All rooms have beautiful seaside and sunset view. Breakfast and 2 glasses of orion beer as welcome drink (2 other non alcoholic drink options are also available). Breakfast has a lot of variety so better to get a room plan that includes breakfast. I find it more difficult to walk the main road pathway between the aquarium and hotel. There is a back road that connects the dolphin show area to the hotel. Just keep walking along that route. There is also a paid shuttle bus available that connects the expo area to the hotel. I didnt know about that option prior to the stay so I didnt use. Please check with the hotel for further information. Hotel also provides good information about buses to Naha when enquired via email. Please note that facial products are not provided.

한국 리뷰가 많이 없어 걱정했는데 너무 좋았습니다! 북부에 비싸고 좋은 호텔들이 많지만 예산을 조금? 줄여서 엑시즈 오시는 것도 추천해요! 발렛 서비스도 해주시고 직원분들 엄청 친절하시고 체크인 시 웰컴 티 챙겨주시고 객실로 짐도 다 옮겨주십니다~(한국인 직원분도 계십니다!) (오키나와는 주차비는 아마 다 받는 거 같아요! 근데 발렛해 주셔서 아깝지 않습니다!) 시설이 살짝 올드 한 느낌은 있지만 전반적으로 객실 청소도 잘 되어있고 방이 엄청 넓습니다! 뷰도 너무 좋고 일본에서 조식 처음 먹어봤는데 조식도 너무 맛있었습니다! 3박 했는데 매일 몇 가지의 음식들은 메뉴가 바뀌더라고요! 그리고 조식 쿠폰 못쓰시면 옆에 자매 호텔에서 중식 이용할 수 있는데 중식도 맛있습니다! (무엇보다 블루씰 아이스크림도 있더라고요 ㅎㅎ) 그리고 사진에서 수영장이 아쉬워 보였는데 막상 가니까 넓고 엄청 깊습니다! 그래서 수영 못하시는 분들은 암 튜브 챙겨가시는 거 추천합니다! 프라이빗 비치 가는 셔틀도 15분마다 있어서 이용하기 편했고 대신 프라이빗 비치는 17시쯤 가서 그런지 엄청 수위가 얕더라고요! 아이들이 놀기 좋을거같아요! 그냥 간단하게 놀기 좋았고 글라스 보트도 있으니 꼭 이용해 보세요! 생각보다 너무 만족하며 투숙해서 주변에서 오키나와 간다고 하면 무조건 엑시즈 추천할 거예요! 한국 분들 숙박 고민하고 계신다면 추천합니당 !!!

Excellent hotel with immaculate service and quality. The rooms are luxurious and spacious with stunning view of the ocean. We went during December and the hotel was decorated with Christmas trees and lights, very festive vibe!

Our stay was absolutely incredible. The hotel is located on its own private island, which made the experience feel exclusive, peaceful, and truly special. The views were breathtaking, the rooms were beautiful and spotless, and the staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay. Every meal was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. It was the perfect luxurious escape, and we can’t wait to return.

The hotel is located near beautiful and clean Sesoko beach with marvellous sea abundant with great variety of fish. A perfect location for swimming and snorkeling. Sesoko beach and fantastic view thereof from our balcony has been a huge, but unfortunately the only advantage of the hotel. If you don’t rent a car, you have to be ready for the situation when you are unable to leave the hotel at all. It’s very hard to call a taxi either via Uber or even via local taxi app “Go”. The hotel staff does not provide too much help with this issue either, even when requested to book a taxi to the airport (to be fair hotel concierge finally managed to arrange a car for us, but it arrives 30 minutes late, despite our request being extended at least 12 hours before the planned departure). The hotel management is apparently aware of the transport inconvenience for their guests, but do not seem to care about that at all: they’ve chosen the easiest way “to cope” with the problem: just smile and say “sorry”. There’s another advantage of such approach for the hotel: if guests cannot leave the hotel easily, they wouldn’t have much lunch/dining choice other than having meals in the hotel. And here we come to another issue with the hotel: a very mediocre choice of dining options (no Japanese cuisine options at all) and extremely poor menu (with even poorer service) in the only available lunch venue. Breakfasts are below expectations as well: absolutely same food every morning (the only change from day to day: fried salmon/fried mackerel), no fresh fish/sea-food (we’re still in Japan, aren’t we?), almost no choice of fruits. Verdict: a very overrated hotel, pretty mediocre itself, but located beside the gorgeous sea.

地理位置那麼好的酒店，難怪那麼多差評，其實這家酒店還是有很多優點，首先，酒店有海豚，海龜等很多稀有動物，而且還有這些動物知識的講座，在酒店中確實特別稀有，適合帶小孩子親子游。但是，這個巨大的優點對語言不通的中國遊客來説，意義其實也不太大。缺點主要是服務意識和管理，酒店完全不像日式酒店，可能是美國人管理的緣故，完全沒有服務意識，特別是房卡分很多種，不知道是等級觀念，還是種族歧視在作怪，完全不具備五星級酒店的平權思想。早餐種類也很少，對於這樣貴的酒店，確實很難説得過去。如果房卡是白卡，泡温泉需要收費，水上項目需要收費，海洋動物教育課也需要收費，也算是特別奇葩的酒店。

I stayed here back in 2010 but there was a storm so didn’t get to enjoy much but luckily this time around the weather was nicer and a bit cooler out which was nice. The hotel is old but has a lot of history and feels like you’re in the rainforest. I recommend staying here if you don’t mind a bit outdated stuff unless they renovated most of it I’m not sure. Food is amazing as always and there’s many restaurants nearby to walk to if you don’t want the hotel restaurants.

Our family have booked two rooms separately by two booking in the same period for the family trip, we have already completed the pre-registration for the hotel check-in to issue the check-in code. However, one room can get the password for getting the hotel key, another room was failed to get the password in the self check-in counter. We have to call the hotel customer service to get the password. We talked over 20 minutes and it spent around HKD300 for the mobile phone roaming fee.

Check-in sırasında aktiviteler veya restoranlar hakkında detaylı bir açıklama yoktu. Pazartesi, Çarşamba ve Cuma geceleri performanslar ve Salı, Perşembe ve Cumartesi akşamları saat 21:00'de havai fişek gösterileri vardı. Restoran saatleri Google'ın gösterdiğinden farklıydı ve ışık gösterisi saat 20:00'deydi. Misafirlerin bu bilgiyi kendileri istemeleri gerekiyordu, bu yüzden her şeyi deneyimlemek istediğimiz için akşam yemeğine saat 21:30'a kadar çıkmadık. Bilgiler daha açık olsaydı, güzergahımızı planlamamız daha kolay olurdu! Ayrıca plaj (18:30) ve açık yüzme havuzu (19:30) oldukça erken kapanıyordu (bilgileri kendim de kontrol ettim), bu yüzden dışarı çıkıp güzergahı takip ettik ve çok uzun süre oynamadık! Ve kapalı yüzme havuzu için ekstra bilet almanız gerekiyor! Zipline ve deniz eğlence tesislerinde oynamak istiyorsanız, bunları erken satın almaya çalışın, çünkü biz zipline'ı saat 9 civarında satın almaya gittik (satın almak için sıradan turistlerle birlikte sıraya girmeniz gerekiyor, ancak misafirlerin kırmızı biletleri olacak ve zipline gişesinde onlara bir numara verilecek. Beyannameyi doldurduktan sonra gişeye de söylemeniz gerekiyor ve gerisi sıraya girmek). Oyun bittiğinde (11:00), deniz eğlence tesisleri için bilet satışı duruyor ve bunları satın almak için 14:00'e kadar beklemeniz gerekiyor. Ancak yine de yerinde oynayan insanlar gördük, belki de erken satın almışlardır, böylece oynamaya devam edebilirler!

ANA was an amazing hotel, and our stay in Okinawa was absolutely wonderful! The amenities were top-notch and so relaxing, making our trip even more enjoyable. The area was beautiful, and the views from our room were breathtaking.   A highlight was PST Pizza, which was delicious and conveniently located right by the beach. The breakfast was really good and worth it. We highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to visit again!
