burada karıncalar göreceksiniz, ancak çevre göz önüne alındığında bu normaldir. Otel, çoğu insanın bulunduğu ve adanın merkezi olarak kabul edilen limanın karşı tarafında yer almaktadır. Ancak ada küçük olduğundan bisikletle yaklaşık 30 dakikada tam bir daire çizebilirsiniz.
