Pearl of Trawangan was a luxurious, incredibly clean, and central hotel, whilst still being far enough away from the noise of the local bars (5 minute walk from bars). The pool was lovely with a very well kept pool bar, managed by very helpful and attentive staff who couldn’t have been nicer/more accommodating. There were bikes you could hire from 100,000 rupiah (approx £5) per day to make your way round the island as there are no cars on Gili T. The rooms were spacious with a lot of storage, good AC and a comfortable bed. The bathroom area is effectively outside, however there is a canopy and it is always kept spotless by the staff so was still very comfortable. The restaurant was also second to none. They feed you plenty at breakfast time offering complimentary pastries and fruit, and have plenty of options for your “main” breakfast. Our breakfast was included when booking our stay. We also had a lunch and a dinner here, both of which were superb. Having cycled round the whole island, I think we chose the best accommodation on the island. Some of the others, despite looking nice, had pools right by the main road which didn’t offer much privacy, whereas the pool here was set back, still benefitted from the sun shining on it all day, and offered plenty of sun loungers. They also had their own loungers on a designated part of the beach, which is literally 10 steps from the hotel reception, meaning you can enjoy the best of both worlds. Could not recommend enough. We stayed here mid-June 2023.

Hotel location is very good. Near Mataram Mall and eateries. Breakfast is also good. Room is big with fridge n good wifi connection.

The location is close to the port, but if you want to enjoy the evening sunset, we recommend the beach on the west side of the island. In fact, Trawangan is the noisiest and busiest of the three gilis. Meno is bored and thinks Air is the best place to stay. You can see the sunset and even see Mount Rinjani a little closer.

This hotel is the best in Lombok. If you are looking for a nice place to stay by the beach, pls just book this hotel. I was served by Eric and he even remembered my name! I was there on Christmas day and there are so many guests. His act definitely made me remember this place positively. Will recommend to friends.

Whether you prefer a hearty meal or a light start, they've got you covered. In conclusion, the Holiday Resort Lombok is a tranquil haven that caters to those in search of beachfront beauty and peaceful seclusion. The king-size bed ensures you rest like royalty, and the breakfast sets the stage for your daily adventures. However, if you're keen on exploring the local town or tourist attractions, prepare for a bit of a commute. It's a splendid retreat for those who cherish solitude by the sea.

New hotel, spectacular large villas with incredible views and private pools. Mattress, sofa and very comfortable amacas. Of sleep. Excellent service and delicious food, the area is very quiet but there is a taxi rank downstairs and in 5 minutes you are in the center of Sengigi. The massage at the Spa was excellent. The least pleasant thing has nothing to do with the hotel, but on the same hill there is a very active mosque with loudspeakers, not only is the music heard at prayer time from 4am (which is charming) but also the prayers are heard and sing for hours and hours. It's hard to rest and relax like that.

A local 4-star hotel with just a so so location and service. Location was said quiet close by many food options but there is better location than this hotel. As for Service, I asked for the price for whole day rental for a car and front desk said someone will call me to my room but it turn out no one really call me. Amenities just below par, towel are old. No hand or face towel, or maybe this is just the hotel standard. The floor where I stayed, is dark and did not give good impression.

The staff is fantastic, everyone worked hard to make us forget the time. From the moment we arrived, they took great care of us, with the aim of making our stay unforgettable. A big plus is the bedding, it is incredibly nice, it is rare to find such good quality mattresses. The location a little away from the center is really a plus, it allows you to sleep peacefully, because the center is really very lively, day and night. You will need to allow 20 minutes on foot and 10 minutes by bike, which are provided by the hotel. The restaurant has a breathtaking view of the sea where every evening, you will have the opportunity to admire the sunset over Bali, while enjoying happy hour. The catering is good, we ate every evening at the hotel and were spoiled. Breakfast is à la carte, which avoids wasting food from buffets, plus the staff will do everything to satisfy your desires. Extremely versatile and knowledgeable, Kardia Resort is lucky to have him. We really enjoyed our stay at Trawangan and that was mainly due to the staff at Kardia Resort. The hotel is located on Senggigi Beach, an hour's drive from the airport. 🈶24 Xiaoshi convenience store in front of the hotel. Every service staff is full of smiles. The hotel is small and exquisite, and the sunset scenery is beautiful. Breakfast is a set meal with generous portions. A cup of coffee/tea + a cup of juice + a breakfast (choose one), breakfast is not included for children, the price is RMB 92 a la carte. The hotel spa is very comfortable, the environment is good and the price is affordable. 1H 1000K Indonesian rupiah for two people. The manager Mayo is very welcoming and thanks you for the invitation to the cocktail party. Mosquito bites are severe in Lombok, so be sure to take precautions when going out.

Stayed at the Santika Mataram hotel for two nights and I can say for sure that it is closer to 4 stars than giving it 3 stars. The staff is very professional and friendly, the whole hotel is very well maintained, clean and stylish. The room is of the same standard as some well-known brands (such as Beauty Palace, Novotel, Hyatt, etc.), although the scenery is not very beautiful, it is not the hotel's fault. Wi-Fi is included, free and very fast. The buffet breakfast has a wide selection of everything from a variety of halal dishes to Western food, noodle soup, porridge (rice porridge), and it is in a good location, right next to the pool and surrounded by plants. I would definitely stay here again, it’s centrally located, 10 minutes walk to Mataran Mall, shops, restaurants and so on. And very good value.
