Across from Guiyang North Railway station.The hotel signage can be seen from the entrance of the railway station. 10- minute walk from the train station. - The hotel is strategically located near the train station, restaurants, shops and transportation. - Clean and fresh bedding, towels, carpets - Clean, fresh, spacious room, toilet and bath with smart amenities - Lavender-based toiletries, good- smelling not overpowering - Room with a view, overlooking the restaurants below and the train station in a distance - hearty and delicious breakfast. Steaming freshly cooked- noodles with different toppings, fried rice, steamed rice, rice porridge, various dishes, fruit juices, hot beverages, fruits, desserts, on-the-go breakfast snacks, etc. The manager personally managed the breakfast spread, making sure the food and drinks were replenished and invited guests to try the breakfast noodle. - English speaking manager - warm and accommodating staff, on duty no24/7 My train was delayed due to weather conditions. Instead of arriving at 22:11, I arrived at Guiyang North Railway station at almost 23:00, the manager promptly replied to my messages to see to it that I correctly followed the directions to the hotel since I don't speak Chinese and it was already late at night. He assured me that the staff was expecting me and the room had been prepared and reserved for me. They upgraded me to a bigger room + complimentary breakfast! ❤️ - The staff and the manager helped me book a taxi to the airport. It was raining when I left for the airport and they provided a service umbrella and instructed the driver to drop me at T2 on my behalf since I am a foreigner and I don't speak Chinese! Had a very pleasant stay at Atour Guiyang. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay, always helpful and welcoming. The hotel is also conveniently located near to attractions and plenty of food options within walking distance.

這次在貴陽機場假日酒店的入住體驗非常完美！酒店位置極佳，就在龍洞堡國際機場T3客運大樓旁，步行幾分鐘即可到達，還提供免費的穿梭機場班車，對於趕早班機或中轉的旅客來説特別方便。 最讓我印象深刻的是無微不至的服務——前台工作人員始終熱情洋溢，有求必應，遇到問題都能迅速解決，真正做到了貼心周到。早餐更是亮點，種類豐富，不僅有常規的中西式菜品，還提供了地道的羊肉粉和腸旺麪等本地特色美食，味道很棒，為一天注滿了能量。 房間設施很新，乾淨整潔，床品舒適，隔音效果也很好，即使靠近機場也能保證安靜的休息環境。酒店還配有健身中心和親子主題房等設施，考慮周全。這次入住真正感受到了高端酒店的專業與温暖，強烈推薦給所有經過貴陽的旅伴！

位置很好找，樓下有好多好吃的，店裡的前台哥姐們都非常熱情，還有小吃和茶，茶也很好喝，房間很大很乾凈，連住兩天，和媽媽一起，媽媽也一直誇誇我訂的好，眼罩很好用，入睡很快，洗澡水熱熱的，也很大，還有好多別的設施因為早出晚歸沒用上，但是真的非常方便，樓層不高電梯也很好坐。總之非常好評！

Hotel in the center, close to Jiaxiu Pavilion and many restaurants. There was a strong smell in the bathroom in one of our rooms, but the reception changed our room. Hot water and heating worked without problems. The staff was helpful, spoke English. Breakfast was adequate.

環境：酒店8樓整體環境整潔安靜，佈局合理，辦入住和進房間不用來回跑，很省心 設施：有小度智能控制，人臉刷門也挺便捷，基礎設施齊全，使用感都很一般 服務：前台服務周到，辦理入住速度快，有問題諮詢也能及時迴應 衞生：房間和公共區域衞生都做得不錯，無死角，住得很舒心

Very nice hotel. Staff are very helpful and polite. Help us with the luggages onto the 2nd floor. Gave us recommendations of nice food nearby.

The place is very close to the airport, if it weren't for the typhoon. My family and I wouldn't stay there. It is very new, some parts are still under construction. The staff are okay, but not so friendly, felt a bit cold. But overall, the place was a great place to stay for a night before the early morning flight.

The location is excellent, near the metro and not far from the center of Guiyang. Breakfast is not bad, hotel staffs are friendly and ready to help but they cannot speak english (you can use translator for communicate)

Very bad experience. Would not recommend. Right from the moment we arrived, it was disappointing. We had a lot of luggage since we were traveling from Nanning, and there was no one to receive us or guide us — just a dark alley with no staff in sight. We had to call the number listed, and even then, the person on the call had no idea where we were supposed to check in. After some confusion, we had to walk around 200 meters to a completely different hotel’s service center just to check in. Even there, the service was terrible — the staff were casually chatting on WeChat and clearly had no clue what they were doing. We waited nearly 30 minutes before they finally said we should go to another hotel nearby. They gave us a room card and we moved all our luggage there, only to get a call saying the room was already booked for the next day — so we had to move again. Thankfully, we hadn’t unpacked yet, but it was still exhausting and unacceptable. Even basic things like water bottles weren’t available — we were told they would send a message in a WeChat group and they would deliver it to the room later. Seriously? Overall, the experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and stressful. The only positive part was the security staff — they were actually helpful and polite. Everything else? Not worth it. Chinese version for locals - 整体体验非常差。我们带着很多行李到达时，居然没有任何人接待我们。该家酒店不接受办理入住，办理入住非常混乱，我们还得走到另一家酒店的服务台，等了30分钟，工作人员却不知道该怎么操作。后来我们被安排到另一家酒店的房间，结果又打电话来说那个房间已经被别人预订了，还得再换一次。连瓶装水都没有，要在微信群里发消息才会送来。唯一好的地方就是保安很热心。不推荐入住。整体体验非常差一个度假村行的酒店管理却做得如此之差，不知道是怎么经营下来的。
