Park Yeri Olan Frankfurt Otelleri

Good but room was not really the same 5* luxury standard as many other Westin hotels we’ve stayed in. Small breakfast buffet. Room was quiet throughout the night - very good.

This is the 2nd time we have booked this hotel. Room was not spacious with sofa bed opened. The sofa bed was distorted in an A-shape that my husband was unable to sleep well. Not a good experience for him. Breakfast was good. We were lucky to park on street free until 9am. Hope the hotel can check the sofabed and change a new one.

Otel güzel. Oda geniş ve balkonlu. Dışarıda köpekleri gezdirmek için harika bir park var. Ve çok uygun ve nehre yakın. Köpek dostu konaklama. Odadan çok memnunum ve gelecekte tekrar burada kalabilirim.

I booked the room with breakfast but the hotel said it was 28euro per night extra so I didn’t use the breakfast but the breakfast according to my booking was included I feel cheated for my money with this. Booking a room for 168euro and includes breakfast for three then in the end I didn’t use the service since the service agent at the counter was not professional and told me it’s not including breakfast. Also I tried to call the counter for the whole day and no one picked up the phone. Very disappointed and even though the location and room was great I will not be coming back due to this.

Ancak terlik, ev kıyafeti veya olanaklar sağlanmamıştı, bu yüzden kendi eşyalarınızı getirmeniz gerekiyordu. Küvet Japonya'dakilerden biraz daha büyüktü ve yağmur duşu olması hoşuma gitti. Tuvalette Avrupa'da nadir bulunan bir yıkama yeri vardı. Kahvaltı Batı yemekleriydi ve ayrıca pirinç, miso ve turşu turpu da vardı. Avrupa'da bir haftadan fazla kaldığım için Japon yemeği yemek istedim, bu yüzden shabu-shabu sipariş ettim. Tadı aynıydı ve uzun zamandır ilk kez midemde hafif bir şey yiyormuşum gibi hissettim.

Basit bir iş oteli. Olanaklar resepsiyondan talep edilmelidir. Otelin çevresindeki yakın çevrede restoran için pek fazla seçenek yok. En yakınları yolun yukarısında, en yakın kavşakta. Kahvaltı güzel. Duvarlar ince olsa da. Tam bir yatak alamadım ama yan yana itilmiş iki küçük yatak aldım.

We stayed here for 2 nights for the convenience of being close to the airport, as I had a long international flight to catch out of Frankfurt. The shuttle bus service from the airport was confusing as many buses were picking up from the same spot, but we eventually got it. The shuttle bus back to the airport was straightforward, one every 20 minutes. We particularly appreciated the service of the staff - the number of passengers who come through the door in crowds can be overwhelming, but they always stayed professional and calm. We had an issue with our first room, the air conditioning didn't work (it was 35C during the day) and they offered to change rooms for us. After another similar experience with the second room, they very generously upgraded us to a nicer room, and the air conditioning was much better. The beds were very good. Sadly, we didn't get to try their traditional German restaurant even though I really wanted to, as it was closed on the Sunday evening. The lady at the pool change rooms was very sweet and kind, she helped to show us how the lockers worked. The bar restaurant lady manager(?) was also very nice, she sat us at an outdoor table when we asked to change seats as it was very hot inside. Overall, we felt very well taken care of, and the service staff made up for the non-working a/c.

Biraz ücra ama yine de nispeten güzel bir konumda. Şehir merkezine yaklaşık 15 dakika yürüme mesafesinde veya 2-3 dakika metro yolculuğu mesafesinde. Bölgede güzel marketler ve restoranlar var. Oda küçük ama rahattı. Banyoda inanılmaz su basıncı ve süper sıcak su sağlayan küçük bir duş vardı. Geceleri sessizdi ve rahat bir yatağı vardı. Genel olarak, fiyatına göre iyiydi.

Asansör yok. Resepsiyon benim için 1. kattaki odaya geçti. Oda geniş. Yakınlarda helal dükkan var.
